Description

чества контрол  путем определени  дефектов фитил , Цель достигаетс  тем, что индикатор нанос т на предвефительно нагретую контролируемую поверхность трубы, после,чего последнюю охлаждают до температуры , соответствующей нижней границе цветового перехода индикатора, а затем осуществл ют интенсивный нагрев трубы до температур , большей верхней границы цветового перехода индикатора, и по цветовой картине, характеризующей поле на контролируемой поверхности трубы, суд т о дефектЕцс фитил .The invention relates to a measurement technique, in particular to methods of monitoring the health of heat pipes, and can be applied to wick zones with broken conductivity near a heat pipe. Known methods of control using flaw detection are that the controlled area of the surface is heated with a constant electric current, its temperature is measured using thermocouples and the presence of a defect in welding is judged by the deviation of this temperature from the heating temperature. defect free zone. This method does not provide the possibility of detecting zones of wick with impaired conductivity in a heat pipe, since at a steady thermal mode of a pipe with high thermal conductivity, the temperature of its surface is equalized and it is impossible to detect defects by temperature contrast. Moreover, the use of a thermocouple, which is a point thermal thermocouple, does not allow obtaining a continuous picture of the distribution of tepp on the heat pipe surface, i.e. It does not allow to detect defective areas of wicks with impaired conductivity, which are located randomly and have different shapes and sizes. The closest to the invention by its technical nature is a method for monitoring the health of heat pipes with the help of litmus paper applied to a wick that has been adhered to working fluid 2. However, such a method, which allows determining the height of the working liquid lifting wick, makes it impossible to determine its defects. The purpose of the invention is to increase the ca-. control by detecting wick defects. The goal is achieved by placing the indicator on a previously heated, controlled surface of the pipe, after which the latter is cooled to a temperature corresponding to the lower limit of the color transition of the indicator, and then intensely heating the pipe to temperatures higher than the upper limit. the color transition indicator, and the color pattern that characterizes the field on the test surface of the pipe, is judged to be defective wick.
