Description

Description of the invention (i) [Technical field to which the invention belongs] The present invention relates to a washing machine capable of heating a laundry liquid to perform a washing operation. [Knowledge technology] In the conventional washing machine, there is also a method capable of heating the laundry liquid to perform Washing machine with washing action. This type of washing machine is provided with a heater on the inner bottom of a water tank containing a washing tank. The heater generates heat to heat the laundry liquid stored from the inside of the water tank to the inside of the washing tank. The washing operation is performed by rotating the washing tub or rotating a stirring body provided inside the washing tub. In this way, the laundry liquid is heated to perform the washing operation, so that the dirt is easily detached from the laundry, and a high washing effect can be obtained. However, due to the height of the temperature of the laundry liquid, the detergent components contained in the laundry liquid tend to foam. If the foam is excessively generated, the cleaning performance is reduced. Bubbles may also spill out of the machine. Therefore, when the washing liquid is heated to perform the washing operation, the rotation driving time in the rotation mode of the above-mentioned washing tank or agitating body is shortened, or the rotating speed of the washing tank or agitating body is reduced, or both are implemented. Reduce the intensity of laundry to reduce the generation of foam. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the above-mentioned structure for reducing the washing strength to reduce the occurrence of foaming, the mechanical force given to the laundry is insufficient, and as a result, the paper size cannot be sufficiently washed. The Chinese national standard (CNS) is applicable. Description of the Invention (2) Problems with net performance. In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention aims to provide a washing machine which is capable of heating a washing liquid to perform a washing operation, can reduce the generation of foam, and can obtain sufficient washing performance. [Means for solving the problem] In order to achieve the above object, the washing machine of the present invention includes a washing tank, a heating means for heating the laundry liquid in the laundry tank, and a temperature detection for detecting the temperature of the laundry liquid. Means, and control means for controlling the rotation of the washing tub or the rotation of the stirring body provided inside the washing tub based on the detection result of the temperature detecting means, the control means detecting the Different regions of the temperature of the laundry liquid change at least one of the rotation mode and the rotation speed of the laundry tub or the agitator (the invention according to claim 1 in the scope of patent application). From the bubble generated by the laundry liquid, the higher the temperature of the laundry liquid, the easier it is. This aspect is as described above, so when the temperature of the laundry liquid is not high, the generation of foam is less. Therefore, as described above, by changing at least one of the rotation mode and the rotation speed of the washing tub or the stirring body in different regions of the temperature of the laundry liquid, the intensity of the laundry can be matched with different regions of the temperature of the laundry liquid to reduce foam Rhenium was generated and sufficient cleaning performance was obtained. In this case, the control means, when the temperature of the laundry liquid detected by the temperature detecting means is higher than the first predetermined temperature, will be implemented compared to other temperature regions: shortening the rotation mode of the washing tub or the stirring body Rotary driving time in China, or reduce the rotation speed of the washing tank or agitator to the paper size to the Chinese national standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) I --------- batch of clothing- --Ί--1T ------ ^ (Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page) -5- Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 1227759 A7 ___B7_ V. Description of Invention (3) Less One of them (invention No. 2 in the scope of patent application). By reducing the intensity of the laundry in a temperature region where foaming occurs, the generation of foaming can be reduced. In other temperature regions, the strength of the laundry is increased, and the mechanical force given to the laundry is increased, so that the sufficient washing performance can be obtained. The above-mentioned first predetermined temperature is preferably 3 5 ° C (the third invention in the scope of patent application) ). The foam generated from the laundry liquid is more when the temperature of the laundry liquid is above 3 5 ° C, which is confirmed by the