Description

線性導引裝置的密封機構
本發明,係有關於線性導引裝置中之密封機構。
在線性導引裝置中之密封機構,係將導引軌和跨架於其上之滑動構件本體以及終端蓋之間作密封,而防止內部潤滑劑之漏洩並防止外部塵埃之侵入的機構。因此,從先前技術起,係採用有各種之手段,在專利文獻1中所記載者,係為其中之一。
亦即是,係在被跨架於導引軌上之滑動構件本體和終端蓋之兩袖部處,將下密封構件(在專利文獻1中,係為側面密封構件800)在軸方向上作延伸地而裝著。此例之下密封構件之裝著手段,係藉由將嵌入有下密封構件之保持器裝著於滑動構件本體以及側蓋處,而進行之。如此這般,而將保持器之端面和下密封構件之端面設為同一平面。之後,於此雖並未圖示,但是,如同在專利文獻1之段落0023中所記載一般,藉由使側密封構件無空隙地密著於前述保持器之端面處,來使下密封構件之端面和側密封構件相密著,並將導引軌和跨架於此處的滑動構件本體以及終端蓋之間作密封。

然而,就算是將導引軌和跨架於此處之滑動構件本體以及終端蓋之間藉由下密封構件和與其相接之側密封構件來作密封,亦仍會有潤滑劑產生漏洩之問題。其理由係在於:在前述下密封構件之端部和前述側密封構件之間的接點處,會有由於密封零件之精確度不足或者是由於滑動構件和導引軌之間之相對移動所導致的密封構件之位置偏移等,而產生空隙的情形之故。因此,本發明,係以使下密封構件端部的密封性提升一事作為目的。
本發明之其中一種形態的線性導引裝置的密封機構,係具備有:導引軌,係於兩側面處具備有朝向軸方向而延伸之軌道側轉動體轉動溝;和滑動構件本體,係在與前述導引軌之兩側面相對向的位置處,分別具備有經由與前述導引軌之另外一面相對向的第1背部而一體性地連續之第1袖部,並且在各第1袖部處,具備有與前述軌道側轉動體轉動溝相對向之滑動構件側轉動體轉動溝和內部之直線狀的轉動體回歸路,而對於前述導引軌而可相對移動地作跨架;和終端蓋,係在與前述導引軌之兩側面相對向的位置處,分別具備有經由與前述導引軌之另外一面相對向的第2背部而一體性地連續之第2袖部並個別地被接合於前 述滑動構件本體之軸方向兩端面處,並且在前述第2袖部處,係被形成有使由相對向之前述兩轉動體轉動溝所成之直線狀的負載轉動路和前述轉動體回歸路相通連之圓弧狀的方向轉換路;和複數之轉動體,係被可自由轉動地裝填在由前述負載轉動路、前述轉動體回歸路以及前述方向轉換路所形成之轉動體轉動路中;和側密封構件,係在與前述導引軌之兩側面相對向的各位置處,分別具備有經由與前述導引軌之另外一面相對向的第3背部而一體性地連續之第3袖部並個別地被接合於前述終端蓋之軸方向外側的端面處,並且在第3背部和各第3袖部之朝向前述導引軌側之面上,具備有與前述導引軌作滑動接觸之唇部;和下密封構件,係在前述第1袖部和第2袖部之朝向前述導引軌側之面上,而被裝著在相較於前述滑動構件側轉動體轉動溝和前述方向轉換路而距離前述第1背部和第2背部更遠之側處,並朝向軸方向而延伸,該線性導引裝置之密封機構,係藉由前述下密封構件和前述側密封構件,而將內外之間作密封,該線性導引裝置之密封機構,其特徵為:在前述終端蓋處,係設置有與前述導引軌作滑動接觸並且在中途被彎折而在該終端蓋和前述導引軌之間來將前述下密封構件之端部從前述側密封構件側和距離前述第2背部而為遠之側的二方來作包圍之輔助唇部,將前述輔助唇部,藉由軸方向唇部和交叉方向唇部來構成之,該軸方向唇部,係在前述第2袖部之朝向前述導引軌側的面上,而在較前述下密封構件更遠離前述第2背部之側處沿著前述 下密封構件來作配置,該交叉方向唇部,係從該軸方向唇部之前述側密封構件側的端部起而成一體狀,並且沿著前述第2袖部之前述導引軌側之面的接近前述側密封構件之邊緣來朝向與前述軸方向相交叉之方向而連續並且與前述下密封構件之端部相接地而作配置。
