經濟部中央標準局印裝 210975_Be_ 五、發明説明() 本發明偽有關於一種擠製熱塑性合成塑膠材料的裝置 ,包含一濟製機外殼,其内旋轉地支撑一擠製螺桿,係由 一驅動裝置帶動而繞其軸心線旋轉,並設有一欲熔化材料 之入口及一溶化液出口,此出口像與入口沿軸向方向分隔 開,並設有至少一個排氣用之排氣口,以及至少一個供惚 化液通過過總用的過滤器,其中擠製機外殼像由沿著螺桿 之璟周設置的回行螺桿螺紋分隔成二腔室,其中之一設有 該入口,而另一者則設有該出口,此等腔室偽由内部設有 該馆化液過膝器之通道所連通,而使每一排氣口均與設有 該出口之腔室連通,並與此出口沿軸向方向分隔開。 這一類型之裝置是屬已知者(見美國專利第3,360,824 號之説明書)。自出口排出之馆化液將注入一工具内,如 一模具内,而在其内形成一個熱塑性合成塑_材料物品。 吾人亦知可將合成塑膠材料之廢料回收處理,其偽將 合成塑膠材料廢料經由入口輸入濟製機外殼内,在其内將 之溶化,並以過濾器滤除其雜質。因之而造成的問題是一 方面化須去除合成塑膠材料廢料内的雜質,另一方面在懷 化過程所産生之氣體亦須加以去除,這些氣體是由譬如說 印製於合成塑膠材料上的印刷顔料所造成的,這些印刷顔 料在某種溫度下會産生氣體,甚或是完全轉變成氣態。為 排除這些氣體,習知之結構上係設置一排氣口,此開口自 合成塑膠材料之流動方向觀之偽緊鄰於一做為過滤器之用 的筛網後方。清潔並除氣後之合成塑膠材料則輸入第二腔 室内,並自其間流至出口處。然檢視其産品,可發現此種 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -3 - 甲 4(210X297 公爱) 78. 8. 3,000 210975 A6 B6 經 濟 v^» 央 標 準 Μ 印 裝 五、發明説明() 機器並不符合需求。檢査結果顯示,由於合成塑膠材料在 通過過濾器時會受擾流的影響,因此在處理過之合成塑膠 材料上會有除氣不足的情形,而使那些已經脱離或正要脫 離合成塑膠材料之氣態成份會再次混入合成塑膠材料内。 吾人亦知另有一種裝置偽在單--個腔室内設置一擠 製螺桿,而在其出口之緊鄰前方設置一過濾器,以清潔合 成塑膠材料。在此種結構中,排氣口偽設置在過濾器的前 方,因此在除氣後,熔化液中仍然含有雜質。在過濾器或 出口前方,擠製螺捍之螺紋必須具有適當的導程,以便産 生適當的壓力,以克服過滿器及連接於出口上之工具所造 成的阻力。因此其所能克服之最大阻力是依此區段内擠製 螺桿之幾何特性而定。若阻力超過此最大阻力值,例如因 過滿器受污損之故,則馆化液自出口流出之量就會減少, 並在熔化液内形成背壓,而使熔化液以所不期望之方式自 排氣口排出。 其它的習用裝置亦具有一些另外的缺點。因此可用以 産生高品質最終産品之細密過滿筛網之應用必須依馆化之 合成塑臌材料之黏度、整個過ί慮器表面積的大小和作業能 量而定,因之會受到限制。此外,在這些習知裝置中,由 馆化液内含之雜質所産生之氣體可能會在此馆化液通過排 氣口後才産生,而使所得到之最終産品並未能完全地除氣 。這種情形對溶化液内之不均勻部份亦然,這些不均句部 份在通過排氣口時像呈未完全燈化狀的,而在稍後過程中 才熔化,然後才開始除氣。 -4- ΓΤ " 78. 8. 3,000 甲 4(210X297 公簷) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再瑱寫本頁) *線…;. 21097ο Α6 Β6 經濟部中央標準局印製 五、發明説明() 本發明之目的在於避免這些習用裝置之缺點,並提供 一種擠製熱塑性合成塑膠材料之裝置,其中將沒有擠製材 料會自排氣口流出,且所有的雜質及不均勻的部份均會在 除氣過程之前滤除掉,此裝置可有效地對合成塑_材料加 以除氣。本發明之達成此目標偽自前所説明之習知裝置開 始,而以其自身之特點來逹成之,其每一排氣口之設置自 合成塑膠材料之流動方向觀之均是設置在用以排放至設有 出口之腔室的各通道開口後方,而擠製螺桿在此開口和每 一排氣口間之螺紋幾何形狀是可使其間形成一合成塑膠材 料之低壓區域,ja每一排放至設有出口之腔室内的通道開 口均是緊鄰於回行螺桿螺紋旁遴的。因此,合成塑膠材料 之除氣過程只會發生在當合成塑膠材料通過溶化液過滅器 而再度進入螺桿外殼内時。在合成塑膠材料通過溶化液過 滴器至其到達排氣口之間,包含在合成塑膠材料内的氣體 將有足夠的時間自合成塑_材料内脫離,因為在此段時間 内,合成塑膠材料是通過一大致上無歷力作用於其上之區 域,故無大壓力作用於此合成塑_材料上。 