experiment of the inventor. Therefore, by setting the first predetermined temperature to 35 ° C, it is possible to more surely reduce the occurrence of bubbles and to obtain sufficient cleaning performance. Control means, when the temperature of the laundry liquid detected by the temperature detecting means is above the first predetermined temperature and below the second predetermined temperature, it will be implemented more than other temperature regions: shorten the washing tank or the stirring body At least one of the rotation driving time in the rotating mode of the rotating mode, or reducing the rotating speed of the washing tub or the agitating body (the invention in claim 4). Although the foam generated from the laundry liquid is more likely to be generated at a higher temperature of the laundry liquid, if the temperature of the foam is too high, the foam will rupture due to the increase in the internal pressure of the foam. In this case, the viscosity of the outer membrane of the vesicles is reduced, so the generation of vesicles is reduced. Thus, as described above, when the temperature of the laundry liquid is above the first predetermined temperature and below the second predetermined temperature, it will be implemented more than other temperature regions: Shorten the rotation in the rotation mode of the washing tub or the stirring body At least one of driving time or reducing the rotation speed of the washing tank or the stirring body, it can be confirmed that the paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X 297 mm) --------- t Clothing ----- Ί--1T ------ ^ (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page) -6-1227759 Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs A7 _ _B7 V. Invention Explanation (4) In the field, the intensity of laundry is reduced in a temperature region where foaming occurs more, and the generation of foaming is reduced. In other temperature regions, the intensity of laundry can be improved, and sufficient washing performance can be obtained. The above-mentioned second predetermined temperature is preferably 5 5 ° C (invention No. 5 in the scope of patent application). The amount of foam generated from the laundry liquid is higher when the temperature of the laundry liquid is below 5 5 ° C, which was confirmed by experiments by the inventor. Accordingly, by setting the second predetermined temperature to 55 ° C, it is possible to more reliably reduce the generation of foam and obtain sufficient cleaning performance. The washing machine of the present invention is provided with a washing tub, a heating means for heating the laundry liquid in the laundry tub, a drainage means for draining the laundry liquid in the laundry tub, and a method for detecting bubbles in the laundry tub. Excessive foam generation detection means, laundry time setting means capable of setting a laundry execution time, and control means for controlling operation based on a setting result of the laundry time setting means and a detection result of the above-mentioned excessive foam generation detection means. This control means, during the period of heating the laundry liquid in the washing tub to perform the washing operation, when the excessive foam generation is detected by the bubble generation detection means, the heating means stops the The laundry liquid is heated, and the predetermined amount of laundry liquid in the laundry tub is discharged by the drainage means to continue the laundry operation for the remaining time set by the laundry time setting means (the 6th in the scope of patent application) Invention). According to the invention, during the period of heating when the washing liquid in the washing tub is heated for washing operation, when the amount of foam is excessive, the paper size of the washing liquid in the washing tub is discharged according to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X 297 mm) I batch of clothing ^, order ^ (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page) Printed by the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, M Industrial Consumer Cooperative, 1227759 A7 ___B7 V. Description of the invention (5) Pre-determined quantity, laundry The amount of laundry liquid in the tank will be reduced, which will reduce the amount of foam generated. In this case, even if the amount of the laundry liquid in the washing tub is reduced, the heating of the laundry liquid is stopped, so there is no problem even if the heater is exposed on the liquid surface of the laundry liquid. In this case, the set time is given priority, and the washing operation for all the set time is performed by continuing the washing operation for the remaining time of the set time, and sufficient washing performance will be obtained. In this case, the generation of foam can be reduced, and sufficient cleaning performance can be obtained. In the control device 46, various operation signals are input from the