又,若是在前述輔助唇部中之前述交叉方向唇部的側面處設置凹部,並使前述下密封構件之端部嵌合於此凹部中,則為理想。
在本發明之前述形態中,係將下密封構件之端部,在終端蓋和導引軌之間,藉由於長邊方向之中途而作了彎折的輔助唇部,來從終端蓋之第2袖部的開放端側(距離第2背部而較遠之側)和側密封構件側的二方來作包圍。又,由於在下密封構件之端部處係相接有輔助唇部中之交叉方向唇部,因此,首先,係在下密封構件之端部和交叉方向唇部之間被作密封,且就算是在此之間產生有漏洩,在終端蓋之距離第2背部較遠之側處,亦係藉由輔助唇部中之軸方向唇部而將漏洩作密封,又,在側密封構件處,係藉由交叉方向唇部而將漏洩作密封。進而,由於係藉由軸方向唇部和交叉方向唇部而將通往外部之漏洩的路徑縮窄並且使其彎折,而將其之距離增大,因此,亦有著能夠藉由此迷徑效果來將密封性能提升的效果。特別是,若是在前述交叉方向唇部之側面處設置凹部,並使前述下密封 構件之端部嵌合於此凹部中,則交叉方向唇部和下密封構件之間的密封性係提升,並且,就算是於此處產生有漏洩,藉由凹凸嵌合部,係能夠得到更進一步之迷徑效果。
圖1,係為對於線性導引裝置之其中一例作展示的立體圖,在圖中,係具備有將長度作了較短之標示的導引軌10和滑動構件本體20和終端蓋30以及側密封構件40。又,在該圖中,係將用以把終端蓋30和側密封構件40固定於滑動構件本體20處之螺絲的圖示作省略。
線性導引裝置,多係如圖1中所示一般之使導引軌10朝向軸方向和其之左右方向而成為水平,並於其之上面,將由滑動構件本體20和終端蓋30以及側密封構件40所成之滑動構件100作跨架。因此,在本實施形態中,亦係將軸方向(導引軌10之長邊方向)和上下方向與左右方向之朝向,依循此例來作說明。故而,當施加有朝向導引軌10之軸方向或上下方向或左右方向而傾斜等之變更的情況時,係設為遵循該姿勢而對於各部之方向或傾斜作解釋者。
前述導引軌10,係於左右之兩側面處,而具備有上下2段之朝向軸方向作延伸的軌道側轉動體轉動溝11。
滑動構件本體20,係在與前述導引軌10之左右兩側面相對向的位置處,分別具備有左右之第1袖部22、22。此些之第1袖部22、22,係經由與前述導引軌10之上面 相對向的第1背部21而一體性地連續。在各第1袖部22、22處,係具備有與前述軌道側轉動體轉動溝11相對向之圖中未標示的滑動構件側轉動體轉動溝、和內部之直線狀的轉動體回歸路。該滑動構件本體20,係對於前述導引軌10,而可相對移動地從上面來作跨架。藉由前述導引軌10之軌道側轉動體轉動溝11、和與其相對向之滑動構件本體20之滑動構件側轉動體轉動溝,在導引軌10和滑動構件本體20之間,係被形成有直線狀之負載轉動路。
終端蓋30,亦係與滑動構件本體20相同的,為對於導引軌10而從上面作跨架者。此終端蓋30,係在與前述導引軌10之左右兩側面相對向的位置處,分別具備有左右之第2袖部32、32。此些之第2袖部32、32,係經由與前述導引軌10之上面相對向的第2背部31而一體性地連續。此終端蓋30,係存在有2個,並個別地接合於前述滑動構件本體20之軸方向兩端面處。又,在終端蓋30處,係於各第2袖部32、32之導引軌10側之面上,形成有使前述導引軌10和滑動構件本體20之間的直線狀之負載轉動路與滑動構件本體20內之前述轉動體回歸路相通連之圓弧狀的方向轉換路33、33(圖5)。
