Abstract

本發明捨棄式刀片鎖固結構,包括一刀桿以及一捨棄式刀片,該刀桿前端設有一刀座,該刀座上設有一定位座,該定位座係呈V形狀排列,該定位座上設有一螺孔;該捨棄式刀片之底面設有一定位凹槽,該定位凹槽內設有一螺栓孔,供一螺絲由捨棄式刀片之頂面鎖固於刀座上;本發明捨棄式刀片之螺栓孔其中心點與刀座上所設螺孔之中心點位置具有一微小偏移量,使該捨棄式刀片鎖固於刀座時,該捨棄式刀片會略為朝上偏移,使得該捨棄式刀片之定位凹槽與刀桿之定位座形成V形面接觸且相互迫緊接合,而且定位凹槽與定位座相互迫緊鎖固之位置非常接近末端刀尖之位置,有效提升組裝之剛性。

Description

捨棄式刀片鎖固結構
本發明係關於捨棄式刀片與刀具之刀座鎖固時之承靠定位結構設計,特別是指一種捨棄式刀片鎖固結構改良。
一般習用之捨棄式刀具30,請參閱第13圖所示,其係為車刀之應用例,包含一刀桿31及一捨棄式刀片32,藉由螺絲33鎖固於刀座34上,該捨棄式刀片32係藉由刀座34位於螺絲33後方上之V型邊面35所支撐承靠,使得該捨棄式刀片32在切削時得以承受各方向之切削力F。
請參閱第14圖所示,該捨棄式刀片32雖受到螺絲33之鎖固以及刀桿31之V型邊面35所支撐,該捨棄式刀片32與V型邊面35之間仍有微小之間隙存在,因此當捨棄式刀片32進行切削時,切削力F自刀尖位置對捨棄式刀片32之螺絲33位置處產生一力矩M(F×R)(如第13、14圖所示),使得該捨棄式刀片32產生偏轉之現象,進而使得該捨棄式刀片32刀尖之位置產生角度偏移,影響切削之尺寸以及工件表面粗糙度,甚至影響刀尖之使用壽命;如果是在切削波浪槽外觀之工件時,如第14圖所示,該捨棄式刀片32刀尖兩側之刀刃321、322將會交替切削,亦即產生交替之切削力F,並對該捨棄式刀片32之螺絲33位置處產生交替之力矩M(F×R),進而使該捨棄式刀片32產生交替之偏轉現象,影響切削之尺寸之正確性、工件表面之粗糙度增加,以及影響刀刃之使用壽命。
另請參閱第15圖所示,該習用捨棄式銑刀40,包含一刀桿41及一捨棄式刀片42,藉由螺絲43鎖固於刀座44上,該捨棄式刀片42係藉由刀座44位於螺絲43後方上之V型邊面45所支撐承靠,使得該捨棄式刀片42在切削時得以承受左、右及下方等各方向之切削力F。
另請參閱第16圖所示,如同前述習知之車刀應用例一般,該捨棄式銑刀40在該捨棄式刀片42與V型邊面45之間依舊會有微小之間隙存在,當捨棄式刀片42進行切削時,該第一切刃421之切削力F自刀尖位置對捨棄式刀片42之螺絲43位置處產生一力矩M(F×R),使得該捨棄式刀片42產生偏轉之現象;當輪由該捨棄式刀片42之第二切刃422切削時,第二切刃422之切削力F自刀尖位置對捨棄式刀片42之螺絲43位置處產生一反向之力矩M(F×R),使得該捨棄式刀片42產生另一方向之偏轉;因此該捨棄式銑刀40在左、右不同方向之連續偏轉之效應下,必會引起刀具之振動,表面粗糙度值必會升高,尺寸精確度必會下降等多項缺失。
習知捨棄式刀具無論是捨棄式車刀或是捨棄式銑刀,在該捨棄式刀片與V型邊面之間會有微小之間隙存在,當捨棄式刀片進行切削時,該第一切刃之切削力F自刀尖位置對捨棄式刀片之螺絲位置處產生力矩,使得該捨棄式刀片產生單向偏轉或是左右交替偏轉之現象,進而導致切削刀具引起振動,表面粗糙度值必會升高,尺寸精確度必會下降等多項缺失。
本發明捨棄式刀片鎖固結構包括一刀桿以及一捨棄式刀片,該刀桿前端設有一刀座,該刀座上設有一三角形狀之定位座,該定位座係由設有第一邊面及第二邊面呈V形狀排列所成型者,後端則由一第三邊 面連接,圍成一定位座實體,該定位座上設有一螺孔;該捨棄式刀片,由第一切刃面、第二切刃面、第三邊面、頂面及底面所包圍成型,其中頂面為切削刃口,底面係置於刀桿之刀座上,該捨棄式刀片之底面對應於刀座之定位座上設有一相對形狀之定位凹槽,由第一內側面、第二內側面及第三內側面所包圍成型,該定位凹槽內設有一貫穿之螺栓孔,供一螺絲由捨棄式刀片之頂面鎖固於刀座上。
本發明捨棄式刀片之螺栓孔其中心點與刀座上所設螺孔之中心點位置具有一介於0.1~0.2mm之間的微小偏移量,且是該螺孔之中心點位置略高於螺栓孔之中心點一微小之偏移量之距離,據此該捨棄式刀片與刀座鎖固時,該捨棄式刀片會受螺絲之推動而略為朝上偏移,使得該捨棄式刀片之第一內側面、第二內側面將會與刀桿之第一邊面、第二邊面形成V形面接觸且相互迫緊接合。