將每一個導引過滿過合成塑膠材料進入設有出口之腔 室内的通道之開口設置在靠近於回行螺桿螺紋旁邊可確保 回行螺桿螺紋能被穩定地供應合成塑膠材料。在前文所述 之習知結構中並不具有此種優點,因為其内用以將過濾過 材料再度輸入螺桿外殼内之開口偽設置在擠製螺桿之半値 螺捍螺紋導程後方之故。因此,濟製螺桿會傾向於將材料 朝遠離回行螺桿螺紋方向輸送,而使回行螺桿螺紋無法被 -5- (請先閑讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) •訂· .線. 甲 4 (210X297 公簷) 78. 8, 3,000 210975 A6 B6 經濟部中央橾準局印装 五、發明説明() 充份地供齡成咖㈣。因此,^腔室雛有效地密 封分隔開,並使回行螺桿螺紋可能會有乾蓮轉之危險。在 本發明之結構中,這些缺點均可完金地加以避免且其優 點是回行螺桿螺紋可以已過濾過之材料加以清潔而使回 行螺桿螺紋區域内不會有合成塑膠衬料分解之情事發生。 藉箸將排氣口與過總器分隔開,因而在馆化液通過過 滿器稍後之時方産生合成塑膠材料之除氣作用,可得到在 馆化液過滅器因堵褰而形成背歷時,仍不會有材料會自排 氣口流出之餍點。籍箸不均句部份及雜質均已在熔化液到 達排氣口之前去除掉之事實,可避免其在通過這些排氣口 後再産生氣髏。最後,本發明之結樽可有一優點,即馆化 液在出口區域之進料丨®力可加以降低,因為僅有工具之阻 力需克服。 如眾所知悉的,回行螺桿螺紋,有時又稱為阻塞螺捍 ,偽和濟製螺桿之正常螺紋呈反向之螺紋,並具有較該正 常螺紋為小之導程。藉箸此回行螺桿螺紋之設置’少量之 溶化液,餐如1%至1<5%之量’會自設:有出口和排氣口之腔 室沿回流之方向進入設有入口之腔室内。因此可在任何情 況下,避免含有雜質之合成接進入設有出口年口 排氣口之胶室内,即旁通繞過化液過滿器。 根據本發明之一較' 4圭®r Μ例j ’ g g w & α之1 m® 至熔化液過濾器之毎一®道亦、# 螺捍螺紋處。疽可避免形成死角•使合成材料^55集於 該處而停留在此裝置内一段丨目當長時間’致使此材料受 —6 一 78. 8. 3,000 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) .訂· .線. 甲 4 (210X297 公爱) 2l〇^ δ Α6 Β6 經濟部中央標準局印裝 五、發明説明() 到高熱之傷害性影響。 根據本發明之一較佳實施例,擠製螺桿内大致上沒壓 力施於合成塑膠材料上之區域是延伸至排氣口處,而擠製 螺桿在此無壓力區域後方之螺紋幾何形狀具有一排放區域 ,偽延伸至出口處。在此情形下,合成塑膠材料將具有最 長之時間來進行除氣作業。另一方面,這可確保在出口處 ,熔化液可有足夠之壓力來輸入該工具内。無壓力區域最 好是自排放至具有出口;^腔室内的通道排出口之緊鄰後方 開始,以便能有最長之無壓力區域。 為使此裝置亦可用以處理不須要進行除氣作業之合成 塑膠材料,根據本發明之另一實施例,其至少一個之排氣 口偽可加以封閉的。這可藉任何適當裝置為之,譬如閥裝 置。 為避免産生死角,在本發明精神之内,該通道之進入 口或是排出口的側壁是緊接於螺捍上設有回行螺桿螺紋之 區段的前壁。此前壁可以是一假想前壁,若擠製螺桿之正 常螺紋和回行螺捍螺紋是相接的。但若回行螺桿螺紋和正 常螺捍螺紋是由一段核心上沒有或大致沒有螺紋之螺捍所 分隔開,則前壁可為一實際之前壁。 為能簡單地連接和濟製機外殼相交之通道的那些段落 ,在本發明之精神内,這些具有進入口或排出口之通道段 落最好是在擠製機外殼内徑間地延伸。 在所附圖式中顯示一做為範例之實施例,其中顯示出 本發明裝置之縱長向剖面圖。 -7 - 甲4(21GX297公#) 78. 8. 3,000 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) .線. ?Λ^η〇 經濟部中央標準局印製 Α6 Β6 五、發明説明() 本裝置具有一擠製機外殼1,其内可旋轉地支撑一擠 製螺桿2,偽由一適當之驅動裝置(未顯示)所驅動而嬈 其軸心線轉動。要加以熔化之合成塑膠材料是經由連接至 進料漏斗4之入口3進入至擠製螺桿内。熔化後之合成塑 膠材料,下文將稱為溶化液",偽自一出口 5自外殼1 内排出。一工具6連接至此出口。此工具6可為一模具或 類似物品。 