Description

用於染色加工的塗佈裝置
本發明涉及一種用於染色加工的塗佈裝置,所述用於染色加工的塗佈裝置在用於塗佈化學物質的輥的外周面上沿着長度方向形成有斜線型塗佈槽,且還形成有以與所形成的所述斜線型塗佈槽交叉的方式形成的逆斜線型塗佈槽,使得化學物質被均勻地排出到拾取輥的外周面上,以提高織物的染色效率。
通常,與將整個織物浸入撥水溶液中的加工方法不同,單面撥水(或單面吸水)加工是僅對織物的一面進行撥水處理的纖維後加工,是由於可對織物同時賦予撥水功能和吸水功能的特性而有效地用於加工功能性服裝的織物的方法。
尤其,近年來,已經嘗試將單面撥水加工與如Aerocool和Coolmax等使用具有吸汗快乾功能的紗線的織物相結合,從而預計可以改善如運動服和休閑服裝等的品質,以更符合人體工學。
另一方面,結合這種單面撥水加工技術的習知藥物和水塗佈裝置(專利文獻1)採用在纖維表面上塗佈藥物水溶液或水的方法,其將在開始通過拉幅機的纖維織物的後加工(乾燥和藥物固定)之前的纖維織物本身的含水量最小化,以縮短後加工裝置(拉幅機)的運行時間,從而具有節能的優點,但具有只能處理藥物黏度為約1000cps的高黏度化學物質的問題。

如圖所示,習知之用於單面染色加工的塗佈裝置包括:儲存槽10,容納有低黏度化學物質;拾取輥20,設置在儲存槽10的上部,拾取輥20的表面被低黏度化學物質淹沒,通過旋轉使低黏度化學物質附着到輥的外周面;壓縮輥30,設置在拾取輥20的一側,當通過壓縮調節裝置的動作而與拾取輥20接觸時,使織物通過,當與拾取輥20分離時,使織物不通過;以及用於塗佈的構件40,設置在拾取輥20的上側,在沿垂直於長度方向的方向上以預定間隔形成有塗佈槽40a。
如上所述習知之用於單面染色加工的塗佈裝置,具有沿着拾取輥20附着並運送的低黏度化學物質在不均勻地附着在拾取輥20的外周面上的狀態下被運送的結構。
對此,引導附着並運送的低黏度化學物質流入到在用於塗佈的構件40的每個外周面以預定間隔形成的圓形塗佈槽40a中,以更均勻地附着到拾取輥20的外周面上。
然而,由於形成在用於塗佈的構件40的塗佈槽40a的形狀為圓形的結構特徵而化學物質以凹凸形式重新附着到拾取輥20的外周面上,因此,存在織物f的染色效率降低的問題。
進而,在習知之用於單面染色加工的塗佈裝置中,當在作為容納於儲存槽10中的染色劑的化學物質為黏度較低的低黏度化學物質時,由於重力使化學物質從附着並運送的拾取輥20部分流下,因此必須額外供給低黏度化學物質。
由此,習知之用於單面染色加工的塗佈裝置具有應包括單獨儲存有低黏度化學物質的儲存槽21、提供用於運送單獨儲存於儲存槽21中之低黏度化學物質的驅動力的泵22、以及通過泵22的驅動力向拾取輥20的外周面額外噴射運送低黏度化學物質的噴嘴23的問題。

下面,參照附圖詳細說明本發明的實施例的配置和作用。
如圖3所示,本發明之用於染色加工的塗佈裝置大致由儲存槽100、 導輥200、第一拾取輥300、以及塗佈輥400構成。
首先,儲存槽100是容納有作為用於染色織物f的染色劑的化學物質的構件。其中,所容納的化學物質可以為黏度高的高黏度化學物質或黏度低的低黏度化學物質等。
導輥200是固定設置以引導通過下面將描述之第一拾取輥300染色的織物f被運送的構件。
第一拾取輥300的外周面與沿着導輥200被運送的織物f的表面接觸,第一拾取輥300是設置在儲存槽100的一側上部,其下側一部分被容納於儲存槽100的化學物質淹沒且通過正向旋轉將化學物質附着到其外周面來運送的構件。
如圖4與圖5所示,塗佈輥400是如下的構件:即,作為與第一拾取輥300相反的方向逆向旋轉的構件,設置在第一拾取輥300的上側,沿着其外周面形成有斜線型塗佈槽410,還形成有以與所形成的斜線型塗佈槽410交叉的方式形成的逆斜線型塗佈槽420,引導沿着第一拾取輥300運送的化學物質流入並通過所形成的斜線型塗佈槽410和逆斜線型塗佈槽420,以被均勻地排出到第一拾取輥300的外周面上並塗佈到織物f上。

