Description
39089384The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, to the processing of metals and alloys in powder saturating media, namely, to diffusion chromium plating, and can be used in engineering, shipbuilding and other industries. The composition of the powder saturating medium containing alumina, chromium oxide, iron, antimony, aluminum, and ammonium chloride is known. Chemical-thermal treatment in a known medium is carried out at 950-llOCfC, which results in the need for a subsequent normalization process of carbon steel parts 1. However, treatment from a known composition of pr 800 ° C makes it possible to obtain non-uniform carbide layers on steel x 45 and y-8 thickness to 5 microns, which is not enough to introduce it into production. The closest to the proposed is with the composition 2If containing, wt.%: 16.8 + A1 7.2 + Sb 9 Cu 1 + AbOj 63 NH + Cl 3. However, the known composition allows to obtain carbide layers only up to 5 min. 800 C, which is also insufficient for its introduction into production. The purpose of the invention is to increase the thickness of the diffusion layer on medium and high carbon steels with a decrease in the process temperature to 80 ° C. This is necessary to reduce energy consumption, as well as eliminate the need for a subsequent process of normalizing parts. The goal is to ensure that zinc is added to a known powder mixture for chromium plating, containing xpoMa oxide, v astine, aluminum oxide, antimony, copper, ammonium chloride. in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Zinc 0.1-1 Copper 1-3 Antimony 7 -9 Aluminum 6.4-7.4 Chromium oxide 15.6-17.5 Ammonium chloride 1 -3 Aluminum oxide 63-65 Example. Chrome-plating of parts is carried out in containers as with fusible material.
