Abstract

Description

車載雙功能發光模組及車載雙功能照明燈組
本發明涉及一種車載雙功能發光模組及車載雙功能照明燈組,特別是指一種可應用於車輛的發光模組及其照明燈組,並且可以提供兩種照明功能。
發光二極體已愈來愈普遍應用於車輛的發光及照明,然而發光二極體屬於點光源,因此在車輛的發光及照明的應用上,大部分是將多個發光二極體放在一起呈現類似面光源,此種方式在視覺效果上仍是刺眼,有待改善。
此外,有的車輛的發光及照明加上導光條,以呈現條狀的照明效果,大部分作為車輛的尾燈。然而,剎車燈的部分,需要更亮的照明亮度,目前的車輛的剎車燈與車輛的尾燈分開。此種設計導致現有的剎車燈具與車用LED尾燈分開,需要另一光源模組,不僅增加製造成本,也增加組裝人力及時間成本。
本發明所要解決的技術問題,在於提供一種車載雙功能發光模組,可以在一個發光模組內提供至少兩種照明的功能,不僅可以作為面光源型的尾燈,還可以在同一燈組內提供剎車光源。
為了解決上述技術問題,根據本發明之其中一種方案,提供一種車載雙功能發光模組包括一導光層、一側向式固態光源及一直射式固態光源。導光層具有一頂面、一底面及至少一側面。側向式固態光源位於所述導光層的所述側面,並且面向第一方向發 出第一光線;所述第一光線由所述導光層的所述側面進入並被導引由所述頂面出光,從而呈現一面狀照明的面光源。直射式固態光源位於所述導光層的下方,並且面向第二方向可選擇地發出第二光線;所述第一方向大致垂直於所述第二方向;所述第二光線朝向所述頂面射出,從而呈現一加強照明的強化光源;所述強化光源的位置位於所述面光源內,可選擇地加強所述面光源局部的照明亮度。
此外,本發明要解決的技術問題,更在於提供一種車載雙功能照明燈組,可以在一個發光模組內提供至少兩種照明的功能,不僅可以作為面光源型的尾燈,還可以在同一燈組內提供剎車光源,或者側向式固態光源與直射式固態光源一起提供閃爍功能而成為方向燈。
為了解決上述技術問題,根據本發明之其中一種方案,提供一種車載雙功能照明燈組,其包括一承載件;一印刷電路板置於所述承載件上,所述印刷電路板的上面設有一反射層;一導光層置於所述印刷電路板的上方,所述導光層具有一頂面、一底面及至少一側面;一擴散層位於所述導光層的上方;多個側向式固態光源,設置於所述印刷電路板的上面,並位於所述導光層的所述側面,多個所述側向式固態光源面向第一方向發出第一光線;所述第一光線由所述導光層的所述側面進入並被導引由所述頂面出光,從而呈現一面狀照明的面光源;多個直射式固態光源設置於所述印刷電路板的上面,而在所述反射層的上方,並位於所述導光層的下方,多個所述直射式固態光源面向第二方向可選擇地發出第二光線且朝向所述導光層的所述頂面射出;其中所述第一方向大致垂直於所述第二方向;所述第二光線由所述導光層的所述頂面射出為一強化光源,所述強化光源並位於所述面光源內以加強所述面光源局部的照明亮度。
本發明具有以下有益效果:本發明不僅可以提供一呈現面光 源的面狀照明,更進一步,還在面狀照明的面光源內可以呈現一加強照明的強化光源,可選擇地加強面光源局部的照明亮度。本發明不僅可以作為面光源型的尾燈,還可以在同一燈組內提供剎車光源,或者側向式固態光源與直射式固態光源可以一起提供閃爍功能而成為方向燈。相較於現有的車用燈組,LED尾燈大多呈線條狀,並非面光源。現有的剎車燈具,又多與車用LED尾燈分開,需要另一光源模組,不僅增加製造成本,也增加組裝人力及時間成本。