表1為顯示作為形成在習知之用於塗佈的構件40的塗佈槽40a的內核狀葉片槽的形狀和作為形成在本發明之塗佈輥400的斜線型塗佈槽410和斜 線型塗佈槽410的網狀葉片槽的形狀的照片的表。
如上所述,本發明的塗佈輥400具有塗佈槽410、420呈斜線狀交叉的結構,因此,引導流入到各個塗佈槽410、420的化學物質更均勻地被排出。
由此,為了確認塗佈輥400的單面加工均勻性程度,進行織物f的潤濕性試驗。基於KS L 2110:2006通過液滴法(Sessile method)執行。在液滴法中,使用接觸角測量儀(DSA,KRUSS)使水滴的容量為1μL,並且將織物f在長度方向上分成4個區域,且在每個區域中測量6個部分。此時,作為織物f使用作為經過單面撥水加工的100%PET的圓筒形針織物(single plain)。

表2為顯示將織物f在長度方向上分成4個區域之後在每個區域中測量的6個部分的表。
通常,液滴的接觸角θ(contack angle)的測量被廣泛用作固體表面的潤濕性的直觀指標,並且撥水性是指液滴的接觸角θ為90°或更大的情況。最近,將θ為110°至150°的情況評價為高撥水性,並且,將θ為150°或更大的情況評價為超撥水性。
塗佈輥400的單面加工均勻性程度的評價結果為作為接觸角整體平均的151.0±1.2(#1;151.1°#2;152.2°#3;150.9°#4;149.8°),由此,可以確認均勻地塗佈在織物上而沒有左、中、右偏差。
下表3為顯示使用塗佈輥400的織物f的接觸角評價結果的表。

