C The invention relates to the field of the synthesis of metal nitrides, which are widely used in engineering as refractory and abrasive materials, chemical reaction catalysts, semiconductor materials, and the like. It is known that when metal powders are heated in an atmosphere of nitrogen, air, ammonia or in a mixture with nitrides of other elements to a certain temperature, nitrides of the corresponding metals are formed. The course of nitrides depends on the purity and development of the surface of the metal powder, on the temperature and time of the reaction, on the nature of the additives. Magnesium powder is usually heated in a nitrogen or ammonia atmosphere to produce magnet nitride. In most cases, relatively high nitriding temperatures of magnesium are recommended: from 700 to 900-950s. L These methods have the disadvantage that the reaction is carried out at temperatures above the melting point of magnesium (). Under these conditions, a mirror of molten magnesium is easily formed, the surface of which is significantly smaller than the initial surface of the magnesium powder. This inhibits the reaction and often causes the temperature to increase to about 1000 ° C to complete nitriding. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a method of obtaining magnesium nitride, in which, to reduce the rate of formation of the mirror melt, previously obtained magnesium nitride in an amount of 30-40% is added to the initial magnesium powder, the reaction is carried out in a nitrogen atmosphere at a temperature of 800 ° C within 1 hour (the time of raising the temperature to this value is 5 hours), magnesium nitride of stoichiometric composition is obtained 2. The disadvantages of this method are the need to have large amounts of magnesium nitride in the process com loop technology complication due to surgery preparation hydrochloric starting charge; the reaction temperature is high () -, the practical impossibility of quantitative conversion of manganese to nitride at lower temperatures due to the low reaction and inhibition by the resulting nitride layer. The aim of the invention is to simplify the process and increase the yield of nitride. This goal is achieved by describing a 1m method of obtaining magnesium nitride by nitriding magnesium powder with nitrogen at 450-650 ° C in an ionizing radiation field of 10-24 Mrad. The nitriding reaction is carried out until the absorption of nitrogen is stopped. If the reaction does not reach the end as a result of diffusional retardation, the temperature is gradually increased (in the predetermined interval) until the weight of the magnesium is reacted. The use of ionizing radiation reduces the nitriding temperature of magnesium powder and increases the yield of nitride. So, according to the prototype, at t 600-650 ° C, the ultimate yield will be 7.7-10%, and according to the proposed method, at t 530-620 ° C, the limit output will be 100%, Example 1. A 4 g magnesium powder is evenly distributed in a glass tubular reactor (inner diameter 100 mm, length 500 mm) connected to a 5.4 liter vessel. The entire system is evacuated at 200 ° C to a residual pressure of mercury. Art., then filled with nitrogen (oxygen impurity less than 0.001 vol.%) to atmospheric pressure. The reaction is carried out in a y-radiation field of Co 6 ° until the absorption of nitrogen ceases. Under conditions: temperature 532 ° C; dose absorbed by the entire system, 22 Krad, molar ratio of N2 / Mg tO reagents. As a result, the product of magnesium nitriding without visible traces of fusion in the form of porous brittle, easily scattered, is obtained in powder pieces. X-ray analysis shows that all the magnesium entered into a reaction. And Example 2, All as in Example 1. Under conditions: temperature 450 ° C, dose absorbed by the whole system, 24 Mrad, molar ratio of reactants N2 / Mg 10, the reaction proceeds by 20% based on consumed magnesium . A gradual increase in the temperature of 650 ° C leads to the termination of the nitriding reaction and the production of Mg.jN2.6e3 impurity of unreacted magnesium. Example 3. All as in Example 1. Under conditions: temperature, dose absorbed by the whole system, 10 Mrad molar ratio of reagents
