Γ373591 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明關於一種發光二極體光源模組,尤指一種具散 熱功能及配光最佳化的發光二極體光源模組。 【先前技術】 有鑒於能源短缺的威脅與全球溫室效應的影響,使得 環保意識逐年提升,政府與國際團體紛紛向民眾宣導節能 減碳之觀念,由於發光二極體擁有省電、體積小、效率佳 等各項優點’再加上拜科技進步之賜,使得發光二極體亮 度提向、成本降低.,以發光二極體作為主要照明設備的技 術逐漸成熟,使得發光二極體燈具比日光燈管更亮、更省 電、更節能,而成.為新一代的照明趨勢。 然而’發光二極體所發出的光線具有指向性,故習用 發光二極體燈具所發出的光線往往不均勻且範圍小,例如 將發光二極體燈泡安裝於天花板上,其照明亮度明顯從燈 具下方的區域往外側降低’使得離燈具較遠之範圍顯得昏 暗許多’因此對於室内照明而言不甚理想,無法與傳統日 光燈相比擬》 再者’發光二極體在發光時會產生高熱,是故一般發 光二極體燈具皆具有金屬製的散熱鰭片來增加燈具熱傳導 的表面積,以幫助散熱。但在散熱過程中,發光二極體周 圍仍是高熱的空氣,故散熱效果在空氣缺乏對流的情況下 勢必大打折扣。 3 Γ373591 【發明内容】 由上述說明可知,既有發光二極體燈具之照明範圍過 小及空氣缺乏對流導致散熱效果不佳,實有進一步改良之 必要。 有鑑於此,本發明之主要目的在於提供一種具散熱功 能及配光最佳化的LED光源模組,其可藉調整出光方向並 可搭配透鏡而使配光最佳化,且結構上可使空氣產生對流 而幫助散熱。 欲達上述目的所使用之技術手段,係令該具散熱功能 及配光最佳化的L E D光源模組包含: 一散熱支架,係包含一上板、一 板及複數排熱管, 該上板係間隔穿設有複數貫孔;該下板對應上板之貫孔位 置亦形成有複數貫孔;該些熱排.管.係設於上、下板之間, 且每一熱排管係對應連接上、下板相對的貫孔; 一銘基板’係設於該下板之表面,該鋁基板上對應下 板之貫孔亦分別設有穿孔; 複數led組件,係分別裝設於鋁基板上兩相鄰的穿孔 之間;以及 兩旋轉組件’分別連接該散熱支架的兩端,其中散熱 支架可藉著旋轉組件進行旋轉而改變led組件的出光方 向。 由於下板附近的空氣溫度會因LED組件發光而升高, 相對地排熱管位於上板的另端開口附近空氣溫度較低,由 於熱空氣密度小於冷空氣,因此排熱管兩端開口相對產生 一使熱空氣持續從下板附近流入排熱管再流出上板之壓 4 1373591 力,藉此熱對流可使整個光源模組快速達到相對於習知LED 燈具更低溫的熱平衡,從而加強光源模組的散熱效果。 • 此外,旋轉组件的設置可使得光源模組裝設於一照明 裝置上時’可調筆其出光方向.,同時再搭配透鏡均勻出光, 加上光源模组化的設計而可由多個相同的光源模組配合不 同出光方向之調整’以符合不同的照明配光需求,.使配光 最佳化。’ . 综上所述,本發明之模組化設計在結構上可使空氣產 • 生對流而幫助散熱效果改善’且更提供配光角度之可調性。 因此本發明相較於既有技術擁有释著的功效增進,於符合 專利要件前提之下,爰依法提出申請。 【實施方式】 以下說明本發明之實施方式:請參考第—圖所示,係 本發明具散熱功能及配光最佳化的LED光源模組一較佳實 施例,其主要包含有一散熱支架(1〇)、一鋁基板(2〇)、複 • 數LED組件(30)及兩旋轉組件(40) » 進一步參考第二圖所示,該散熱支架(1〇)主要包含一 上板(11)、一下板(12)及複數排熱管(13),該上板(11):間 隔穿設有複數貫孔(110);該下板(12)對應上板(11)之貫孔 (110)位置亦形成有複數貫孔(120) ·,該些熱排管(13)係μ 於上、下板(11)(12)之間’且每一熱排管(13)係對應連接上: 下板(11)(1 2)相對的貫孔(11 0)(120) » 該鋁基板(20)係設於該下板(12)之表面並内含金屬線 .