switch input portion 47. The switch input section 47 is composed of various switches including the washing time setting switch of the operation panel 4 and the operation circuit unit 5 that operates according to the operations of the various switches. To output various operating signals. In addition, in the control device 46, a water level detection signal is input from the above-mentioned water level sensor 38 to the control device 46, and the rotation detection means provided for detecting the rotation of the motor 15 is also rotation. The sensor 4 8 inputs the rotation detection signal, and respectively inputs the temperature detection signal from the above-mentioned temperature sensor 4 5, and the pressure detection signal 36 from the pressure sensor 36 of the above-mentioned bubble generation detection device 37. According to the control program stored in advance with these inputs, the control device printed by the Intellectual Property Bureau employee consumer cooperative of the Ministry of Economy 4 6 will supply the drive control signal to the frequency conversion circuit 49 for driving the above-mentioned motor 15. In addition, the control device 4 6 will also supply a drive control signal to drive: buzzer 50 0 as a notification means, the above-mentioned water supply valve 3 3, heater 1 7 and blower 2 0 motor 5 1 , Heater 2 5 of heater 2 1, and drive circuit 5 2 of drain valve 18. Next, the effect of the above structure will be described. Control device 46. When the power is turned on, the heating washing program is selected, and this paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) -13- 1227759 Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs A7 _ B7 V. Description of the invention () When starting, as shown in Fig. 1, at the beginning, it will be determined whether the water level in the drum 9 (in the 7jc tank 7) is at a predetermined level (step S1). This judgment will be known from the water level detection signal output from the water level sensor 38, and if it is judged from the result that the predetermined value is not reached (No), the water supply valve 3 3 will be energized to open the connection pipe 4 2 side (step S 2). As a result, water is supplied from the water supply valve 33 to the water tank 7 through the connecting pipe 4 2. The water is stored in the water tank 7 and is also stored in the drum 9 through the small hole 10 of the drum 9. At this time, the laundry detergent put into the laundry detergent input box 44 and contained in the water injection tank 41 is supplied into the drum 9 together with water. And during the water supply period, although not shown, the motor 15 will be energized to rotate the drum 9 to dissolve the laundry detergent into a laundry liquid, which will evenly absorb the laundry liquid into the laundry. When the control device 46 determines that the above-mentioned step S1 is predetermined (Y E S), the control device 46 will power off and close the water supply valve 3 3 (step S 3). Next, it is determined whether the temperature of the laundry liquid in the drum 9 is a predetermined upper limit 値 (for example, 60 ° C) (step S4). This judgment is known from the temperature detection signal output from the temperature sensor 45, and if it is judged from the result that the upper limit 値 (N0) is not reached, the heater 17 is energized to generate heat (step S5). After that, the control device 46 determines whether there is too much foaming in the drum 9 (step S6). This judgment is learned from the pressure detection signal output from the pressure sensor 36 of the bubble generation detection device 3 7. If it is judged from the result that the bubble generation is not excessively generated (N 0), then the roller 9 is judged Whether the temperature of the laundry liquid inside is above the first predetermined temperature of 35 ° C and below the second predetermined temperature of 55 ° C (35 to 55 ° C) (step S7). This paper size is in accordance with Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (2l0x297mm) 〇 (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page) • Binding line 1227759 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (12) The judgment It is also known from the temperature detection signal output from the temperature sensor 45 that if it is judged from the result that the temperature does not reach 35 to 55 ° C (N0), the laundry operation is performed in mode A (step S8). In this mode A, as shown in FIG. 5, power is applied to the motor 15 to drive the drum 9 forward (for example, clockwise) for 15 seconds, and then the drum 9 is stopped for 5 seconds to stop (power off), and then Turn on the motor 15 again to drive the drum 9 in the same direction for 15 seconds (for example, rotate in the counterclockwise direction). In this iterative mode (rotation mode), the drum 9 is controlled to rotate. The rotation speed of the drum 9 is, for example, 50 r pm. After step S8, the control device 46 will return to step S4. If it is determined in step S4 that the temperature of the laundry liquid in the drum 9 has not reached the upper limit 値, it will return to step S through steps S5 and S6. 