又,係藉由均未作圖示之前述負載轉動路以及前述轉動體回歸路、和圖5中所示之前述方向轉換路33、33,而形成未圖示之轉動體轉動路。在此轉動體轉動路內,係可自由轉動地被裝填有多數之亦未作圖示的轉動體。在本實施形態中,作為轉動體,係使用有滾子,但是,係亦可為 使用有滾珠者。
側密封構件40,亦係與滑動構件本體20以及終端蓋30相同的,為對於導引軌10而從上面作跨架者。此側密封構件40,係在與前述導引軌10之左右兩側面相對向的位置處,分別具備有左右之第3袖部42、42。此些之第3袖部42、42,係經由與前述導引軌10之上面相對向的第3背部41而一體性地連續。此側密封構件40,亦係存在有2個,並個別地接合於前述2個的終端蓋30之軸方向外側的各端面處。並在,在第3背部41和各第3袖部42、42的內側之面,亦即是朝向前述導引軌10側之面上,係具備有與前述導引軌10作滑動接觸之唇部43(圖5)。
在前述第1袖部22和第2袖部32之朝向前述導引軌10側之面上,係被裝著有下密封構件50和內密封構件51。下密封構件50,係被裝著於較轉動體轉動溝和方向轉換路33而更下側(相當於請求項1中所記載之「距離前述第1背部21和第2背部31而更遠之側」)處,並朝向軸方向延伸。在從第1袖部22而連續至第2袖部32所形成的滑動構件側轉動體轉動溝和方向轉換路33之表面上,係沿著該些而被固定有未圖示之轉動體保持器。前述下密封構件50和內密封構件51,係在該保持器之溝中,而例如如同在前述專利文獻1中所記載一般地藉由使基部作嵌合,而被作支持。另外,內密封構件51,雖然係依存於線性導引裝置之使用形態而亦可並不作裝著,但是,在 本實施形態中,內密封構件51之端部,係抵接於側密封構件40之唇部43處,並藉由此而將內外間作密封。又,下密封構件50和內密封構件51之至少一者,係亦可並不經由轉動體保持器地而直接裝著於兩袖部22、32處。
在前述終端蓋30處,係裝著有輔助唇部60(圖3)。此輔助唇部60,係在長邊方向之全體而與前述導引軌10作滑動接觸。又,此輔助唇部60係為在中途被彎折並在該終端蓋30和前述導引軌10之間而將前述下密封構件50之端部從二方來作包圍者。
此輔助唇部60,係如圖4、5中所示一般,為被安裝在前述終端蓋30之第2袖部32的朝向前述導引軌10側之面上者。此輔助唇部60,作為其中一例,係如同在圖3(a)中而以立體圖所示一般,由軸方向唇部61和交叉方向唇部62而構成。軸方向唇部61,係在前述第2袖部32之朝向前述導引軌10側之面上,而在較前述下密封構件50更下側(相當於請求項1中所記載之「距離前述第2背部較遠之側」)處,沿著前述下密封構件50而作配置。
交叉方向唇部62,係與軸方向唇部61成為一體。此交叉方向唇部62,係從軸方向唇部61之前述側密封構件40側之端部起,沿著前述第2袖部32之前述導引軌10側之面的接近前述側密封構件40之緣,而朝向上方向而連續。於此,所謂上方向,係指與前述軸方向相交叉之方向中的朝向第2背部31接近之方向。其結果,輔助唇部60,作為全體係成為接近於L字型之形狀。
該輔助唇部60,係由與下密封構件50或內密封構件51相同之材質所成。並且,此輔助唇部60,係在以與此輔助唇部60相同形狀之接近於L字型的形狀而被形成於第2袖部32之前述面上的凹溝34中,使沿著長邊方向之其中一側被作嵌入固定。輔助唇部60之另外一側,係朝向導引軌10而突出,在導引軌10處,係成為具有適宜之收緊度地而作滑動接觸。輔助唇部60之突出端63,係成為楔狀之尖銳狀,涵蓋於輔助唇部60之全長地,此突出端63係藉由對於導引軌10而作滑動接觸一事而變形,並成為密接於導引軌10處。