路,其與下板(12)之間可藉著塗佈導熱膠之方式固定,該 5 1373591 鋁基板(20)上對應下板(12)之貫孔(12〇)亦分別設有穿孔 (200) ° 進一步參考第三圖所示,每一 LED組件(3〇)係裝設於 鋁基板(20)上兩相鄰的穿孔(2〇〇)之間本實施例中每一 LED組件要包含有一 LED單元(31)、一套筒(32)及 透鏡(33),其中,該LED單元(31)係以表面黏著技術(SMT) 焊接於鋁基板(20)上,該套筒(32)係套設於LED單元(31) 上方,該透鏡(33)係設於套筒(32)内並裝設於LED單元(31) _ 上。可進一步令LED組件(30)包含一防水墊片(34)及一防 水塾圈(35),令該防水塾片(34)夾設於套筒(32)與铭基板(2〇) 乏間,並藉由螺絲一同鎖固該套筒(32)、防水墊片(34)、 銘基板(20)以及下板(1 2>;該防水墊圈(35)則夾設於透鏡(33) 與套筒(32)之間,藉由該防水墊片(34)及防水墊圈(35)使得 LED組件(30)可防水。 如第一圖所示,該兩旋轉組件(40)分別連接該散熱支 架(1〇)的兩端,並可對應裝設於一照明裝置的電源接口上, 其中散熱支条(10)可藉著旋轉組件(4〇)進行旋轉而改變出 光方向,每一旋轉組件(4〇)包含一固定件(41)及一旋轉件 (42) ’該固定件(41)係用以裝設於一照明裝置的連接孔, 該旋轉件(42)係設於該固定件(41)上而可相對該固定件(41) 福轉,該旋轉件(42)係與散熱支架(10)一端組接,本實施 例中’該固定件(41)與該旋轉件(42)皆呈圓柱狀,其中該 旋轉件(42)與該固定件(41)共軸且徑長大於該固定件(41)。 參考第九圖所示,當應用於一照明裝置(2)時,可將多 數的本發明之發光二極體光源模組(1)並排於該照明裝置(2) 1373591

模組(1)係與其他並排的光源模組(1)成垂直設置;再如第 十一圖所示,該照明裝置(2)上係形成一中央平面(2〇〇)及 兩側面(201) ’該兩側面(2〇υ係分別從中央平面(2〇〇)兩側 斜向延伸,令多個光源模組(1)分布於該中央平面(2〇〇)及 側面(201)上,藉此提供更多元的照明設計;再者,由於前 述透鏡(33)的出光特性是將點光源特性的LED光源均勻分 布,使LED組件(30)可發出均勻且特定照明範圍之光源, 因此依據不同出光方向的光源模組(1)對應搭配不同出光特 性的透鏡(33)使用,藉此達到配光最佳化。 再者,如第三圖所示,當LED單元(31)點亮時,使得 下板(12)附近的空氣溫度升高’因熱空氣密度較小,再者, 排熱官(1 3)位於上板(11)的另端開口附近空氣溫度較低而 密度較大,因此排熱管(1 3)兩端相對產生一使熱空氣持續 從下板(12)附近流入排熱管(13)再流出上板(11)之壓力,藉 此熱對流可使整個光源模組快速達到相對於習知L E D燈且 更低溫的熱平衡,從而加強光源模組的散熱效果。 請參考第四圖及第五圖所示,且與前述第一圖實施例 1373591 (7)’最後藉由一 MCU管理器(8)統一設定工作電流,藉由 設定方波之伯空比,再提供給恒流驅動器的調光接腳以設 定每-光源模組之工作電流’可較為精確有效地調節每個 模組燈調的工作電流,配出更均勻之照明。 本發明所附圖式僅提供參考與說明用,並非用來對本 發明加以限制者。故舉凡運用本發明說明書及圖示内容所 為之等效結構變化,均同理包含於本發明之範圍内,合予 陳明。