7. If it is determined in step S7 that the temperature of the laundry liquid in the drum 9 is 3 5 t to 5 5 (Y ES), the laundry operation is performed in mode B (step S 9). In this mode B, as shown in FIG. 6, the motor 9 is energized to drive the drum 9 to rotate forward, for example, for 2 seconds, and then the drum 9 is stopped for a period of 5 seconds, and then the motor 9 is turned on to reverse the drum 9 Driving for the same 2 seconds, the roller 9 is rotated and controlled in this iterative mode (rotation mode), and the rotation speed of the roller 9 during forward driving and reverse driving is, for example, 30 rpm. That is, in this case, the rotation driving time in the rotation mode of the drum 9 is short, and the rotation speed of the drum 9 is relatively low. After this step S9, the control device 46 returns to step S4. During this period, the control device 4 6 will rotate the control drum 9 in mode A before the temperature of the laundry liquid in the drum 9 reaches 3 5 ° C. The paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) Α4 specification. Description of the invention (13) The cylinder 9 will be rotated and controlled in mode B between ° C, and the cylinder 9 will be rotated and driven in mode A after exceeding 5 5 ° C. During the period during which the drum 9 is rotated by this control, if it is determined in step S6 that excessive foaming has occurred in the drum 9 (YES), the operation will be stopped (heating of the heater 17 and rotation of the drum 9). The buzzer 50 is operated to report an abnormality (step S 1 0). If it is determined in step S4 that the temperature of the laundry liquid in the drum 9 is the upper limit 値 (YES), the heater 17 is turned off to stop its heating (step S 1 1), and then it is determined whether a predetermined time has elapsed (for example, 1 0 minutes) (step S 1 2), until it is determined that the elapsed time (YES), the control drum 9 is rotated in the above-mentioned mode A to continue the washing operation to improve the cleaning effect (step S 1 3), and it is judged that 1 0 has passed. The minute (YES) ends the washing operation. In the washing operation, there are a washing operation and a washing operation. Fig. 1 shows the contents of the control of the washing operation. The dehydration washing operation is to drain water after the washing operation, and then supply water to operate the drum 9 to wash the washed laundry with dehydration water. In the subsequent drying operation, after the drainage is performed, the drum 9 is rotated while the blower 20 and the heater 21 are activated, and the water is supplied to the heat from the water supply valve 3 3 through the water injection pipe 3 2 and the pipe joint 3 1. Switch 2 7 inside. Thereby, the air in the drum 9 is circulated through the heat exchanger 27 and heat exchange (dehumidification) is performed. The dehumidified air is heated by the heater 25 and supplied to the drum 9 to pass through the laundry. 2. The laundry is dried after washing. In this configuration, the control device 4 6 except for the different areas of the laundry liquid in the drum 9 detected by the temperature sensor 4 5 (3 5 ~ 5 5 ° c) This paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) (Please read the notes on the back before filling this page) • Binding * Order printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs -16- 1227759 A7 ___B7_ V. Description of the invention (14) (Please read the back first Note that if you fill out this page), the rotation mode and rotation speed of the drum 9 will change. As mentioned above, the bubbles generated from the laundry liquid are more likely to be generated when the temperature of the laundry liquid is higher, and the foam is less generated when the temperature of the laundry liquid is not high. According to this structure, in different regions of the temperature of the laundry liquid, by changing the rotation mode and the rotation speed (mode) of the drum 9, and matching the intensity of the laundry with the different regions of the temperature of the laundry liquid, the generation of foam can be reduced. In addition, sufficient cleaning performance is obtained. Fig. 7 is a graph showing the relationship between the temperature of the laundry liquid and the amount of foam generated by the inventor's experimental results as washing operation modes A and B, respectively. In modes A and B, when the temperature of the laundry liquid is above the first predetermined temperature of 35 ° C and below the second predetermined temperature of 55 ° C (35 to 55 ° C), the generation of foaming The amount will be a lot. Especially compared with the mode B, the rotation driving time in the rotation mode of the drum 9 is longer and the rotation speed is also higher. If the temperature of the washing liquid is above 35 ° C, the amount of foam generation will exceed The allowable limit 値 L may easily lead to a decrease in cleaning performance and may cause the foam 沬 to overflow outside the machine. