Abstract

CONTACTING BALANCE FOR ELECTRIC WRIST WATCHES COMPRISING A ROLLER (2) WITH A CAM (3) ON THE BALANCE WHEEL SHAFT (1);ONE OF ITS EDGES IS METALLISED AND IS UNDER TENSION. THE LEVER (5) IS PROVIDED WITH A THREEPRONGED ARM WHOSE EXTREME PRONG ACTS AS A CONTACT TOUCHING THE METALLISED EDGE OF THE CAM. THE LEVER MOVES BETWEEN LIMITING PINS (6) AND IS SUPPLIED THROUGH THE SPIRAL (7) SO ADJUSTED THAT AT REST THE LEVER TAKES A CENTRAL POSITION. THE LEVER CONTROLS BY ITS CATCHES (8) THE ESCAPEMENT WHEEL (9) WHICH IS LOCKED BY A RATCHET WHEEL (10) COAXIAL WITH THE ESCAPEMENT AND BY A SPRING (11) WITH A JEWEL (12) AT ITS END. PERMANENT MAGNETS (13) MOUNTED ON AN ELASTIC CLIP (14) PULL THE LEVER TO THE LIMITING PINS. THE ATTRACTIVE FORCE IS ADJUSTABLE AS THE CLIP RESTS FREELY ON PINS (15) AND IS SUPPORTED AT ITS CENTRAL PART BY A SCREW (16). THE SCREW AND THE PINS ARE SUPPORTED BY THE PLATE (17).

Description

Известны контактные устройства наручных электрических часов с анкерным преобразователем , комбинированным металлизированным на одной грани эллинсом, ходовым колесом храпового типа и фиксатором ходового колеса в виде второго соосного храповика и пружинки с камнем на рабочем конце. Надежность функционировани  таких контактов весьма низка вследствие склонности их к упругим деформаци м в процессе эксплуатации. Предлагаемое контактное устройство отличаетс  от известных тем, что анкер имеет хвостовик трехрожковой конфигурации, один рожок которого выполн ет функции контакта при соприкосновении с металлизированной гранью комбинированного эллипса, а средний рожок - функцию копь . Кроме того, фиксаци  анкера в крайних положени х осуществл етс  магнитным фиксатором , выполненным в виде двух посто нных магнитов, закрепленных на концах эластичной скобы, кра  которой свободно опираютс  на боковые поверхности цилиндрических штифтов, а центральна  часть, уголщенна  и имеюща  центрующее кернение, поджата винтом , позвол ющим мен ть прогиб скобы и, мен   йазор магнитной цепи, регулировать силу прит жки. На оси / баланса установлен ролик 2 с эллипсом 5, одна грань 4 которого металлизароваиа и находитс  под напр жением. Анкер 5 снабжен трехрожковым хвостовиком , крайний рожок которого выполн ет функцию контакта, соприкаса сь с мегаллизировапной гранью эллипса, а средний - функцию копь . Анкер перемещаетс  между ограничительными штифтами 6, питание на анкер подаетс  с помощью спирали 7, отрегулированной таким образом, что в спокойном состо нии анкер занимает положение вдоль линии центров . Анкер налетами 8 ведет храповое ходовое колесо 9. Фиксируетс  ходовое колесо вторым храповиком 10, соосным с ходовым колесом, и пружинкой 11, несущей на рабочем конце камень 12. Посто нные магннты 13, закрепленные на скобе 14, предназначены дл  прит л ки анкера к ограничительным штифтам. Сила прит жкп регулируетс , дл  чего скоба свободно опираетс  на щтифты 15, а в средней части удерживаетс  упорным винтом 16. On the axis / balance, a roller 2 with an ellipse 5 is installed, one face 4 of which is metallized and is under tension. Anchor 5 is equipped with a three-hole shank, the extreme horn of which performs the function of contact, in contact with the megally-shaped edge of the ellipse, and the middle horn, the function of the lance.