請參考圖1及圖2,為本發明的車載雙功能發光模組的側面示意圖及第一光線與第二光線之照明示意圖。本發明的車載雙功能 發光模組100包括一導光層10、至少一側向式固態光源21及至少一直射式固態光源22。該導光層10具有一頂面10t、一底面10b及至少一側面10s。側向式固態光源21位於導光層10的側面10s,並且面向第一方向發出第一光線L1。在此實施例,第一方向指著是平行於導光層10的方向,亦即參考圖2的X軸方向。第一光線L1由導光層10的側面10s進入並被導引由頂面10t出光,從而呈現一面狀照明的面光源。上述固態光源是指使用固態電子元件,即半導體元件,例如發光二極體、有機發光半導體及高分子發光二極體等作為光源的照明技術。可概略稱為發光二極體(LED)。
直射式固態光源22位於導光層10的下方,並且面向第二方向可選擇地發出第二光線L2朝向頂面10t射出。第一方向大致垂直於第二方向,在此實施例,第二方向指著是垂直於導光層10的方向,亦即參考圖2的Z軸方向。第二光線L2由頂面10t射出,從而呈現一加強照明的強化光源;此強化光源的位置位於所述面光源之內,可選擇地加強面光源中的局部的照明亮度。上述「可選擇地」發出第二光線L2,意思是指,在此實施例,直射式固態光源22作為在需要時再開啟。例如,第一光線L1應用於車用的尾燈,第二光線L2提供直射式光源,可應用於車用的剎車光源,或倒車光源…等,可再提升照明亮度。
如圖1所示,在本實施例,導光層10的底面10b可以設有多個直射式固態光源22。多個直射式固態光源22可以呈直線形或弧形排列,或呈面形排列…等。導光層10具有兩個相對的側面10s;每一側面10s可以設有多個側向式固態光源21,且該些第一光線L1共同朝向多個直射式固態光源22。
本實施例的車載雙功能發光模組100進一步包括一印刷電路板20,該些側向式固態光源21及該些直射式固態光源22設置於印刷電路板20上,該些側向式固態光源21佈設於印刷電路板20的側邊,該些直射式固態光源22設置於該些側向式固態光源21 的中間。
請參考圖2,藉由上述結構安排,本發明的車載雙功能發光模組100不僅可以提供一呈現面狀照明之第一光線L1的面光源,更進一步,還在面光源內可以呈現一加強照明的強化光源,此強化光源是由第二光線L2所產生,可選擇地加強面光源之中局部的照明亮度。本發明不僅可以作為面光源型的尾燈,還可以在同一燈組內提供剎車光源。相較於現有的車用燈組,LED尾燈大多呈線條狀,並非面光源。現有的剎車燈具,又多與車用LED尾燈分開,需要另一光源模組,不僅增加製造成本,也增加組裝人力及時間成本。
本發明的車載雙功能發光模組100還進一步包括一擴散層30(Diffuser Plate),所述擴散層30位於導光層10的上方,從導光層10射出的光線可以再被擴散而顯為更柔和。擴散層30以帶有光擴散性性質的材料製成,具有預定的霧度、透光率、折射率等塑膠板材的光學特徵,能將點或線光源轉化為柔和、均勻的面光源。
本實施例的導光層10(Light Guide Plate)是利用全反射的原理將光源光線傳至導光層10的遠端,再利用導光層10的底面擴散點,反射光會往各個角度擴散,利用疏密、大小不同的擴散點圖案設計來破壞光線的全反射,將光線導引至導光層10的頂面10t。
導光層10的結構更具體說明如下,如圖4所示,導光層10的側面10s設有一凹陷部11以容置側向式固態光源21。凹陷部11的數量對應於側向式固態光源21的數量。凹陷部11的功用在於,可減少光線的全反射,並且可提高側向式固態光源21的發散角度,減少光源與光源之間的暗帶。
請參考圖5及圖6,本實施例的導光層10的頂面10t具有上微結構14,上微結構14的位置對應於直射式固態光源22,上微結構14形成一出光面141、142,上微結構14偏折並聚集第二光 線L2以改變光型分佈。所述出光面141、142相對於導光層10的頂面10t成一出光面角度。藉由改變出光面角度,例如,圖5所示的出光面角度θ1大於圖6所示的出光面角度θ2,本實施例可以偏折並聚集第二光線L2以改變光型分佈。本發明中所述之出光面141、142係呈現一具有高低差之曲面,在實際實施上該曲能夠是一球面、非球面或是自由曲面,然而此僅為實施例的說明,本發明之實際運用當不以此為限制。藉此本實施例的車載雙功能發光模組100應用於車用尾燈,可以配合設在車身轉角處,使光型投射至符合規定的方向,並具有合適亮度。上述圖式只是舉例說明,出光面可以調整朝向圖5的左側,或者如圖7A至圖7C所示,出光面可以調整朝向右側,意即圖7A~7C所示之曲面的高低差之方向是與圖5及圖6之曲面的高低差的方向為相反,如此使直射式固態光源22的原來出光方向被偏折朝向左側或右側。
