308552 A7 B7_ 五、發明説明() (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本發明係η於利用不織布之業務用、家庭用之淸掃用 薄片,更詳而言之,係鼷於一種μ捕集各種粉臛之乾式淸 掃用薄片。 習知之淸撺用物品卽乾式淸掃用的化學抹布一般係使 油狀物質會浸於鏃布或不嫌布等,μ油狀物質之潤濕吸附 被淸撺面上之污垢而予Μ除去者。 利用不纗布之淸掃用薄片係藉由接著或融接或更強之 络合而強固地接合纖維,Μ免清捕時繼維届掉落或被弄破 。如此之淸掃用薄片醮可藉含浸之油狀物質潤猫來吸附土 鏖等之撤細污垢,但,對於狒絮、絲線、毛髮等較大的塵 埃之捕集性均無法滿足。 爲捕集綿絮、絲線、毛髮等較大之粉鏖,必須Μ自由 度高之缕維來络合,以鐵維络合所形成之不嫌布一般係比 藉由共接箸或融接鐵維所構成之不纗布邏具更大的自由度 ,藉粉*與該繼維之交纏,可提高粉塵類之捕集性。而且 ,如該鐵锥络合撖弱之不鏃布般,粉塵類之捕集性變高, 但*若络合遇弱*不織布之強度會明顯降低,加工性惡化 *同時雄維亦容易脫落。 經濟部中夬橾準局負工消费合作社印製 因此,本發明之目的在於提供一棰淸掃用薄片,其可 同時滿足淸掃時之必要的強度及對粉鏖類之捕集性能必須 之鑛維自由度。 本發明人等為達成上述之目的,經硏究之結果*發現 藉由使網狀薄片與織維»織積層,製作Μ水滾交络(water 時對於該網狀薄片亦Μ络合狀態成為一龌,又,斷裂強度 爲500g/30aa Μ上,且,500g/30nm荷重時之延伸度爲10 %以下,此外,於上述薄片中之不鏃布狀的繼維集合黼之 交络係數爲10〜500·,而該交络係數係Μ對於繼維配向之 垂直方向的醮力-變形曲線之初期斜率所表示者,终逹成 上述目的。 因此,上述斷裂強度係對淸揷用薄片施加抗拉荷重時 ,淸掃用薄片開始斷裂時之荷重值 <抗拉強度測定時之第 1譜峯值〉,上述延伸度表示Μ該荷重值爲500g/30ma時之 淸播用薄Η的延伸率。 又,上逑交络係數潙表示構成鑛維間之络合狀態的檷 準,可諝於淸掃用薄片中之不鐵布狀的鑛維集合釀中,Κ 其鐵維配向與垂直方向之«力-變形曲線之初期斜率來表 示,其值愈小識維間之络合愈弱。此時,應力係表示以抓 取幅寬(抗拉強度拥定時之試驗片輻寬)及不鏃布狀繼維集 合覼之單位面稹重除以抗拉荷重值之值,又,變形表示延 伸度。 佳之一例*但,不限於如此之網,亦可爲第4(A)圔乃至(C) 所示之具多數孔之有孔薄膜12;網狀薄片2係具有一定之 孔,只要具有一K络合狀態使形成纖缝集合鼸3之鑛維編 織成為一龌的擔讎機能即可,而無特別限定。 又,於第3顯及第4圓中,形成於上逑網狀薄片2、 12所形成之孔的形狀可有各捶變化,於有孔薄膜12等中, 亦可爲如第4(A) _所示之圔形狀,亦可為第4(B)圏所示之 2络合,同時,使位於該網狀薄片2之兩面的鑛維集合鼸 3、 3络合以製作薄片。 由络合後之孅維集合鐘3及網狀薄片2所構成之上述 薄片係通遇壓料糯9而爲使之乾烯乃搬入加熱装《10中Μ 進行熱處理。熱處理後之薄Η藉由鼷料辊11而被捲取檐13 播取。藉此,可裂逋如示於第2醑之本發明清掃用薄片。 其次,依下述實施例具讎地說明本發明。 對於下述實施例1〜4及比較例1、 2所得到之薄片 *藉抗拉試驗機M 100mm之卡盤閱距離.把持此試樣,Μ 300aia/ain之速度朝鐵維配向之垂直方向拉引,測定薄片 開始斷裂時之荷重值(由此澜定所得到之連續曲線的最初 1值)作爲斷裂強度。 ⑵500g/30aa荷重時之延伸度 藉上述斷裂強度測定來澜定荷重值瀛500g時之試樣的 延伸值。 又,Μ下述之3陏段從任意使用畤之變形、扭曲轷價 其延伸度。 〇:不產生變形、杻曲等,沒有問題。 1 △:會有變形、杻曲等產生,略難使用。 X :易產生變形、杻曲等,很難使用。 (3)交络係數 從薄片之不織布狀鑛维集合鼸(除去掮狀薄片部分}朝 钃維配方之垂直方向切取糴15ββ之試樣,藉抗拉試驗機Μ 50··之卡盤距離把持此試樣,Μ30·ι/·ίη之速度朝纖維配 向之垂直方向拉引,獮定抗拉荷重值F〔g〕對薄Η之延伸 。而且,Μ試樣幅宽〔0.015b〕及不鏰布狀繼雒集合艨之
