Таблица 1(54) DEVICE FOR MULTI-MODE CONTROL OF STEPPING ELECTRIC MOTOR The purpose of the invention is to simplify and speed up the device. The switches are connected to the outputs, the input inputs are to the name of the switching mode selection, and the outputs are to the inputs of the amplifiers, and the input for the selection of the counting factor is the account The switch is connected to the second output of the control signal source. Such an embodiment of the device ensures the operation of all elements in each switching mode, thereby reducing the redundancy of the circuit and increasing it. reliability and speed. FIG. 1 shows the functional schemes of the device; in fig. 2 - time diagrams for his work. The device diagram (Fig. 1) contains a source 1 of control signals (for example, an interpolator), a distributor of 2 pulses including a reversible counter 3, converters 4 of a binary code into a unitary one with driver inputs 5 connected to buses 6 of switching mode selection, and Adapter inputs 7 connected to the outputs of counter 3. The transducer outputs are connected to the inputs of amplifiers 8, the commutators (| of the stepper motor 9. The device works as follows. By the Reset signal (position 10 of Fig. 2) coming from the source 1 signal output control, the reversible counter is set to its original state, in which all its outputs have a logical ypoaeirb O. In accordance with a predetermined algorithm (for example, a 2 3 algorithm for a six-phase motor) under this state of the reversible counter 3 and a logical level of 1 outputs are transformed (J. of helium of the 1st and 2nd phases and logical level O. At the outputs of converters 3, 5,6th of the engine phases. Accordingly, current flows through the first and second phases of the engine, the rest are de-energized. By the first control to his pulse (position 11 in FIG. 2) arriving at the first input + of the reversible counter 3, at the output of the first bit of logic level 1 (position 12 of Fig. 2); tab. 1 and 2). According to the state of the reversible counter 3 at the output of the third phase converter, the logic level 1 will flow from the logic level 1 and current will flow through the corresponding phase of the motor. On the next control impulse, the first phase is turned off, then the fourth is turned on, and so on. When the control signals (position 11) arrive at the inverse input - the reversing counter 3, the phase switching order is reversed (Fig. 2, reverse). Change the signals at the outputs of counter 3 and converters 4 for a six-phase motor operating according to the algorithm 2--3,; are illustrated with diagrams (Fig. 2), where 10 is the signal diagram of the Reset signal; 11 is a control signal diagram on. the input of the pulse distributor; 12 is a diagram of signals at the first output of the reversible counter; 13 is a diagram of signals at the second output of the reversible counter; 14 is a diagram of signals at the third output of the reversible counter; 15 is a diagram of signals at the inverted output of a reversible counter; 16 is a diagram of signals at the output of the first binary-to-unit converter; 17 is a diagram of the signals at the output of the second binary-to-unit converter; 18 is a diagram of signals at the output of the third binary-to-unit converter; 19 is a diagram of signals at the output of the fourth binary-to-unit converter; 20 is a diagram of signals at the output of the fifth binary-to-unit converter; 21 is a diagram of signals at the output of the sixth converter of a binary code to a unitary one. In tab. Figure 1 shows the change in the state of the signals at the inputs and output of the transducer of the 1st phase of a six-phase motor operating according to algorithm 2-3. In tab. Figure 2 shows the changes in the state of the signals at the inputs and output of the converter of the 2nd phase of the testphase motor, which operates according to algorithm 2-3. In tab. Figure 3 shows the change in the states of the signals at the inputs and output of the converter of the 6th phase of a six-phase motor operating according to algorithm 2-3. In tab. Figure 4 shows the change in the states of the signals at the inputs and output of the converter of the 1st phase of a five-phase motor with a switching algorithm of 2-3. In .table Figure 5 shows the change in the state of the signals at the inputs and code of the transducer of the 5th phase of a five-phase motor with a 2-2 switching algorithm. In tab. 6 shows the change in the states of the signals at the inputs and output of a 5838999 converter of the 1st phase of a four-phase motor with a switching algorithm of 2-2. The adjustment of the recalculation volume of the reversing bolt 3 is carried out by applying the corresponding code from the second output of the j 1 source of control signals to the second inputs of the reversible counter 3, which regulate the division ratio of the reversible counter, which ensures a change in the number of motor switching cycles. 10 6 FIG. 1 bar with a dashed line shows the connection of the third outputs of the control source 1 with the driver inputs 5 of the converters 4. The presence of this connection and, accordingly, elements in the source of control signals that generate signals corresponding to the required switching mode, allows you to switch automatically during operation of the device from one switching mode to another.
