This invention relates to a gasesy wet cleaning technique and can be applied to aspiration and industrial ventilation systems for cleaning dusty gases.
IJ.A device is known for the wet scrubbing of a gas, which includes a housing with a razepi1% nakonnymi perkopkami, equipped with confusors IJ.
Irrigation fluid is poured into the housing with the help of nozzles and a dusty stream that is discharged from the apparatus into the water and mud system for processing and illumination. This type of irrigation requires a high is the specific consumption of water - from 0.5 to 1 O kg / m of gas to be used for obtaining high efficiency of dust collection.
2,Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved j. The second product is a device for wet gas cleaning, including a housing, filled with liquid in the lower part, openings for gases inlet and outlet, a gas distribution chamber, in the lid of which there are nozzles, a droplet separator 2,
However, in the apparatus, there is an inefficient contact of liquid droplets with dust particles, since gas reflux is carried out only due to the capture of liquid by the gas stream passing over the liquid bath.
Цель изобретени - гювьш ение эффективности пылеулавливаю Я за счет создани высокора штой контактной поверхности .The purpose of the invention is to demonstrate the effectiveness of dust removal by creating a high contact surface.
Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что в аппарате газораспределителы1а камера вы оонена с горизонтальным днищем и сна&кена трубами, верхние концы которых устаиовпэ ы патрубков коаксиаш но им, а нижшсе ксмпы тущены в жидкость , при этом криап -в выполнена конусообразной .This goal is achieved by the fact that in the gas distribution apparatus, the chamber is equipped with a horizontal bottom and sleep & ken tubes, the upper ends of which are fitted with coaxial nozzles, and the lower parts are compressed into a liquid, while the crying tube is cone-shaped.
Таким образом, многократное использование одной и той же орошающей жидгкости , малый удельный расход и дробление ее непосредственно запыленным газовым потоком без применени форсунок, создание вь1сокоразвитой контактной поверхности в камере смачивани позволит получить высокую степень очистки в пред-In addition, the gas distribution chamber is equipped with a valve installed in a horizontal bottom, and at the same time, the apparatus is equipped with a chuck located on the housing with a geo- distribution chamber. FIG. 1 shows the proposed apparatus, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 A-A gas cutter in FIG. 1. The apparatus consists of a housing 1, in the middle part of which a gaseous gas is installed. The chamber 2 with a gas inlet 3 is located in the upper part of the gas distribution chamber 2 is separated by a cone-shaped lid 4 from the wetting chamber 5, and in the lower part by a horizontal bottom 6 from a closed tank 7 with O {/ 6 liquid. The lid 4 is vertically installed nozzles 8, inside the nozzles there are coaxial pipes 9 that pass through the horizontal bottom b and lowered into the liquid of the closed tank 7 by the lower ends. In the upper part of the chamber there is a grating 10 and a static twister 11. A dropper 12 is arranged above the wetting chamber with a hole 13 gas outlet. Slurry water from the drip tray and the wetting chamber are equipped with drainage pipes 14 and 15 for l < l of maintaining the liquid level in a closed tank a float regulator 16 is installed. To regulate the operating mode of the apparatus in the bottom 6, a valve 17 and a hatch 18 are installed in a closed tank. The body can be as round; and rectangular in shape; in this case, in the place of the twister 11, a different structure can be used. The device works as follows. The dust-laden gas is supplied through the opening 3 to the gas distribution chamber 2. In the chamber, the gas is distributed through the nozzles 8 and moves with a velocity of 5102 m / s. When the gas moves in the pipes 9, a vacuum is created and through the open valve 17 in the closed tank 7 it is created from & pressure. Under the action of the created dilution and overpressure in the pipes 9, the reflux liquid rises from the bottom of the reservoir tank and at the outlet of the pipes 9 is sprayed with a stream of dust-laden gas. At the same time, other spray plumes with uniform density of irrigation, which intersect with each other in the wetting chamber 5, are formed. The size of the droplets and the flow rate of the spray liquid is determined by the velocity of the gas in the nozzles 8. As the velocity increases, the flow rate through the pipes 9 increases and the drip diameter decreases. Then the gas-liquid flow passes through the grid 10, where the preliminary precipitation of the liquid takes place. As it accumulates, the liquid flows down from the grate down towards the gas-liquid flow and in the wetting chamber 5 there is an intense collision of liquid droplets and dust particles, both torches between them, and the draining liquid from the grate 10 and kelov. In this way, a highly developed contact surface is created in the smear chamber 5, which contributes to the high cleaning efficiency of the dusty gases. A static twister 11 in the droplet separator 12 separates the two phases and the gas is removed through the opening 13. The precipitating liquid in the wetting chamber 5 and trapped in the drip joint 12 is returned to the lower part of the closed reservoir 12. voir 7. Spam removal can be implemented. being known methods, and the purified liquid from the surface layer is returned to the process. The proposed apparatus has a low flow rate of irrigating fluid, similar to that of hydrodynamic rotoclone type dust collectors, however, it differs from them in the method of contacting the irrigating fluid and dust particles. When removing sludge by mechanical scraper conveyors or manually, the flow rate of the fluid is minimal and is only 2. -5 g / m of air. In case of periodic discharge of thickened sludge, the flow rate of the liquid is determined by the liquid mobility of the sludge and is on average up to U g / m of air, and at constant discharge it does not exceed 200 g / m of air. The maintenance of a constant level is carried out by the flush head regulator of the 16th level of a liquid, however, the maintenance of a constant level does not have the ler-low value that occurs in rotoclones. The device can work both under pressure and under vacuum. When working under pressure, the valve 17 should be open and the hatch 18 closed. When working under vacuum - the opposite. Thus, repeated use of the same irrigating fluid, low specific consumption and crushing it directly with a dusty gas stream without the use of nozzles, creating a highly developed contact surface in the wetting chamber will allow obtaining a high degree of purification
