Abstract
The invention relates to the electrical industry and can be used in the manufacture of subminiature incandescent lamps. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the lamps. Bead legs 1 and flasks 2 are placed in the recesses of the graphite plate 3, which is an electrothermocouple. A graphite holder 4 is put on top, so that the lamp bulbs are placed in the corresponding recesses of the holder. The cassette thus assembled is placed in a vacuum chamber, in which a plate and a holder are heated by passing an electric current through them to the glass degassing temperature. After soaking at this temperature, the current through the holder 4 is turned off, and the current through the cutting plate sharply increases, bringing its temperature to the glass softening temperature, as a result of which the lamp is welded from S. The flask holder does not allow the flasks to deflect (/: s from the vertical position, ensuring coaxiality of the flask and the leg in the lamp, and also ensures uniform heating of all flasks to the same temperature — this contributes to the quality of the lamps produced. 1 Il.
Description
The invention relates to the electrical industry and can be used in the production of ultra-miniature incandescent lamps.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the lamps by improving the alignment of the legs relative to the bulbs and increasing the purity of the internal volume of the lamps.
In addition, the proposed method makes it possible to fully automate the lamp manufacturing process by ensuring uniform temperature distribution over the surface of the bulb, heating all the flasks to the same temperature, and the possibility of its precise control.
The drawing shows a graphite plate, in the recesses of which are placed the legs and flasks, the flask holder is placed on top of the flasks.
The flask holder is a graphite plate with recesses or through holes in diameter of the flasks, coaxial with the recesses, of a graphite plate in which the legs and flasks are placed. The holder can be heated by any method, for example, by passing an electric current.
The method is as follows.
The fully mounted bead leg 1 and the flask 2 are placed in the corresponding recesses of the graphite plate 3 (electrothermoelectric element), the graphite holder 4 is put on top of the flasks 2. Preservation of the relative position of the plate 3 and holder 4 is ensured by any glass softening spores, thereby welding the lamps, then remove the heat ' plate 3, disconnecting it from the current source. After cooling the plate with 5 ready-made lamps, the chamber is depressurized and the lamps are removed.
The bulb holder, maintaining its position relative to the plate at the time of welding, does not allow the flasks to deviate from the vertical position, thereby ensuring the coaxiality of the bulb and the legs in the finished lamp, heating it to the degassing temperature ensures a uniform distribution of 1® temperature over the surface of the flasks and <provides heating all the flasks to the same temperature, since the contact area of the surface of the flask with the holder is incomparably larger than the neck of the 2® flask and plate. Since the temperature of the flasks over the entire surface is the same and, therefore, there are no cold aeons, the contaminants cannot be deposited on the inner surface of the * 5 flasks and are pumped out, heating all the flasks to the same temperature guarantees the same pumping quality of all simultaneously welded lamps, i.e., the same purity of the internal 3 ® internal volume of the lamps. In addition, it becomes possible to precisely control the temperature of the flasks, since the holder temperature can be controlled by fixing a thermocouple in it.
