Description

Изобретение относитс к электротехнической промышленности и может быть использовано в производстве сверхминиатюрных ламп накаливани .The invention relates to the electrical industry and can be used in the production of subminiature incandescent lamps.
1.A known method of manufacturing subminiature incandescent lampBi is that the tungsten coil is fixed on the electrode-holders welded into the glass bead. To support longer spirals, additional supports are used which are welded into the bead of the leg together with the electrodes. In this case, the mounting operation of the helix also includes securing the tungsten helix to the support hook. The bead stem thus obtained is inserted into the glass tube and floated therein, after which the tube is pumped out and sealed at the other end 1.
This method of manufacturing subminiature lamps is low-productive and labor-intensive due to the complexity of assembly operations, which require a great deal of manual labor.
The closest to the proposed is an automated method of manufacturing ultra-miniature lamps, according to
которому полностью смонтированную бусинковую ножку помещают в стекл нную колбу, одному из торцов которой придана форма сферического купола, колбу через свободный торец откачивают до необходимого вакуума, запаивают горелкой на достаточном удалении от бусы, после чего на место расположени бусы надевают кольцо из неприлипающего к стеклу материала, нагрев которого приводит к сплавлению стенок колбы с бусинкой, излищек колбы in which a fully mounted bead stem is placed in a glass flask, one of whose ends is shaped as a spherical dome, the flask is pumped out to the required vacuum through a free end, sealed with a torch at a sufficient distance from the beads, then a ring of material non-adherent to the glass is put on the burner the heating of which leads to the fusion of the walls of the flask with a bead

However, the gases released by soldering the walls of the flask with the beads reduce the initial vacuum and contaminate the internal volume of the flask on both sides of the location of the beads, which degrades the quality

The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the lamps by maintaining the original vacuum and preventing the formation of contaminants in the bulb.

The goal is achieved according to the method of making subminiature lamps, including placing a mounted bead leg in the closed end of a glass bulb, evacuating and sealing the flask, dressing the flask from the material that does not stick to the glass at the location of the flask, heating the ring before fusing the beads to the walls of the flask, desoldering and removal of the excess flask, in which simultaneously with the heating of the ring placed at the location of the beads, the opposite sealed end of the flask is cooled.
FIG. 1 shows a mounted bead leg; in fig. 2 - the closed end of a flask with a bead leg placed in it; in fig. 3 — the flask is sealed after pumping out with a ring dressed at the location of the beads; in fig. 4 — flask after the process of soldering beads with it; in fig. 5 Ready to subminiature lamp.
The method is carried out as follows.
5).A fully assembled bead stem (Fig. 1) with bead 1 and electrodes 2 is placed in a glass flask 3, one of the ends of which is shaped like a spherical dome 4 (Fig. 2). The position of the stem in the flask is fixed with electrodes 2, diluted in opposite directions. The flask is pumped through the free end to the required vacuum, sealed with a torch at a sufficient distance from the beads 1, after which the beads are put on the ring 5 of graphite (Fig. 3-), and the opposite the sealed end of the flask 5 is cooled, for example, by immersion in liquid nitrogen. The graphite ring is heated by passing an electric current through it, which leads to the fusion of the walls of the flask with the bead (Fig. 4). The flask is then removed from the ring and from a vessel with liquid nitrogen, after which the flashes of the flask are sealed off and removed. Thus, a ready-made subminiature incandescent lamp (Fig. 5) is obtained.
The cooling creates a cold zone of the flask, and the heated ring produces a heated zone at its opposite end, as a result of which gases released in the place of fusion of the flask with beads and contamination according to the laws of thermodynamics are pulled back into the colder zone, thereby maintaining the original vacuum and no contamination in the finished lamp.
The use of the proposed method of manufacturing ultraminiature incandescent lamps reduces the reject rate, increases the burning time, improves the light and electrical parameters of the lamps, p.
