Description

Изобретение относитс  к технологии машиностроени , в частности к технологии обработки резанием. Известен способ обработки многогранных по верхностей многолезвийным инструментом с количеством режущих кромок вдвое меньшим количества граней у обрабатываемого издели , в процессе обработки инструменту сообщают взаимосв занное вращение в том же направлении , что и изделию, вокруг параллельных осей с отношением частот вращени  равным двум и одновременно сообщают движение подачи вдоль оси вращени  издели  1. Недостатком этого способа  вл етс  то, что не обеспечиваетс  возможность обработки изделий с нечетным числом граней. Цель изобретени  - обработка изделий с произвольным числом граней. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что отношение частоты вращени  инструмента с производ щей поверхностью,  вл ющейс  огибающей одной грани издели  в процессе их относительных даижений, к частоте вращени  издеЛИЯ устанавливают равным числу граней обрабатываемого издели . На чертеже показана схема относительного расположе1ш  инструмента и издели  в процессе обработки. С возможностью в.ращени  вокруг оси 1 установлен многолезвийный инструмент 2, с возможностью вращени  вокруг параллельной оси 3установлено изделие 4. Производ ща  поверхность 5 периферии инструмента 2 вьтолнена огибающей одной обрабатываемой грани издели  4 в процессе движени  инструмента 2 относительно издели  4. В процессе обработки инструменту 2 задают вращение вокруг оси 1 с частотой nj и однсь временное поступательное перемещение с подачей S вдоль оси 1. Обрабатываемому изделию 4задают взаимосв занное вращение с частотой П2 меньшей частоты ni в число раз, равное количеству обрабатьшаемых на изделии граней. За один оборот инструмента 2 на издешш 4 обрабатьтаетс  одна грань в данном сечешш. За полный оборот издели  4 инструтиент 2 совершает количество оборотов равное количеству граней и обрабатывает все грани издели .