另一方面,在本發明之用於染色加工的塗佈裝置除了儲存槽100之外進一步包括第二拾取輥500,該第二拾取輥500單獨設置在儲存槽100的另一側上部,以便即使不額外供給化學物質也能夠向塗佈輥400順利供給化學物質,第二拾取輥500以不與第一拾取輥300接觸的方式設置,其下側一部分被容納於儲存槽100中的化學物質淹沒,以通過正向旋轉將化學物質附着到第二拾取輥500的外周面上並運送。
由此,位於第一拾取輥300和第二拾取輥500相對的區域的塗佈輥400通過自重接觸到第一拾取輥300和第二拾取輥500,從而形成下部容納空間LS(如圖7所示),使得附着到正向旋轉的第一拾取輥300來運送的化學物質容納於所形成的下部容納空間LS。
如圖6所示,其中,在塗佈輥400的兩側進一步連接放置軸450,使得塗佈輥400通過自重接觸到第一拾取輥300和第二拾取輥500,並且還設置有導向器440,該導向器440形成有垂直導槽441,使得所連接的放置軸450能夠上下移動。
由此,塗佈輥400的放置軸450被導向器440的垂直導槽441可上下移動地引導。
並且,為了防止下部容納空間LS消失並保持下部容納空間LS, 使第一拾取輥300和第二拾取輥500由鐵磁體製成,將永磁體430***到塗佈輥400中,使得塗佈輥400通過磁力壓靠第一拾取輥300和第二拾取輥500(如圖8所示)。
尤其,附着到正向旋轉的第二拾取輥500來運送的化學物質容納於形成在通過磁力壓靠第一拾取輥300和第二拾取輥500的塗佈輥400和第二拾取輥500上的上部容納空間US,以便向在第一拾取輥300與第二拾取輥500之間接觸佈置的塗佈輥400供應更多化學物質,且不會對化學物質的供應造成差錯。
另一方面,在本發明之用於染色加工的塗佈裝置設置有用於增加或減少作為塗佈在織物f的一面上的面積的織物接觸面積的寬度的裝置,亦即,進一步提供織物接觸面積可變滾子600,以便可以根據如低黏度或高黏度等化學物質的黏度程度或旋轉的拾取輥的速度調節而增加或減少作為染色的化學物質的接觸面積的織物接觸面積。
如上所述,所提供的織物接觸面積可變滾子600可上下移動地設置,且與導輥200隔開佈置,佈置在高於導輥200的位置,隨着其向上或向下移動,用來增加或減小作為與第一拾取輥300接觸的織物f的接觸面積的織物接觸面積的寬度。
其中,織物接觸面積可變滾子600的上下移動可以通過如齒條和小齒輪方式、運送螺桿方式或圓柱方式等各種方式執行。
參照圖9a至圖9c,如下說明利用織物接觸面積可變滾子600來增加或減少織物接觸面積的寬度的過程。
參照圖9a,織物接觸面積可變滾子600位於最上側,因此套在織物接觸面積可變滾子600和導輥200上的織物f處於不與第一拾取輥300接觸的狀態。
參照圖9b,當位於最上側的織物接觸面積可變滾子600的一部分向下移動時,套在織物接觸面積可變滾子600和導輥200上的織物f與第一拾取輥300接觸。
此時,與第一拾取輥300接觸的織物f的織物接觸面積CA1較窄。
參照圖9c,當位於中間側的織物接觸面積可變滾子600向下側進一步移動時,套在織物接觸面積可變滾子600和導輥200上的織物f與第一拾取輥300更多接觸,即,與第一拾取輥300接觸的織物f的織物接觸面積CA2變寬。
最後,在本發明之用於染色加工的塗佈裝置的儲存槽100設置有異物去除單元700,該異物去除單元700用於在運送的織物f中所發生之如絨毛等的異物落下時過濾該異物。
如上所述,所提供的異物去除單元700由安裝有彈簧的矽葉片構成。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種用於染色加工的塗佈裝置,包括:一儲存槽(100),容納有化學物質;一導輥(200),引導織物(f)被運送;一第一拾取輥(300),其外周面與沿着所述導輥(200)運送的織物(f)的表面接觸,設置在所述儲存槽(100)的一側上部,所述第一拾取輥(300)的下側一部分被容納於所述儲存槽(100)中的化學物質淹沒,使得通過正向旋轉化學物質附着到所述第一拾取輥(300)的外周面並被運送;以及一塗佈輥(400),反向旋轉,設置在所述第一拾取輥(300)的上側,沿着所述塗佈輥(400)的外周面形成有斜線型塗佈槽(410),還形成有以與所形成的所述斜線型塗佈槽(410)交叉的方式形成的逆斜線型塗佈槽(420),所述塗佈輥(400)引導沿着所述第一拾取輥(300)運送的化學物質流入並通過所形成的所述斜線型塗佈槽(410)和所述逆斜線型塗佈槽(420),被均勻地排出到所述第一拾取輥(300)的外周面上並塗佈到所述織物(f)上。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用於染色加工的塗佈裝置,其中,還包括一第二拾取輥(500),所述第二拾取輥(500)設置在所述儲存槽(100)的另一側上部且以不與所述第一拾取輥(300)接觸的方式設置,所述第二拾取輥(500)的下側一部分被容納於所述儲存槽(100)中的化學物質淹沒,使得通過正向旋轉化學物質附着到所述第二拾取輥(500)的外周面並被運送;位於所述第一拾取輥(300)和所述第二拾取輥(500)相對的區域的所述塗佈輥(400)因其自重而與所述第一拾取輥(300)和所述第二拾取輥(500)接觸,以形成一下部容納空間(LS),附着到正向旋轉的所述第一拾取輥(300)並運送的化學物質容納於所形成的所述下部容納空間(LS)中。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之用於染色加工的塗佈裝置,其中,所述第一拾取輥(300)和所述第二拾取輥(500)由鐵磁體製成,一永磁體(430)被***到所述塗佈輥(400)中,使得所述塗佈輥(400)通過磁力壓靠所述第一拾取輥(300)和所述第二拾取輥(500)。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之用於染色加工的塗佈裝置,其中,附着到正向旋轉的所述第二拾取輥(500)並運送的化學物質容納於形成在通過磁力壓靠所述第一拾取輥(300)和所述第二拾取輥(500)的所述塗佈輥(400)和所述第二拾取輥(500)上的一上部容納空間(US)中。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用於染色加工的塗佈裝置,其中,還包括一織物接觸面積可變滾子(600),所述織物接觸面積可變滾子(600)可上下移動地設置,與所述導輥(200)隔開佈置,隨着其向上或向下移動,增加或減小作為與所述第一拾取輥(300)接觸的織物(f)的接觸面積的織物接觸面積的寬度。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用於染色加工的塗佈裝置,其中,所述儲存槽(100)還包括異物去除單元(700),所述異物去除單元(700)去除在運送的織物(f)中所產生之包括絨毛的異物。
