Изобретение относитс к огнеупорной промышленности, преимущественно к способам получени огнеупорных материалов с контролируемой пористость
Известен способ получени огнеупорных изол ционных изделий с контролируемой пористостью, включающий диспергирование смеси огнеупорного цемента и огнеупорного запо; кител в 0,5 3%-ной водной эмульсии пенообразовател с РН более 3, отливку полученной стабилизированной смеси в , сушку И обжиг Ц .
Недостатком данного способа вл етс недостаточна термостойкость изделий .
Целью изобретени вл етс получение изделий стойких к расплавленному алюминию и повтор ющимс термическим ударам.
Достигаетс это тем, что в способе получени огнеупорных изол ционных изделий с контролируемой пористостью , включающем диспергирование смеси огнеупорного цемента в огнеупорного заполнител в 0,5-3%-ной водной эмульсии пенообразовател с РН более 3, отливку полученной стабилизированной смеди в ф-эрму, сушку и обжиг, в форму отливают ст.абилизированну о смесь о водо-цеме тны отношением Of 2-0, 5 с а обжиг ведут ггри температуре 780-82О С.

Claims (1)
- Формула изобретенияСпособ получения огнеупорных изоляционных изделий с контролируемой пористостью, включающий диспергирование смеси огнеупорного цемента и огнеупорного заполнителя в 0,5—3%-ной водной эмульсии пенообразователя с PH более 3, отливку полученной стабилизированной смеси в форму, сушку и обжиг, отличающийся тем, что, с целью получения изделий стойких к расплавленному алюминию и повторяющимся термическим ударам, в форму отливают стабилизированную смесь с водо-цементным отношением 0,2-0,5, а обжиг ведут при температуре 730—820°С.