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Therefore, in this structure, when the temperature of the laundry liquid is above the first predetermined temperature, it will be shorter than in other temperature regions (below the first predetermined temperature). The rotation driving time in the rotation mode of the drum 9 will further reduce the rotation speed of the drum 9 (mode B). Thereby, the intensity of washing is reduced in a temperature region where there is a lot of foam, and the generation of foam can be reduced. In a temperature region that is not equal to the first predetermined temperature, the rotation driving time in the rotation mode of the drum 9 is shortened and the rotation speed of the drum 9 is reduced by increasing the rotation driving time in the rotation mode of the drum and Rotation speed of drum 9) (mode A) to increase the intensity of laundry and increase the size of the paper given to laundry. Applicable to China National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm): 1227759 Printed by the Consumers ’Cooperative of Intellectual Property Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs System A7 ____B7 V. Description of the invention (15) Mechanical force can obtain sufficient cleaning performance. The above-mentioned first predetermined temperature is determined by experiments of the inventor as the lowest temperature of 3 5 ° C, which is the lowest temperature of foaming generated from laundry liquid. By this, it is possible to more surely reduce the generation of foam and to obtain sufficient Cleaning performance. When the temperature of the laundry liquid is above the first predetermined temperature and below the second predetermined temperature, the rotation of the drum 9 is shortened more than other temperature regions (below the first predetermined temperature and exceeding the second predetermined temperature). The rotation driving time in the mode, and the rotation speed of the drum 9 is reduced (mode B). This is because the foam generated from the laundry liquid is more likely to be generated at a higher temperature of the laundry liquid. However, when the temperature of the foam is too high, the temperature will decrease. If the temperature of the foam is too high, the foam will rupture as soon as the internal pressure of the foam rises, and the viscosity of the outer membrane of the foam will decrease. Therefore, when the temperature of the laundry liquid is above the first predetermined temperature and below the second predetermined temperature, the rotation driving time in the rotation mode of the drum 9 is shortened and the rotation of the drum 9 is reduced by other temperature regions. Speed can more surely reduce the intensity of washing in areas where more foam is generated, reduce foam generation, and increase the intensity of laundry (mode A) in areas outside the temperature, so that sufficient washing performance can be obtained. The above-mentioned second predetermined temperature is determined by experiments of the inventor as 55 5 ° C, the highest temperature at which the most amount of foaming generated from the laundry liquid can be generated, so that the generation of foaming can be reduced more reliably, and it is possible To full cleaning performance. In addition, in this configuration, when the above-mentioned control is performed, if excessive foaming occurs in the drum 9 (YES in step S 6), the operation will be stopped and an abnormality notification will be performed (step S 1 0). Therefore, it can make the foam even more (please read the precautions on the back before filling this page). Binding and binding The paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (X297 mm) -18- 1227759 A7 _ B7 V. Invention description (16) will overflow the machine. (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page.) Figures 8 and 9 show the second and third embodiments of the present invention. The same parts as those in the first embodiment are given the same figure numbers. The description is omitted, and only different parts are described. [Second Embodiment] In the second embodiment shown in FIG. 8, the control device 4 6 will perform the same judgment as step S 6 after step 11 (before step 12) to see if excessive foam is generated. (Step S 1 〇1). If it is judged in this step S 1 0 that there is not too much foaming (N 0), it will continue to step 12. If it is judged that there is too much foaming (YES), it will be opened by turning on the drain valve 1 8 by energizing. The laundry liquid in the drum 9 (in the water tank 7) is discharged by a predetermined amount (for example, 2 liters) (step S102), and then step S12 is