Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una tecnología que no interfiere con flotantes y buques veleros, no se ve afectada por condiciones climáticas oceánicas al estar sumergida a una profundidad constante, separa fácilmente los flotantes tales como las embarcaciones flotantes de producción, almacenamiento y descarga FPSO, a fin de hacer frente a una emergencia tal como clima tormentoso y evitar colisión, desde el pontón sumergido y, ya que ha finalizado la emergencia, regresa al área de operación para anclar el flotante tal como FPSO al pontón sumergido y comenzar la operación, y la presente invención proporciona un aparato para anclar un flotante mediante el uso de un pontón sumergido que incluye un pontón sumergido que se coloca y fija a una profundidad constante debajo del fondo del flotante, en donde el pontón sumergido se fabrica con tuberías flotantes, asume un polígono plano, se ata mediante cuerdas que están conectadas a pesas o anclas en el lecho marino y se ata mediante cuerdas que se conectan al flotante.
