Abstract

The invention provides conductive film for touch panel sensor, touch panel sensor and touch panel. The aforesaid conductive film for touch panel sensor is excellent in adaptation, having lead wire that is capable of micronization and further having the high electrical connection between the lead wire and the detected electrode. The conductive film for touch panel sensor comprises substrate, detected electrode that located at least on one side of the surface of the substrate, pattern shape coated layer that located around the detected electrode, which is set on one side of the surface of the substrate and further having functional groups that are capable of interacting with plating catalyst or precursor thereof, lead wire that is disposed on the pattern shape coated layer and conductive junction that electrically connected with the detected electrode and the lead wire. The lead wire is formed at least by the procedure listed below: providing the plating catalyst or the precursor thereof with the pattern shape coated layer and further implement the plating process.
