In this manufacturing method of the resinoid grinding wheel, of which abrasive grains are fixed by the phenol resin binder and which has cavities in the structure thereof, the abrasive grains, water and a forming agent are evenly mixed, and a hardening agent is added and mixed evenly, thereafter, the obtained fluid mixture is run into a predetermined die, and hardened by action of the hardening agent, and moisture is eliminated from the obtained hardened body for drying. Bubbles are formed in the fluid mixture by a chemical reaction of the foaming agent, and after hardening, formed into the cavities in the structure of the grinding wheel.