螺捍2在沿軸向方向與入口3和出口5分隔開之位置 上設有回行螺捍螺紋7,具有和螺桿2之其它螺紋相反方 向之螺紋,此回行螺桿螺紋之導程偽小於螺桿2其餘部份 的導程。回行螺桿螺紋7可相對於擠製機外殼1而封閉螺 桿2之周緣,因之而在此外殼内形成二個腔室8和9。在 連接至入口3之腔室8内,擠製螺捍2之外形(螺桿螺紋 之深度及導程)偽可使合成塑膠材料軟化的,並建立足以 克服過濾器阻力的壓力。在腔室8的末端,緊接於回行螺 桿螺紋7之前,徑向延伸之通道段落10的進入口 係設 置於擠製機外殼1之内壁上,其偽和此内壁相交,並和設 置在與擠製機外殼1相連接之過滤器外罩12内之通道11的 一段落11’相連通。每一過滤器外罩12具有一中空空間13 ,各通道段落11’均連通至其内。在每一中空空間13内, 至少設有一熔化液過濾器14,此過濾器可以具有任何所需 要之結構。因此溶化液過滿器可包含一個或多個飾網,可 以是一體成型的或是由多個零件構成的,亦可使用多値過 滴器裝置,沿材料流動方向一値接一値地設置。合用之過 (請先聞讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) .訂· •線. 肀 4(210X297公爱) 78· 8· 3,000 2l〇^° A6 B6 經濟部中央揉準局印製 五、發明説明() 嫌器要能回流冲洗,並能移動至一傾可更換過嫌器零件之 位置上。 在通過過濾器14後,馆化液再由中空空間13流入過濾 器外軍12上之另一通道段落15,自此再經由徑向延伸而與 擠製機外般1相交之通道段落16進入腔室9内。通道段落 16之排出口 16’係緊接於回行媒桿螺紋7之旁邊。通道段 落10和16與回行螺桿螺紋7相鄰接之側壁俗與回行媒桿燦 紋7或是螺桿2上設有此回行螺紋之部位的前端表面21對 齊。 在腔室9内設有一個或多個排氣口 17,像與通道段落 16之排出口 16’間隔一段軸向距離。經由造些排氣口 17, 可將自處理過之合成塑膠材料内脱離出之氣髖排出,最好 是使用一個經由管線22連接至排氣口 17之真空泵浦來進行 抽氣作業。這些排氣口 17亦可設有適當之裝置,以封閉其 開口。排氣口 17之封閉是在所處理之合成塑膠材料不具有 會産生氣膜之産品的情形下所為之的。在腔室9在通道11 之排出口 16’和排氣口 17間之長度内,擠製螺桿2之一段 具有可形成無歷力或低歷力匾域18之幾何形狀,此匾域構 成一個可供合成塑膠材料釋放其張力而能促進除氣動作之 空間。如圖中所示,螺桿2在此區段内設有相當加深之螺 紋。因此自排出口 16’輸送至此匾域18内之合成塑腰材料 ,賁際上只被向前蓮送而己,而末受到®力作用。因此包 含在合成塑膠材料内的氣體會有充份的時間來自合成塑駿 材料内逃出至嫌桿2之周緣.也就是到建搞製檐外般1之 一 9- (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 甲 4 (210X297 公簷) 78. 8. 3,000 Α6 Β6 經濟部中央揉準局印製 五、發明説明() 内壁23上,然後氣«再從該處經由排氣口 17而排出。在此 同時,此無壓力匾域18亦可避免所不欲見之熔化合成塑膠 材料經由排氣口 17自腔室9内流出。 於無JK力區域18後方,擠製媒挥2設有一排出區域19 ,其螺紋深度較區域18為小,在此區域19内,將會形成用 以克服工具6之阻力的壓力。 藉箸回行螺桿螺紋7之設置,少置之熔化液會自腔室 9回流至腔室8 ,因而可阻止馆化液自腔室8流入腔室9 内,卽繞過過滅器14,而防止雜質及不均句部份輸入工具 6内。 僅是以示意方式顯示於圖式中之過濾器外單12可簡便 地自擠製機外殻1上鬆開,並且拆下,以供清理及更換溶 化液過濾器14之用。 根據圖示具髏實例一較佳之變化,擠製螺桿2上設有 回行螺桿螺紋7之部位的前端表面21傺向前突伸超過排出 口 16’ 一小部份。此前端表面21與排出口 16’重β之量是 非常小的,以避免無意義地遮住排出口 16’。因此該重β 之量可為回行螺桿螺紋之一個導程長度,或是其一部份而 已。籍箸此小量之重可確保回行媒桿螺紋7之最後一 導程可被穩定地供應過嫌過之合成塑謬材料。在此情況下 ,可確保回行螺榫螺紋7能形成一有效的密封隔绝,且能 由腔室9所供應之新鮮過嫌過合成塑謬材料加以淸潔。 -10- (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) •裝· •線· 甲 4(210X297 公磁) 78. 8. 3,000