又,特別是如同在圖6中作擴大展示一般,在輔助唇部60之交叉方向唇部62處,係於內側、亦即適於滑動構件本體20側之面上,前述下密封構件50之端部係突出並作抵接。因此,藉由交叉方向唇部62和下密封構件50,在導引軌10和終端蓋30之間,係將內外間作密封。圖7,係為在交叉方向唇部62之下密封構件50所相接的位置處設置凹部62a,並使下密封構件50之端部嵌合於此凹部62a中的例子。
於此,在滑動構件本體20內之轉動體回歸路內,係被封入有潤滑油等之潤滑劑。而,伴隨著對於導引軌10之滑動構件100的行走,多數之滾子係成為在前述負載轉動路和方向轉換路33以及轉動體回歸路中作循環。此時,滑動構件本體20內之潤滑劑係會被滾子而轉印至導引軌10處並被帶出至滑動構件100外。
因此,在此線性導引裝置中,在滑動構件本體20以及終端蓋30之各袖部22、32和導引軌10之左右側面之間,係藉由下密封構件50和內密封構件51以及側密封構件40之唇部43,而將軸方向兩側和上下方向作閉塞。故而,從滑動構件本體20內部而被滾子所帶出至導引軌10處之潤滑劑,係成為留在被前述之密封構件50、51和唇部43所包圍的內部中。
特別是,在本實施形態中,係如圖6中所示一般,下密封構件50之端部係被輔助唇部60所包圍,下密封構件50之端部係突出並抵接於輔助唇部60之交叉方向唇部62處。因此,在終端蓋30之下部,係藉由下密封構件50和交叉方向唇部62而防止潤滑劑之漏洩。又,在側密封構件40側,係藉由交叉方向唇部62而作第1次之密封,超越此之潤滑劑,則係被交叉方向唇部62和側密封構件40之唇部43而被作最終的密封。於此,交叉方向唇部62,於此實施形態中,係被形成為在終端蓋30之第2袖部32之高度全體中之僅有下方之3分之1程度的高度。但是,由於當潤滑劑漏洩的情況時,係為由於重力而從袖部32之下部來漏洩者,因此,只要作了此種程度之高度的密封,則在第1次之密封上來講,係並沒有問題。
於此,想定下述之事態:亦即是,起因於運轉中之變形等,而導致下密封構件50之端部突出並抵接於輔助唇部60之交叉方向唇部62處的狀態崩潰,而下密封構件50之前端係從交叉方向唇部62分離。但是,就算是在此種 情況下,由於下密封構件50之端部,係被輔助唇部60之軸方向唇部61和交叉方向唇部62所包圍,因此,朝向下方之漏洩,係被輔助唇部中之軸方向唇部61所密封。
又,其中一方之軸方向唇部61係位於接近於下密封構件50之下側的位置處,兩者之間隔係變窄,另外一方之交叉方向唇部62,係位於接近於側密封構件40之唇部43的內側之位置處,於此,兩者之間隔亦係變窄。因此,從下密封構件50之端部和交叉方向唇部62之間的突出抵接部分所漏洩的潤滑劑,係藉由軸方向唇部61和下密封構件50間之狹長的空隙,而使對於外部之漏洩被作抑制。又,超越了前述之第1次密封並越過交叉方向唇部62之上端的潤滑劑,則係藉由交叉方向唇部62和唇部43之間的亦為狹長之空隙,而使對於外部之漏洩被作抑制。
如此這般,在第2袖部32之內側處,藉由由狹長之空隙所致的一種之迷徑效果,朝向下方和軸方向之潤滑劑的漏洩係被作抑制,但是,若是將此些之狹長的空隙封閉,則潤滑劑係成為不會從此些之間而漏洩。亦即是,軸方向唇部61和下密封構件50之間的空隙、以及交叉方向唇部62和側密封構件40之唇部43之間的空隙,係均可藉由將下密封構件50或唇部43之寬幅尺寸擴大而將其閉塞。如此一來,由於潤滑劑所能夠漏洩的空隙係消失,因此,係能夠防止該漏洩。下密封構件50或唇部43之寬幅尺寸的擴大,就算是此些之對於終端蓋30或側密封構件40的安裝部之寬幅尺寸為維持原樣亦可進行。亦即是,此 係因為,係只要將下密封構件50或唇部43之從終端蓋30之第2袖部32或側密封構件40之第3袖部42起而朝向導引軌10所突出之部分的寬幅尺寸作擴大,並使此與軸方向唇部61和交叉方向唇部62作接觸即可之故。
