Buluş, kemik transvers ve parçalı patella (20) kırıklarının tespitinde kullanılan, kırık fragmanlarını hem fikse edip hem de kompresyon oluşturan kırık plağı (1) olup, özelliği; gövde (10) proksimal ucunda yer alan kompresyon vidası deliğinden (13) geçerek, gövde (10) distal ucunda yer alan kilitli plak deliğine (14) sabitlenmenen kompresyon vidası (12), bahsedilen kompresyon vidasının (12) proksimal ucunda, kompresyon vidasının (12) sıkılarak yivli vida ucunun (121) kilitli plak deliğine (14) sabitlenmesini sağlayan tornavida başı (122), kompresyon vidasının (12) plak sabitleme deliğine (14) tornavida başından (122) sıkılarak sabitlenmesini sağlayan, kompresyon vidası (12) distal ucunda yer alan yivli vida ucu (121), kompresyon vidasını (12) yivli vida ucundan (121) distal uca sabitleyerek, tornavida başından (122) sıkıldığında gövdede (10) gergi oluşmasını sağlayan gövde (10) distal ucunda yer alan kilitli plak deliği (14), gövde (10) proksimal ucunda yer alan, içerisinden kompresyon vidasının (12) geçtiği kompresyon vidası deliği (13) içermesi ile karakterize edilmektedir.
