Buluş, aşağıdaki özellikler vasıtasıyla karakterize edilir: - Çekme kuvvetinin ölçülmesine yönelik bir ölçüm cihazı; - ölçüm sonucunun kaydedilmesine ve pervane gücüne ve/veya pervane hedeflerine yönelik pervane yönüne ilişkin bir kontrol komutunun oluşturulmasına yönelik merkezi bir işleme birimi (CPU).
