Abstract
1 з. п. The invention relates to heat and power plants and m. 6. Used as feedwater preheater. The purpose of the invention is to increase the intensity of heat transfer and improve the technological design. In a heat exchanger, in which condensing steam is used as a heating medium, the spacer elements are made in the form of strips perforated along the longitudinal axis and bent at an angle relative to the specified axis, and set at the same distance d from one another. The cuts formed by the perforation holes of the strips have a depth c, not less than 0.5 D, the distance a between the cuts is at least 0.2 D. And the gap between the pipes and the surface of the strip in the cut-out zone does not exceed 0.1 D where D is the outer diameter of the pipe. These ratios provide effective condensate drainage over the surfaces of the spacer elements, and also prevent the condensate from pouring down the underlying pipes. 1 h. item f-ly, 6 ill.

6,The heat exchanger has a vertical body 1 with a central cylindrical mandrel 2 and spiral heat exchange pipes 3, wound in layers around the mandrel 2 and provided with vertical spacers 4 with notches 5. Elements 4 are made in the form of strips 6, perforated along the longitudinal axis and bent at an angle relative to the specified axes, and are installed at the same distance d from one another along the helix of the spiral heat-exchange tubes 3, and their notches 5 formed by the holes 7 of the perforations of the strips 6,
Корпус 1 теплообменного аппарата снабжен патрубками 9, 10 дл подвода пара и отвода конденсата соответственно, а также входным и выходным коллекторами 11 и 12 питательной воды.have a depth of not less than 0.5 D, the distance a between adjacent notches 5 is not less than 0.2 D, and the value b of the gaps between pipes 3 and the surface of the strip b in the zone of notches 5 does not exceed 0.1 D, where D is the outer diameter of the heat exchange tubes 3. Elements 4 are additionally equipped with visors 8 placed above the notches 5 and oriented in the direction of elevation of the helix of the heat exchange tubes 3. The heat exchanger housing 1 is equipped with nozzles 9, 10 for steam supply and condensate drain, respectively, as well as inlet and output collectors 11 and 12 of the feeder ny water.
The heat exchanger operates as follows.
Feed water enters through the inlet manifold 11 into pipes 3 and is heated by heat exchange with steam condensing on the outer surfaces of pipes 3. Steam is supplied to the annular space through pipe 9, and condensate is discharged through pipe 10. Heated water is removed through pipe 12. The distance d between the spacer elements 4 is selected from the conditions ensuring the continuous flow of the condensate stream in the area between adjacent elements 4. The same elements 4 perform the functions of the steam traps, and decree These ratios between the values of b, c and d ensure the removal of a large part of the condensate from the heat exchange pipe 3 on the surface of the spacer element 4 in the zone of their contact. This ratio between the values of a and D makes it possible to ensure the free flow of the condensate stream and to prevent flooding of the underlying rows of heat exchanging pipes 3. Peaks 8 protect the heat exchange pipes 3 from ingress of condensate flowing through the elements 4. The upper limits for the ratios between d c and D, and the lower ones for the ratios between b and D are determined by the known requirements for compactness and metal intensity of the product, as well as the technological possibilities of production.