continued. Printed by the 8th Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. After the temperature of the laundry liquid in the drum 9 reaches the upper limit 値 (YES in step S4), it is continued for a predetermined time (10 minutes to improve the cleaning effect In the washing operation, when a lot of foam is generated, the amount of laundry liquid in the drum 9 is reduced by performing a predetermined amount of drainage (step S102) to reduce the amount of foam generated. In this case, even if the amount of the laundry liquid in the drum 9 decreases, the heating of the heater 17 performed in step S 1 1 will stop, so even if the heater 17 is exposed on the liquid surface of the laundry liquid, something wrong. When it is judged in the above step 6 that excessive foam is generated (YES), if the above-mentioned drainage is performed, the heater 17 still generating heat may be exposed on the liquid surface of the laundry liquid, and in this case, it will Stop the drainage and stop the paper size to apply the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) -19- 1227759 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (17) Stop operation and report abnormality (step S 1 0). [Third Embodiment] In the third embodiment shown in FIG. 9, the control device 46, before step S1, the user operates the washing time setting switch of the operation panel 4 to set the washing time (detailed washing time) ) T. The set washing time T is the length of time required before the temperature of the laundry liquid reaches the upper limit 値 60 t, such as 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 120 minutes, and so on. Moreover, in this case, the control device 46, after step S3 (before step S4), starts to count down the set time T (step S2 0 2), and then determines whether or not a decrease from the set time has elapsed. Go to the time of 10 minutes (T-10), that is, whether the remaining 10 minutes of the set time T is reached (step S203). If it is determined in this step S203 that the time (No) of 10 minutes remaining is not reached, the process proceeds to step S4. In this case, after steps S8 and S9, it will return to step S203. If it is determined in step S203 that the remaining time of 10 minutes (Y ES) of the set time T is reached, the process proceeds to step S11. When it is determined in step S6 that excessive foaming has occurred in the drum 9 (YES), the process proceeds to step S11. After step S 1 1, the above-mentioned step S 1 〇1 ° will be entered. In the above step S 6, it is determined that excessive foaming occurs in the drum 9, and in step S 1 〇1, it is also judged that the bubble 9 is generated in the drum 9. Bubble excess (YES), it will go to step S102, and then, it will go to step S204 (please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) Applicable to China National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) -20- Printed by the Consumer Consumption Cooperative of Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economy 1227759 A7 ______B7 V. Description of Invention (18). On the other hand, if it is determined in this step s 1 〇 1 that there is no excessive foaming (NO) in the drum 9, the process proceeds to step S 2 0 4 and step S 2 0 4 without going through step si 〇2. Instead of step si 2 described above, it is determined whether or not the set time τ 'has elapsed. If it is determined that it has not been reached (n0), the process proceeds to step S 1 3'. If it is determined that the condition (γ ES) is reached, the laundry operation is terminated. In other words, in this case, the control device 46 generates a detection device by excessively generating bubbles while the laundry liquid in the drum 9 is being heated for washing (steps S203, S4 to S9). 3 7 If excessive foaming is detected (YES in step S 6), the heater 1 7 will stop heating the laundry liquid in the drum 9 (step S 1 1) and the drain valve 18 will be used to A predetermined amount of the washing liquid in the drum 9 is discharged (step S102), and the laundry is continued for the remaining time of the time T set by the washing time setting switch. In this case, a predetermined amount of the washing liquid is discharged. The amount of the washing liquid in the drum 9 reduces the amount of washing liquid in the drum 9 and reduces the amount of foam generation. In this case, even if the amount of the laundry liquid in the drum 9 is reduced, the heating of the laundry liquid is stopped, so there is no problem even if the heater 17 is exposed on the liquid surface of the laundry liquid. Moreover, in this situation, the user's set time T has priority. By continuing to perform the washing of the remaining time of the set time T, until all the washing of the set time T is completed, there will be sufficient washing performance. In this case, it is also possible to reduce the occurrence of foaming (no bad situation due to foaming), and to obtain sufficient cleaning performance.
