Description

天線模組
本發明與用於手持式電子裝置之天線有關,特別是指一種利用導電夾件作為天線的饋入點及/或接地點,同時提供固定夾持作用的天線模組。
一般而言,手持式電子裝置,例如可攜式條碼掃描器,都會需要利用在機體內部設置天線來進行無線信號的發射及接收。傳統天線的設置方式是藉由多數個接觸式金屬彈片或是多數個導電泡棉以表面黏著技術(Surface Mount Technology,SMT)固定於印刷電路板,讓天線透過與接觸式金屬彈片或導電泡棉的相互碰觸來完成與印刷電路板的電性導通,進而完成天線信號的饋入及接地。
然而先就接觸式金屬彈片來說,接觸式金屬彈片在長期受力的狀況下很容易產生彈性變形,進而造成印刷電路板與天線之間的接觸不良,導電泡棉本身則容易自印刷電路板脫落,同樣會影響印刷電路板與天線之間的電性導通效果。而且,為了固定天線本身,印刷電路板還必須設置多數個螺絲孔來配合螺絲以固定天線本身或是天線所依附的支撐座,這些螺絲孔柱除了會佔據過多的空間而限制到印刷電路板的電路設計之外,也很容易讓印刷電路板在設置過程中產生破板問題,連帶造成製造成本的增加;因此,不管是使用接觸式金屬彈片或導電泡棉都沒有辦法提供給天線良好的電性功能,同時兼顧固定效果。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種天線模組,其方便組裝,並且可以解決螺絲孔柱所帶來的破板問題。
為了達成上述目的,本發明之天線模組包含有一印刷電路板、至少二導電夾件,以及一天線。各該導電夾件具有至少一基部與至少二彈性夾臂,該基部設於該印刷電路板,該二彈性夾臂相對地自該基部之表面朝遠離該印刷電路板的方向延伸而出;該天線可拆卸地插設於該導電夾件之彈性夾臂之間。藉此,本發明之天線模組便能透過兩個以上的導電夾件同時完成該天線的固定及電性功能的導通,組裝上相當方便且不會有破板的問題。
在本發明之實施例中,該天線可為蓋狀或平板,蓋狀天線可以直接插設於各該導電夾件之彈性夾臂之間,平板天線則是先固定於一支撐座,再插設於各該導電夾件之彈性夾臂之間。
在本發明之實施例中,該導電夾件數量可為兩個以上,並且可考量天線固定效果或配合電路板設計分布於該天線的周圍,用以確保該天線不會產生移動,或者以陣列狀的排列方式設於該印刷電路板,用以配合不同尺寸的天線而提供極佳的空間配置彈性。
為了詳細說明本發明之結構、特徵及功效所在,茲列 舉二較佳實施例並配合下列圖式說明如後。
請參閱第一及二圖,為本發明第一較佳實施例之天線模組10,包含有一印刷電路板20、多數個導電夾件30,以及一天線40,其中的印刷電路板20為習知結構,在此容不再贅述。
如第三圖所示,各導電夾件30具有二基部32,該二基部32之間藉由一拿取部34連接在一起,且該二基部32分別自其表面朝遠離印刷電路板20的方向延伸出兩對彈性夾臂36。在與印刷電路板20之間進行電性連接時,藉由一機器手臂夾住各導電夾件30之拿取部34,再以表面黏著技術(Surface Mount Technology,SMT)將各導電夾件30之該二基部32及拿取部34同時固定於印刷電路板20之表面,如此即完成兩者之間的結合。另外需要補充說明的是,導電夾件30之基部32數目不一定要兩個,只要至少一個即可,在此情況下就不需要拿取部34的設計,而且,導電夾件30之彈性夾臂36也不一定要兩對,只要從基部32之表面延伸出至少一對即可。
如第二、四及五圖所示,天線40在本實施例中呈蓋狀且具有一頂壁42及一側壁44,側壁44自頂壁42之周緣朝印刷電路板20的方向延伸而出,並插設於各導電夾件30之彈性夾臂36之間,使得天線40藉由各導電夾件30而與印刷電路板20之間形成電性導通。為了避免天線40受到不當外力而移動,該多數個導電夾件30的位置以考量天線固定效果或配合電路板設計分布在天線40的周圍為 最佳實施態樣,但並不以此為限,本領域技術人員可以視需要調整導電夾件30的設置數量與位置。此外,為了增加天線40的效能,電路板20在天線40下方的區域應該淨空而不佈設銅線。
經由上述結構可知,本發明之天線模組10係利用多數個導電夾件30來完成天線40與印刷電路板20之間的組裝,並且利用其中至少一個導電夾件30作為天線40的信號饋入點。另外,依照天線設計型式的不同,可再選擇另外一至兩個導電夾件30作為天線40的信號接地點,其他的導電夾件30則是作為固定天線40之用,如此一來,天線模組10除了具有良好固定效果及組裝方便的特色之外,並不需要如習用技術在印刷電路板20設置螺絲孔柱,所以也就可以避免設置螺絲孔柱所造成的破板問題。再者,由於導電夾件30的結構簡單且體積小,可以有效減少佔據印刷電路板20的空間,進而提高電路設計的彈性。
另一方面,天線不限於上述實施例的蓋狀結構,亦可為如第六圖所示之平板結構。本發明更提供一支撐座60來增加平板天線50的固定效果,在組裝時,平板天線50先固定於支撐座60的一側面,再以其底端插設於各導電夾件30之彈性夾臂36之間而完成與印刷電路板20之間的電性導通。當然,該多數個導電夾件30的位置亦可考量天線固定效果或配合電路板設計分布在支撐座60的周圍,但並不以此為限。
最後再補充說明的是,導電夾件30可以依據實際需要 而以陣列狀的方式設置於印刷電路板20,如第七圖所示,如此即可適用各種不同尺寸的天線,甚至可以同時安裝多數個天線,以提供極佳的空間配置彈性。
最後,本發明於前揭實施例中所揭露的構成元件,僅為舉例說明,並非用來限制本案之範圍,其他等效元件的替代或變化,亦應為本案之申請專利範圍所涵蓋。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種天線模組,包含有:一印刷電路板;至少二導電夾件,分別具有至少一基部與至少二彈性夾臂,該基部設於該印刷電路板,該二彈性夾臂相對地自該基部之表面朝遠離該印刷電路板的方向延伸而出;以及一天線,可拆卸地插設於各該導電夾件之彈性夾臂之間而與該印刷電路板之間形成電性導通;其中,該天線模組更包含有一設於該印刷電路板之支撐座,該天線為平板且固定於該支撐座之一側面,並插設於各該導電夾件之彈性夾臂之間。
  2. 如請求項1所述之天線模組,其中該天線呈蓋狀且具有一頂壁及一側壁,該側壁自該頂壁之周緣朝該印刷電路板的方向延伸而出,並插設於各該導電夾件之彈性夾臂之間。
  3. 如請求項2所述之天線模組,其中該二導電夾件分布於該天線的周圍。
  4. 如請求項1所述之天線模組,其中各該導電夾件具有二該基部,該二基部之間藉由一拿取部連接在一起,且該二基部分別自其表面延伸出至少二該彈性夾臂。
  5. 如請求項4所述之天線模組,其中各該導電夾件之基部及拿取部以表面黏著技術(Surface Mount Technology,SMT)設於該印刷電路板。
  6. 如請求項1所述之天線模組,其中各該導電夾件之 基部以表面黏著技術(Surface Mount Technology,SMT)設於該印刷電路板。
  7. 如請求項1所述之天線模組,其中該導電夾件的數量為兩個以上,並且呈陣列狀排列。
