Abstract

The present invention provides a method for treating drain water containing fly ash, wherein the drain water is subjected to pH adjustment in a gas absorption reaction/degasification vessel (21), precipitations are removed from the drain water in a first sloped plate sedimentation vessel (22) and a second sloped plate sedimentation vessel (24), suspended matters are removed from the drain water in a film filtration device (25), and precipitations removed in a first sloped plate type sedimentation vessel (22) and a second sloped plate type sedimentation vessel (24) and suspended matters removed in a film filtration device (25) are subjected to solid-liquid separation in a filter press (15). The solids separated are utilized as a part of a raw material for cement.