根據本發明,請參閱第1~3圖所示,該捨棄式刀片鎖固結構包括一刀桿10以及一捨棄式刀片20,該捨棄式刀片20以螺絲鎖固方式安裝於該刀桿10之刀座11上。
請參閱第1~3圖所示,該刀桿10前端設有一刀座11,該刀座11之形狀隨著刀具之功能而有所變化,得設為方形或是圓形者,依據本最佳實施例之刀座11係設呈三角形狀,該刀座11上設有一三角形狀之定位座12,該定位座12係由設有第一邊面121及第二邊面122呈V形狀排列所成型者,後端則由一第三邊面123連接,圍成一定位座12實體,該定位座12上設有一螺孔13。
該捨棄式刀片20,係設呈三角形狀,由第一切刃面211、第二切刃面212、第三邊面213、頂面22及底面23所包圍成型,其中頂面22為切削刃口,底面23係置於刀桿10之刀座11上,該捨棄式刀片20之底面23對應於刀座11之定位座12上設有一相對形狀之定位凹槽24(如第2圖所示),根 據本最佳實施例該定位凹槽24係呈V狀,由第一內側面241、第二內側面242及第三內側面243所包圍成型,該定位凹槽24內設有一貫穿之螺栓孔25,供一螺絲26由捨棄式刀片20之頂面22螺固於刀座11上。
請參閱第4圖所示,係本發明捨棄式刀片20半剖組裝於刀座11之示意圖,該捨棄式刀片20之螺栓孔25其中心點251與定位座12上所設螺孔13之中心點131位置具有一微小之偏移量e,該偏移量e大約是介於0.1~0.2mm之間,且是該螺孔13之中心點131位置略高於螺栓孔25其中心點251一微小之偏移量e之距離,據此該捨棄式刀片20與刀座11鎖固時,該捨棄式刀片20會受螺絲26之推動而略為朝上偏移,此外,該捨棄式刀片20與定位座12之迫緊主要係於第一內側面241、第二內側面242與定位座12之第一邊面121及第二邊面122呈V形面之接觸,再搭配螺絲26之鎖固,形成迫緊之效果,因此該捨棄式刀片20之第三內側面243與定位座12之第三邊面123之間並無接觸,且有間隙存在,該第三邊面123僅提供該捨棄式刀片20快速定位置放之功效,因此該捨棄式刀片20之第三邊面123與刀座11之間有一間隙值C存在,可供該捨棄式刀片20鎖固時之微小距離移動,不至發生阻礙。
請參閱第1、2、5圖所示,該捨棄式刀片20之第一內側面241、第二內側面242將會與刀桿10之第一邊面121、第二邊面122逐漸相互迫緊接合,第一邊面121、第二邊面122及螺絲26之間會產生共點力系之受力F1、受力F2及受力F3,如同一干涉配合之剛體,緊緊地鎖固在一起,而且迫緊鎖固之位置是位於捨棄式刀片20(或是刀座11)接近末端刀尖之位置,因此提升該捨棄式刀片20之剛性,同時提升對該捨棄式刀片20之切削性能,改善刀刃顫抖、振動之現象,切削深度亦相對增加,有效切增進削效率。
請參閱第6圖所示,係本發明應用於銑刀40之實施例,如第1、2、4圖所示,由於本發明之捨棄式刀片20之第一內側面241、第二內側面242之V形面與刀桿10之第一邊面121、第二邊面122形成V形面接觸,並搭配螺栓孔25與螺孔13之間的微小偏移量e,使得捨棄式刀片20與定位座12相互迫緊接合,尤其在V形面接觸位置如同一干涉配合之剛體,捨棄式刀片20與定位座12在V形面接觸位置處無間隙存在,而且迫緊鎖固之位置是位於捨棄式刀片20(或是刀座11)接近末端刀尖之位置,因此提升該捨棄式刀片20之剛性,當銑刀40進行銑削時,捨棄式刀片20不會有交替偏轉之現象,進而提升了切削之尺寸之正確性、降低工件表面之粗糙度,以及提高影響刀刃之使用壽命,深具實用性及進步性。