本發明之另一實施例是藉由電腦模擬,設定一顆LED光通量為30lm,產生的中心光強度約9.8cd,並依據此條件設定上表面的上微結構,在調整其出光面與水平面的出光面角度,可使光線產生偏折,如下表:
導光層10的底面10b具有多個下微結構13以反射第一光線L1至導光層10的頂面10t。下微結構13例如可以是以印刷圖案的方式、模具射出成型、或者雷射加工,以形成多個擴散點,或者以具有微結構的鋼板,利用壓印的方式而形成多個凹陷形的下微結構13在導光層10的底面10b。下微結構13可以是不同的形 狀,如圖3A至圖3F所示的下微結構13a呈半圓球形、下微結構13b呈圓錐形、下微結構13c呈金字塔形、下微結構13d呈圓柱形、下微結構13e呈梯形、下微結構13f呈半圓錐形。然而,上述僅是舉例而以,本發明並不限制於此。
在本實施例,為加強光線的利用率,其中印刷電路板20的上表面可以設有一反射層25,反射層25面對導光層10的底面10b,由導光層10漏出的光線,可以再反射進入導光層10。反射層25可以是淡色的絕緣漆,覆蓋於電路層23上,電路層23電性連接於側向式固態光源21及直射式固態光源22。
請參閱圖7A至圖7C,導光層10的底面10b具有一容納直射式固態光源22的入光部12,入光部12具有一入光面,入光面可以是凸面入光面122、平面入光面124、凹面入光面126。
請參閱圖8、及圖9,本發明可應用於車載雙功能照明燈組200,其包括承載件40、印刷電路板20置於所述承載件40上、導光層10、擴散層30、多個側向式固態光源21及多個直射式固態光源22。本實施例的導光層10較佳是具有可撓曲特性,換句話說,以具可撓性的材料製成,例如矽膠,搭配軟性電路板(FPCB),可以配合各種車燈的照形。
印刷電路板20置於所述承載件40上,所述印刷電路板20的頂面設有一反射層25。導光層10置於所述印刷電路板20的頂面,導光層10具有一頂面10t、一底面10b及至少一側面10s。擴散層30位於所述導光層10的上方。多個側向式固態光源21設置於印刷電路板20的頂面,並位於導光層10的側面10s,多個側向式固態光源21面向第一方向發出第一光線L1;第一光線L1由導光層10的側面10s進入並被導引由頂面10t出光,從而呈現一面狀照明的面光源(參圖2)。多個直射式固態光源22,設置於所述印刷電路板20的頂面,並位於所述導光層10的下方,多個所述直射式固態光源22面向第二方向可選擇地發出第二光線L2且朝向所 述導光層10的所述頂面10t射出。其中所述第一方向大致垂直於所述第二方向;第二光線L2由所述導光層10的頂面10t射出,並位於面狀照明的面光源(參圖2)內以加強面光源中局部的照明亮度。
車載雙功能照明燈組200較佳地還包括一遮光件50,遮光件50分佈於多個側向式固態光源21的上方,從而遮蔽側向式固態光源21向上的光。其中多個直射式固態光源22位於多個側向式固態光源21之間。
本發明的車載雙功能照明燈組不僅可以提供一呈現面光源的面狀照明,更進一步,還在面狀照明內可以呈現一加強照明的強化光源,可選擇地加強面狀照明局部的照明亮度,藉此可以在一個發光模組內提供至少兩種照明的功能,即藉由本發明的照明燈組亦能提供三種、四種或五種的不同照明功能,本發明的實際運用並不以該些數目為限制。本發明的車載雙功能照明燈組不僅可以作為面光源型的尾燈,還可以在同一燈組內提供剎車光源,或者側向式固態光源與直射式固態光源可以一起提供閃爍功能而成為方向燈。相較於現有的車用燈組,LED尾燈大多呈線條狀,並非面光源。現有的剎車燈具,又多與車用LED尾燈分開,需要另一光源模組,不僅增加製造成本,也增加組裝人力及時間成本。
