Известен способ диффузионного хромировани  стали У8 с использованием среды, содержащей 70% Gr, 29% ЫНдСе, в течение 6-12 ч при lOOO-lOSO C, который позвол ет получать карбидные хромовые слои толщиной 10-30 мкм tl3 Наиболее близким по технической сущности и достигаемому эффек ту  вл етс  состав дл  диффузионного хромировани , содержащий, Мас.%: Cr2Oi 52; АК 18; , 27; 1; Z п 5; Fe 2. Процесс осуществл ют при 900 С IICO C в течение 4-8 ч« В результате термодиффузионной обработки стали У8 в известном со таве при в течение 4 ч на , поверхности упрочн емого издели  формируетс  диффузионный слой на основе карбидов хрома толщиной30 35 мкм С2Э.. : Однако износостойкость обрабат емых изделий недостаточно высока. . Целью изобретени   вл етс  повыше ние износостойкости обрабатываемых изделий. Указанна  цель достигаетс  тем,, что в состав дл  хромировани  изделий из высокоуглеродистых сталей, содержащий окись хрома, а роминий, окись алюмини , цинк и хлористый аммоний, дополнительно ввод т свинец при следующем соотношении ингредиентов , мас.%: хрома Алюми .ний Цинк Свинец Окись алюмини  Хлористый аммоний р 1. Диффузионное Приме хромирование в предлагаемой порошковой среде осуществл етс  при 900°С в течение 4ч в контейнерах с плавкими затворами. При этом формируетс  диффузионный слой на основе карбидов хрома с поверхностной твердостью 13500-16000 Н/мм.
