Abstract
A HEAT PIPE, containing a housing with evaporation and condensation zones, in the first of which inserts are installed, occasionally. In order to increase the heat transfer capacity, the inserts are made in the form of cylindrical shells of different diameters, increasing in the direction towards the condensation zone, having an outer conical flange at the top base ,. In this case, the sides are provided with steam branch pipes connected with flanging.

The invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in heat exchangers and thermostating devices in the power industry, as well as in the chemical, microbiological, and other industries.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the heat transfer capacity.
By reducing the thickness of the condensate film in the evaporation zone, the invention makes it possible to reduce the thermal resistance in this zone, and thereby increase the heat transfer capacity of the heat pipe.
2.Fig, 1 schematically shows the proposed heat pipe; figure 2 - section aa in fig, 1 in fig.Z - section bb in figure 2.
8,The heat pipe contains a sealed enclosure 1 with evaporation zones 2 and condensation 3, partially filled with coolant 4. At the height of the evaporation zone 2, inserts 5 are placed along the river to distribute the condensate. The inserts 5 are made in the form of cylindrical shells 6 of different diameters increasing in the direction towards the condensation zone 3 and having an outer conical flange 7 at the upper base 7. At the same time, the shells 6 are provided with steam discharge pipes 8,
9.flanged /, and mounted in the housing with the formation of an annular gap gap9.
Heat pipe works as follows.
9.When the heat flow is supplied, the coolant evaporates and the resulting vapor enters the condensation zone 3. The resulting condensate in the form of a film flows down and enters the wedge-shaped volume formed by the upper insert 5 and the wall of the housing 1 of the evaporation zone 2. A part of the condensate that has flowed through the slit gap 9 forms a film on the wall of the housing 1, the thickness of which and the flow velocity are determined by the width of the gap and the height of the conical flap 7. The ratio of these dimensions is selected based on the condition of obtaining the required heat removal rate. The liquid film evaporates and the coolant vapor flows through the vapor discharge pipes 8 to the condensation zone 3. Excess condensate that has not passed into the gap 9 of the upper insert is poured into the cylindrical shell 6 and goes to the next insert, which works in a similar way. The last insert gets the amount of condensate that completely flows through the gap 9.
