54) HEAT EXCHANGE ELEMENT
д. Така конструкци теплообменного элемента обеспечивает надежное смачивание поверхности трубы на каждом, относительно коротквм участке и тем сс1мым интенсифицирует теплообмен .The invention relates to the field of heat engineering. Heat transfer elements are known that vertically contain a pipe with a distributor in the upper part for supplying liquid inside the pipe. Cl} A disadvantage of such heat exchangers is the unreliability of providing wetting of the entire heat exchanging surface. The purpose of the invention is to intensify heat transfer and increase operational reliability when carrying out film flow along the inner surface of the pipe. This is achieved by the fact that inserts are installed along the height of the pipe along the pipe and with a gap relative to the pipe, each of which consists of the lower cylindrical and upper conical sections connected by a pinch, where the pipe is crimped at the pinch points whose inner surface has contact with the pinch surface. FIG. 1 shows a general view of the heat exchange element; in fig. 2, section A-A of FIG. 1. The heat exchange element comprises a vertical pipe 1 with a distributor 2 in the upper part for supplying liquid to the inside of the pipe. Along the height of the pipe 1, inserts 3 are installed along the length of the pipe and with a gap relative to the pipe, each of which consists of the lower cylindrical and upper conical sections 4 and 5, respectively, connected by a pinch 6, the pipe being provided with corrugations in the places of the clamps 7. the corrugated surface of the pipe 7 and the clamp 6 of the insert 3, and in the form of a film is distributed along the inner surface of the pipe 1. Having reached the downstream narrowing, the liquid collects in the annular space of the pipe formed internally The outer surface of the pipe and the conical section 5 of the insert 3 and through the gaps, is again distributed as a film to the lower section, etc. Such a design of the heat exchange element ensures reliable wetting of the pipe surface at each relatively short section and thereby intensifies the heat exchange.
