1286948 Rotary disc dehydration press R YORITOMI 18 Nov 1970 [6 Dec 1969] 54851/70 Heading B1D In a dehydration press wherein material passes round the gap between the inner, frustoconical surfaces of two rotating perforate discs 8, 9 mounted on respective shafts 5, 6, the inner ends of the shafts are connected by a pin 7 vertically oriented in a central aperture 4 in plate 2, which is connected to the outer, annular, fixed casing 1 (Fig. 3, not shown), the outer ends of shafts 5, 6 are restrained against vertical movement by engaging in guide slots 23, 24 and extended by L-shaped levers 30, 31 whose ends are adjustable relative to lug 39 on casing 1 to vary the angular inclination of shafts 5, 6 and hence the ratio of maximum to minimum width of the pressing gap. This construction reduces the forces during pressing to outward forces exerted by levers 30, 31 on adjusting nuts 41, 42 and a shearing force on pin 7, but not net force is transmited from the pin 7 to plate 2 and casing 1, and these parts need not be unduly strong. Slots 23, 24 are formed in extensions of the frame which supports casing 1. Figs. 5 to 7 (not shown) illustrate modifications in which the ends of levers 30, 31 are resiliently engaged by springs or hydraulic rams to allow movement thereof to compensate for material feed rate variations during pressing. Discs 8, 9 are rotated by chain drives to sprockets 18, 19, and supported on shafts 5, 6 by journal bearings 12, 13 and thrust bearings 14, 15.

Цель изобретени  - уменьшение уси ли , прилагаемого к несущей консольной плите, и повышение степени обезвоживани .. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем что в пресс-фильтре дл  непрерывного обезвоживани ,включающем фильтроваль ные перфорированные диски, располог жеиные один против другого во внешнем кольцеобразном кожухе, и укрепленные на валах, внутренние концы которых соединены штифтом, расположенным в .центре внешнего кольцеобразного кожуха, установленного на несущую консольную плиту, выполненную с направЛ51Ю11 (ими, в которых установлены подвижно внешние концы валов, и рычаги , последние одним концом жестко закреплены на внешнем конце валов, а другим соединены с кожухом регулирующим элементом. На фиг. 1 показан пресс-фильтр, общий вид; на фиг. 2 - разрез А-А на фиг. 1. Пресс-фильтр включает опорную плиту 1, кольцеобразный кожух 2, фильтровальные перфорированные диски 3, вал 4 и вал 5, консольную плиту 6, штифт 7, рычаги 8, регулирующий элемент 9, патрубок 10 ввода и патрубок 11 вывода. Пресс-фильтр работает следующим образом. Сырой материал поступает в патрубок ввода и в отрегулированном положении фильтровальные диски 3 начинают вращатьс , сырье передаетс  вращением фильтровальных дисков и одновременно сдавливаетс  ими, отфильтрованна  вода стекает через отв,ерсти  дисков, далее обезвоженный материал разгружаетс  через выходной патрубок с помощью скребка.The invention relates to filtering and can be used in various industries for separating and dewatering suspensions.
