Description

用於固化織物預型體和包覆成型的方法和裝置
本發明係關於一種用於固化織物預型體且在如此固化之組件上產生包覆成型的方法及裝置。本發明更特定地適合於以殼層之整體形狀產生由長纖維或連續纖維強化複合物製成之組件,該組件包含經包覆成型之技術面,該技術面特別地包含肋狀物、凹槽、固定井或定位或組裝元件,此列舉說明並非限制性的或窮盡性的。
此類組件係例如由諸如電視螢幕的用於一件電子設備之外罩表示,但本發明同樣地適用於諸如汽車或航空領域之其他領域,或適用於行李領域。與使用短纖維強化注射聚合物之先前技術解決方案相比較,使用長纖維或連續纖維織物預型體會使得有可能縮減此類組件之重量,而同時增加其機械強度。
為此,根據先前技術,將由分層連續纖維熱塑性複合物構成之經預固化坯料預加熱至足夠高的溫度,以允許構成該坯料之疊層(plies)進行層間滑脫。將該坯料置放於成型模具上,且隨著鑄模閉合而熱形成為此模具之形狀。在再固化該成型坯料之後或同時,在此同一鑄模中對技術 面進行注射包覆成型,接著在冷卻之後將組件脫模。

有利地,該輻射元件為一感應加熱篩網。因此,例如一石墨篩網之該篩網被快速地升高至一高溫,且允許快速地加熱該坯料及該成型 模具。
有利地,該成型模具之該電感器網路及執行該輻射元件之該加熱之該電感器網路係由同一個單一產生器供應高頻電流,因此縮減裝機電功率及設施成本。
根據一個特定具體實例,該裝置包含用於使用該單一高頻產生器而對該成型模具之該電感器網路及執行該輻射元件之該加熱之該電感器網路交替地供電的一開關。該開關使得有可能容易地及自動地改變該轉移裝置之哪一站正由該單一產生器以高頻電流供電。
根據一個特別有利的具體實例,形成本發明之主題的該裝置包含兩個成型模具,每一成型模具與該衝頭成對,且每一成型模具包含用於加熱及冷卻其成型表面之一電感器網路及一冷卻迴路,此等模具裝配於該轉移裝置上,使得該等模具中之一者在另一者處於該注射站時處於該裝載/卸載站。

