The invention relates to industrial transport, in particular, to devices for moving and braking single trolleys and compositions on the surface of mines and in underground conditions. A pusher is known which contains a carriage with a fist fixed on it, moving in guides, an inductor of an electromagnetic drive rigidly fixed on the carriage, a rotor made in the form of a flat magnetic conductor fixed between the guides along the carriage motion path. At the same time, a segment of the magnetic circuit and guides are mounted in the bottom of the cage. When applying voltage to the windings of the inductor, a tractive force is created as a result of the interaction of the traveling magnetic field of the inductor with the field of secondary currents induced in the magnetic circuit. This force moves the inductor with the carriage in guides. The fist pushes the car along the track 1. The disadvantage of this pusher is its low reliability due to the difficulty of supplying power to the inductor, since the latter moves relative to the energy source. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed is a pusher for moving the trolley carriages containing two inducers rigidly mounted on the frame on both sides of the track against each other. During the operation of a known pusher, a trolley, the body of which performs the function of a rotor, acts as a pulling force generated by the interaction of the traveling magnetic field of the inductor with the field of secondary currents, which moves the car 2. The disadvantage of the known pusher is its low reliability, especially sloping paths, due to the fact that when the supply voltage of the inductors disappears, the pulling force disappears and the trolleys, under the action of the component gravity, have the ability to roll down h In this case, the trolleys may fall off the rails and an emergency situation occurs. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the operation of the pusher. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the pusher to move the mine carriages, including a frame with inductors fixed on it, located on both sides of the pair of wheels against each other, and the braking device, the braking device is made in the form of a hinged parallelogram, one of which has horizontal sides mounted over wheels with the possibility of contact with them, and each side is hinged to the frame and connected with it by means of an elastic element, while the frame is provided with horizontal directions on which the inductors are mounted. This embodiment allows to increase the reliability of the pusher and hauling of trolley trolleys. FIG. 1 shows a pusher during normal pumping operation, front view; in fig. 2 - the same, side view; in fig. 3 - pusher when the braking device operates, front view; in fig. 4 - the same, side view. The carriage pusher consists of a frame 1 with inductors 2 fixed on it, a braking device including swinging pillars 3 mounted with hinges 4 on frame 1 and connected to it by elastic elements 5, and skis 6 fixed by means of hinges 7 on racks 3 On the same uprights 3, stops 8 and 9 are installed, in contact with the cams 10 and 11, located on the inductor 2, which is able to move with the help of rollers 12 along. horizontal guides 13 fixed on frame 1 parallel to the track 14. The inductors 2 are mounted on both sides of the track 14 against each other. The function of the rotor is performed by the side wall of the body of the trolley 15. The pusher operates as follows. In the absence of supply voltage of the inductors 2, the skis 6 lie on the wheels of the trolley 15, pressing them against the track 14, which prevents its movement. When voltage is applied to the windings of the inductors 2, trolley 15 is subjected to tractive force generated by the interaction of the traveling magnetic field of the inductors 2 with the field of secondary currents induced in the rotor (side walls of the carriage 15). The same in magnitude, but the reverse in the direction of the force acts on the inductor 2, which under the action of this force through the rollers 12 moves in the guides 13 and with the fist 10 acts on the horn 8. Thereby it deflects through the hinges 4 of the rack 3, compressing the elastic elements 5, and through the hinges 7 lifts the skis 6, freeing the wheels of the trolley 15, which begins to move. When the power is disconnected, the force acting on the inductor 2 disappears and the elastic elements 5, unclenched, return the pillars 3 to their original position. Thereby, the wheels of the trolley 15 are locked between the skis 6 and the rail track 14. For an emergency stop of the trolley 15, reverse switching of the phases of the inductor 2 is used. In this case, the traveling magnetic field changes its direction and the inductor 2 through the cam 11 acts on the stop 9 of the rack 3. emergency stop of the wheels of the trolley 15 between the skis 6 and the rail route 14 occurs. In comparison with the known designs of the pushers of the trolleys, the proposed design allows to increase the reliability of the pushers and the safety of haulage trolleys. The number of derailments of cars with rails decreases, the complexity of servicing the haulage and the safety of its operation is increased. The expected economic effect from the introduction of the proposed pusher into industry is 9.6 thousand rubles. per year by reducing the laboriousness of servicing the haulage and reducing the capital costs of management equipment. Claims A pusher of trolleys, comprising a frame with inductors fixed on it, located on both sides of the wheel pair against each other, and a braking device, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability in operation, the braking device is made in the form of a hinged parallelogram, one of the horizontal the sides of which are mounted above the wheels with the possibility of contact with them, and each side is hinged on the frame and connected with it by means of an elastic element, while the frame is provided with horizontal guides on which inductors are mounted with the possibility of movement.