請參閱第7、8圖所示,係本發明應用於鳩尾槽刀具50及T形槽刀具60之應用實施例,該鳩尾槽刀具50及T形槽刀具60主要係改變第6圖中銑刀40之捨棄式刀片20組裝之角度位置,由於捨棄式刀片20與定位座12之組裝剛性佳,捨棄式刀片20與定位座12之V形面接觸位置處無間隙存在,改變該捨棄式刀片20之組裝角度都不會影響其組裝剛性,應用於各種角度槽溝之銑削、或是平面都非常適合。
請參閱第9、10圖所示,係本發明應用於圓槽車刀70或是車削槽溝用之切槽車刀80之應用實施例,該圓槽車刀70或是切槽車刀80之兩側刀刃在車削時都會承受切削力或是交替之切削力,而本發明之捨棄式銑刀20與定位座12之V形面接觸位置處無間隙存在,捨棄式刀片20不會產生偏轉或是交替偏轉之現象,而且捨棄式刀片20與定位座12相互迫緊鎖固之位置非常接近末端刀尖之位置,組裝之剛性佳,降低車削所帶來之振動因素, 提升切削表面之粗糙度及尺寸之精確度,具有實用性及進步性。
請參閱第11、12圖所示,本發明之捨棄式刀片20與定位座12相互迫緊鎖固之結構得與各種不同之捨棄式刀片形狀相互搭配使用,如方形狀之捨棄式刀片20、圓形狀之捨棄式刀片20或是其他因應銑削工件而設計之不同形狀捨棄式刀片20都能搭配使用,適用性非常廣泛。
綜上所述,本發明藉由刀桿前端刀座上所設角形狀之定位座,與捨棄式刀片底面對應於刀座之定位座所設有一相對形狀之定位凹槽於螺絲鎖固時,搭配螺栓孔與螺孔之間的微小偏移量e,使得捨棄式刀片與定位座相互迫緊接合,如同一干涉配合之剛體,且捨棄式刀片與定位座在V形面接觸位置處無間隙存在,再者迫緊鎖固之位置是位於捨棄式刀片接近末端刀尖之位置,因而提升該捨棄式刀片之剛性,銑刀進行銑削時,捨棄式刀片不會有交替偏轉之現象,進而提升了切削之尺寸之正確性、降低工件表面之粗糙度,以及提高刀刃之使用壽命,深具實用性及進步性,援依法提出申請。

Claims (1)

  1. 一種捨棄式刀片鎖固結構,包括一刀桿以及一捨棄式刀片,該捨棄式刀片以螺絲鎖固方式安裝於該刀桿之刀座上,其中:該刀桿前端設有一刀座,該刀座上設有一三角形狀之定位座,該定位座係由設有第一邊面及第二邊面呈V形狀排列所成型者,後端則由一第三邊面連接,圍成一定位座實體,該定位座上設有一螺孔;該捨棄式刀片,係設呈三角形狀,由第一切刃、第二切刃、第三邊面、頂面及底面所包圍成型,其中頂面為切削刃口,底面係置於刀桿之刀座上,該捨棄式刀片之底面對應於刀座之定位座上設有一相對形狀之定位凹槽,該定位凹槽由第一內側面、第二內側面及第三內側面所包圍成型,該定位凹槽內設有一貫穿之螺栓孔,供一螺絲由捨棄式刀片之頂面鎖固於刀座上,該捨棄式刀片之螺栓孔其中心點與刀座上所設螺孔之中心點位置具有一微小之偏移量,該偏移量大約是介於0.1~0.2mm之間,且該螺孔之中心點位置略高於螺栓孔其中心點一微小之偏移量之距離者。