在圖3中,根據一個具體實例,受控制連接件包含相對於轉移裝置之注射站而固定的部件(371),及連接到成型模具之部件(372)。 固定部件(371)包含一對母接點(311),其外表面絕緣,能夠與連接到成型模具之部件(372)上的一對公接點(312)進行連接。根據此具體實例,該連接係藉由移動該等母接點(311)而進行,此移動係由雙作用性氣動致動氣缸(375)達成。壓縮空氣循環構件(320)允許冷卻接點(311)。
在圖4中,根據一個具體實例,形成本發明之主題的裝置包含置放於轉移台(100)上之兩個成型模具(411、412)。該轉移台(100)藉由實現一圈之一部分-90°或180°-而允許第一模具(411)及第二模具(412)在裝載/卸載站與注射站之間交替地移動。因此,根據此具體實例,形成本發明之主題的裝置藉由使兩個組件執行之操作根據擺動循環並行地執行而允許生產此等兩個組件。每一成型模具(411、412)包含在該模具中產生之空腔中延伸的電感器網路(413),及用於流體循環之冷卻管道(414)。成型模具之此具體實例及其替代形成特別地在文件EP 1 894 442中予以描述。位於注射站處之衝頭(120)在接觸一個成型模具時界定閉合式空腔,該閉合式空腔包含於該模具之成型表面與該衝頭之成型表面之間。衝頭之成型表面包含對應於藉由包覆成型而在組件上產生之凸起的形狀(422)。為此,該衝頭包含將塑膠注射至包含於衝頭之成型表面與成型模具之成型表面之間的閉合式空腔中的構件(421)。根據一個具體實例,衝頭亦包含用於流體循環之冷卻管道(423)。裝載/卸載站包含輻射元件加熱裝置(130)。舉例而言,此加熱裝置包含置放於匝(432)內部之石墨面板(431),該匝經由開關(160)而連接到高頻產生器(490)。在該匝(432)係以高頻電流被供電時,石墨面板(431)藉由感應而加熱且快速地升高至高溫,例如1000℃。石墨之高發射率係數意謂用以加熱石墨的大比例之能量可藉由輻射而轉移。感應加熱允許快速地加熱輻射面板,藉此無需使該面板不斷地保持於高溫,因此限制其氧化降解。在用以產生組件之分層複合坯料(450)在裝載/卸載站處之模具(412)上處於適當位置時,由輻射元件加熱裝置(130)產生之熱輻射(435)允許將該坯料(450)升高至適合於其熱形成之溫度,但亦允許該模具(412)之成型表面在坯料置放於其上之前或期間被預加熱。根據具體實例變體,該坯料(450)由操作員或機器人冷鋪至模具(412)上。有利地,模具之成型表面包含塗層,例如黑色鉻電鍍,或基於碳化矽(silicon carbide;SiC)之電鍍,該塗層允許改良成型表面對紅外線輻射之吸收及輻射對成型表面之加熱。在坯料或模具之成型表面正藉由輻射而加熱時,高溫計(未描繪)允許量測坯料或成型表面之溫度。開關(160)允許由高頻產生器(490)產生之供電電流經由受控制連接件(170)而被引導朝向位於注射站處之成型模具(411)的電感器網路(413)。
在圖5中,根據形成本發明之主題的方法之一個例示性具體實例,在裝載/卸載站上實行一些製造步驟(510至512),且在注射站處實行其他製造步驟(520至524)。因此,並行地執行該等步驟,以便增加生產速率。自裝載/卸載站開始,在脫模步驟(510)中,自成型模具移除先前熱形成及包覆成型之組件,且清潔模具。在裝載步驟(511)期間,將複合坯料置放於模具上。在預加熱步驟(512)期間,藉由輻射將坯料及成型模具升高至熱形成溫度。在此步驟(512)期間,向輻射構件加熱裝置供應高頻電流。經由轉移台之旋轉(513),將模具及經預加熱坯料載運至注射站。同時,將另一模具中熱形成及包覆成型之組件載運至裝載/卸載站。在鑄模閉合步驟(520)期間,熱形成坯料。在轉移步驟結束時,將成型模具之電 感器網路連接到高頻產生器。在溫度保持步驟(521)期間,使模具保持於熱形成溫度,以便確保如此形成之坯料之疊層的均一浸染。在此時間期間,輻射構件不再由產生器供電。在冷卻步驟(522)期間,將經熱形成坯料冷卻至低於其聚合物基質之玻璃態化溫度但足夠高以允許包覆成型的溫度。在注射步驟(523)期間,執行包覆成型。在此步驟期間,成型模具之電感器網路不再被供電,且此允許輻射加熱構件被供電。在冷卻步驟(524)期間,藉由流體循環來冷卻由成型模具及衝頭形成之鑄模,接著在轉移台執行另外旋轉(513)之前敞開鑄模,從而在其成型模具上將成品組件載運至裝載/卸載站。因此,即使僅使用一個單一高頻產生器,亦對兩個組件並行地執行製造操作。
以上描述及具體實例展示本發明達成其預期目標,即,本發明允許並行地實行兩個經熱形成及經包覆成型之組件的製造任務,從而使生產速率幾乎加倍,而同時使用一個單一高頻電流產生器,因此限制裝機電功率。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種用於在包含一成對成型模具及衝頭之一鑄模中熱形成一複合組件且在該複合組件之一個面上之進行注射包覆成型一形狀的裝置,該成型模具以及該衝頭分別包含一成型表面,在該成型表面之間界定一閉合式空腔,該成型模具裝配於一轉移裝置上,該裝置包含:一單一高頻電流產生器;一裝載/卸載站,其用於將一坯料裝載至該成型模具上/自該成型模具卸載,並且包含用於將一輻射元件置放為面對該成型模具之該成型表面的一裝置;一注射及鑄模閉合站,其用於閉合該鑄模且用於將塑膠注射至包含於衝頭之成型表面與成型模具之成型表面之間的閉合式空腔中;其中,該成型模具包含用於加熱其成型表面之一電感器網路及用於藉由流體循環來冷卻該成型表面之一冷卻網路,且其中該裝載/卸載站的該輻射元件包含一石墨面板以及用於感應加熱該石墨面板至溫度1000℃的線圈,並且其中一開關將用於感應加熱該石墨面板的該線圈或該成型模具的該電感器網絡交替地連接到該單一高頻電流產生器。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之裝置,其中加熱該輻射元件之該感應加熱電路或包含該成型模具之該電感器網路的該電路包含一電容器單元或一平滑線圈。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之裝置,其包含兩個成型模具,每一成型模具與該衝頭成對,且每一成型模具包含用於加熱及冷卻其成型表面之一電感器網路及一冷卻迴路,此等模具裝配於該轉移裝置上,使得該等 模具中之一者在另一者處於該注射站時處於該裝載/卸載站。
  4. 一種用於生產包含一包覆成型之一成型複合組件的方法,該方法實施一如申請專利範圍第3項之裝置,該方法包含表現為以下各者之步驟:i.在該裝載/卸載站處之該等成型模具中之一冷成型模具上置放一複合坯料;ii.將該模具及與其接觸之該坯料預加熱直至適合於該坯料之該熱形成的一溫度T1;iii.將該模具轉移至該注射站;iv.將該鑄模閉合至該模具上,同時維持該溫度T1,以便執行該坯料之該熱形成;v.將該模具冷卻至適合於該坯料之固化且適合於該注射的一溫度T2;vi.注射該經包覆成型之部件;vii.將該成型空腔冷卻至該脫模溫度;viii.敞開該鑄模;ix.將該模具轉移至該裝載/卸載站;x.將該組件脫模,且自步驟i)重複其中,步驟i)及x)係在該第一模具上執行,與此同時步驟iv)至vi)係在該第二模具上執行,且特徵在於,步驟ii)係在該第一模具上執行,與此同時步驟vii)及viii)係在該第二模具上執行,且其中該開關在步驟ii)期間引導高頻電流之該供應朝向該輻射面板之該加熱構件,且在步驟iv)至vi)期間引導高頻電流之該供應朝向該第二成型模具之 該電感器網路。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項之方法,其中步驟ii)涉及藉助於該輻射元件來加熱該坯料及該成型模具。