圖7,係為在前述交叉方向唇部62之側面處設置凹部62a,並使前述下密封構件50之端部嵌合於此凹部62a中的例子。藉由此,由於交叉方向唇部62和下密封構件50之接合係成為緊密,因此密封性係提升,並且,就算是在此處產生有漏洩,亦有著能夠藉由凹凸嵌合部而得到更進一步之迷徑效果之功效。
另外,輔助唇部60以及下密封構件50之剖面形狀,係並不被限定於在此實施形態中所使用的圖示之物。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種線性導引裝置的密封機構,係具備有:導引軌,係於兩側面處具備有朝向軸方向延伸之軌道側轉動體轉動溝;和滑動構件本體,係在與前述導引軌之兩側面相對向的位置處,分別具備有經由與前述導引軌之另外一面相對向的第1背部而一體性地連續之第1袖部,並且在各第1袖部處,具備有與前述軌道側轉動體轉動溝相對向之滑動構件側轉動體轉動溝和內部之直線狀的轉動體回歸路,而對於前述導引軌而可相對移動地作跨架;和終端蓋,係在與前述導引軌之兩側面相對向的位置處,分別具備有經由與前述導引軌之另外一面相對向的第2背部而一體性地連續之第2袖部並個別地被接合於前述滑動構件本體之軸方向兩端面處,並且在前述第2袖部處,係被形成有使由相對向之前述兩轉動體轉動溝所成之直線狀的負載轉動路和前述轉動體回歸路相通連之圓弧狀的方向轉換路;和複數之轉動體,係被可自由轉動地裝填在由前述負載轉動路、前述轉動體回歸路以及前述方向轉換路所形成之轉動體轉動路中;和側密封構件,係在與前述導引軌之兩側面相對向的各位置處,分別具備有經由與前述導引軌之另外一面相對向的第3背部而一體性地連續之第3袖部並個別地被接合於前述終端蓋之軸方向外側的端面處,並且在第3背部和各 第3袖部之朝向前述導引軌側之面上,具備有與前述導引軌作滑動接觸之唇部;和下密封構件,係在前述第1袖部和第2袖部之朝向前述導引軌側之面上,而被裝著在相較於前述滑動構件側轉動體轉動溝和前述方向轉換路而距離前述第1背部和第2背部更遠之側處,並朝向軸方向而延伸,該線性導引裝置之密封機構,係藉由前述下密封構件和前述側密封構件,而將內外之間作密封,該線性導引裝置之密封機構,其特徵為:在前述終端蓋處,係設置有與前述導引軌作滑動接觸並且在中途被彎折而在該終端蓋和前述導引軌之間來將前述下密封構件之端部從前述側密封構件側和距離前述第2背部而為遠之側的二方來作包圍之輔助唇部,將前述輔助唇部,藉由軸方向唇部和交叉方向唇部來構成之,該軸方向唇部,係在前述第2袖部之朝向前述導引軌側的面上,而在較前述下密封構件更遠離前述第2背部之側處沿著前述下密封構件來作配置,該交叉方向唇部,係從該軸方向唇部之前述側密封構件側的端部起而成一體狀,並且沿著前述第2袖部之前述導引軌側之面的接近前述側密封構件之邊緣來朝向與前述軸方向相交叉之方向而連續並且與前述下密封構件之端部相接地而作配置,前述軸方向唇部和前述交叉方向唇部雙方,被安裝在:前述第2袖部之朝向前述導引軌側的面上,前述輔助唇部係由與前述下密封構件相同之材質所 成。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所記載之線性導引裝置之密封機構,其中,係在前述輔助唇部中之前述交叉方向唇部之側面處設置凹部,並使前述下密封構件之端部嵌合於此凹部中。