以上所述僅為本發明之較佳可行實施例,凡依本發明申請專利範圍所做之均等變化與修飾,皆應屬本發明之涵蓋範圍。

Claims (11)

  1. 一種車載雙功能發光模組,包括:一導光層,具有一頂面、一底面及至少一側面;一側向式固態光源,位於所述導光層的所述側面,並且面向第一方向發出第一光線;所述第一光線由所述導光層的所述側面進入並被導引由所述頂面出光,從而呈現一面狀照明的面光源;及一直射式固態光源,位於所述導光層的下方,並且面向第二方向可選擇地發出第二光線;所述第一方向大致垂直於所述第二方向;所述第二光線朝向所述頂面射出,從而呈現一加強照明的強化光源;所述強化光源的位置位於所述面光源內,可選擇地加強所述面光源局部的照明亮度。其中所述導光層的所述側面設有一凹陷部以容置所述側向式固態光源;所述導光層的所述頂面具有一上微結構,所述上微結構的位置對應於所述直射式固態光源,所述上微結構形成一出光面,所述出光面係呈現一具有高低差之曲面。
  2. 如請求項1所述的車載雙功能發光模組,進一步包括一擴散層,所述擴散層位於所述導光層的上方。
  3. 如請求項1所述的車載雙功能發光模組,其中所述導光層的所述底面具有一容納所述直射式固態光源的入光部,所述入光部具有一入光面,所述入光面呈凹面、平面或凸面。
  4. 如請求項1所述的車載雙功能發光模組,其中所述導光層的所述底面具有多個下微結構以反射所述第一光線至所述導光層的所述頂面。
  5. 如請求項1所述的車載雙功能發光模組,其中所述導光層的所述底面設有多個所述直射式固態光源,所述導光層具有兩個相對的所述側面;每一所述側面設有多個所述側向式固態光源,且該些第一光線共同朝向多個所述直射式固態光源。
  6. 如請求項5所述的車載雙功能發光模組,進一步包括一印刷電路板,所述側向式固態光源及所述直射式固態光源設置於所述印刷電路板上,多個所述側向式固態光源佈設於所述印刷電路板的側邊,多個所述直射式固態光源設置於多個所述側向式固態光源的中間。
  7. 如請求項6所述的車載雙功能發光模組,其中所述印刷電路板的上表面設有一反射層,所述反射層面對所述導光層的所述底面。
  8. 一種車載雙功能照明燈組,包括:一承載件;一印刷電路板,置於所述承載件上,所述印刷電路板的頂面設有一反射層;一導光層,置於所述印刷電路板的上方,所述導光層具有一頂面、一底面及至少一側面;一擴散層,位於所述導光層的上方;多個側向式固態光源,設置於所述印刷電路板的上面,並位於所述導光層的所述側面,多個所述側向式固態光源面向第一方向發出第一光線;所述第一光線由所述導光層的所述側面進入並被導引由所述頂面出光,從而呈現一面狀照明的面光源;及多個直射式固態光源,設置於所述印刷電路板的上面,而在所述反射層之上方,並位於所述導光層的下方,多個所述直射式固態光源面向第二方向可選擇地發出第二光線且朝向所述導光層的所述頂面射出;其中所述第一方向大致垂直於所述第二方向;所述第二光線由所述導光層的所述頂面射出,並位於所述面光源內以加強所述面光源局部的照明亮度。
  9. 如請求項8所述的車載雙功能照明燈組,進一步包括一遮光件,所述遮光件分佈於所述多個側向式固態光源的上方,從而遮蔽所述側向式固態光源向上的光。
  10. 如請求項8所述的車載雙功能照明燈組,其中多個所述直射式固態光源位於多個所述側向式固態光源之間。
  11. 如請求項8所述的車載雙功能照明燈組,其中所述導光層以具可撓性的材料製成,所述印刷電路板是軟性電路板。
