Claims (15)

  1. 一種電池裝置,包含:一電池芯,包含:至少一正極層;至少一負極層;至少一隔離層,設置於該正極層與該負極層之間;以及一夾持結構,包括一第一夾持部、一第二夾持部與一連結部,該連結部連接該第一夾持部與該第二夾持部,使得該第二夾持部與該第一夾持部相對設置,該夾持結構用以將該電池芯夾持於該第一夾持部與該第二夾持部之間,其中該第一夾持部與該第二夾持部有部分面積與該電池芯接觸。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電池裝置,更包含一軟性包裝層,該軟性包裝層包覆該夾持結構與該電池芯外部。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電池裝置,其中該連結部與該電池芯之間有一間隙。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電池裝置,其中該夾持結構之材料為一絕緣材料。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的電池裝置,其中該夾持結構為一體成型,且該絕緣材料是一合成聚合物(Synthetic polymer)、含氟聚合物(Fluoropolymer)或是聚亞醯胺 (Polyimides)。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的電池裝置,其中該絕緣材料含有陶瓷粒子或玻璃纖維。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電池裝置,其中該夾持結構為一體成型,且該夾持結構之材料包含一金屬層與一絕緣層,且該絕緣層包覆於該金屬層之外。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的電池裝置,其中該絕緣層是合成聚合物(Synthetic polymer)、含氟聚合物(Fluoropolymer)或是聚亞醯胺(Polyimides)。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的電池裝置,其中該絕緣層含有陶瓷粒子或玻璃纖維。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電池裝置,其中該第一夾持部與該第二夾持部包含一金屬層與一絕緣層,且該絕緣層包覆於該金屬層之外。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述的電池裝置,其中該絕緣層是合成聚合物(Synthetic polymer)、含氟聚合物(Fluoropolymer)或是聚亞醯胺(Polyimides)。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述的電池裝置,其中該絕緣層含有陶瓷粒子或玻璃纖維。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電池裝置,該第一夾持部與第二夾持部之間的最大距離為H1,最小距離為H2,且H1與H2並不相等。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第13項所述的電池裝置,其中該第一夾持部與該第二夾持部之間的該最大距離的位置位於靠近該連結部之一端,且該第一夾持部與該第二夾持部之間的該最小距離的位置位於遠離該連結部之另一端。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第13項所述的電池裝置,其中該第一夾持部與該第二夾持部之間的該最大距離的位置位於靠近該連結部之一端,且該第一夾持部與該第二夾持部之間該最小距離的位置位於該夾持結構中央區域。
