Abstract
A process of grinding drill, which comprises a rotating round plate grindstone which has polishing surface and polishing angles on the surrounding of the polishing surface in which the polishing surface and the front end of the drill face each other in a specified angle, and a drill with a shaft holding the drill; which is characterized in that: the shaft has three mechanical and synchronous movements generated by cams in which the three movements comprises the back-and-forth horizontal movement in the parallel direction on the polishing surface of the grindstone, the front-and-back movement of axial direction movement of the drill, and the rotation movement of rotation of the held drill; while polishing, first the shaft undergoes rotation movement of drill in a combined movement which comprises the horizontal movement toward the processing direction and the advancing movement toward the axial direction of drill so as to connect the blade edge of one end of drill from one end to the polishing face of the clockwise rotating grindstone in order to form a continuous gap between the cutting blades; while continuing the combined movement, the drill advances along the polishing angle to form a second gap plane and its tip inclination on the other side if the same blade edge; next, the shaft undergoes a return movement of the drill which is a combined movement which comprises the horizontal movement in the return direction and the backward movement in the axial direction of the drill in order to return the blade edge on the opposite side to the corresponding polishing plane of the grindstone; next, the polishing process was repeated for appropriate number of times to undergo polishing of the drill.
