Abstract
1. Способ переработки мелкозернистых сульфидных свинцовых и свинцово-цинковых концентратов, включающий измельчение концентратов, приготовление шихты путем смешивания репульпацией в оборотной водной фазе концентрата, оборотных окисленных свинецсодержащих продуктов и измельченных известкового и кварцевого флюсов, нейтрализацию пульпы, отделение твердой фазы от жидкой, сушку полученной шихты, обжиг и плавку шихты во взвешенном состоянии в атмосфере кислорода с получением диспергированного оксидного расплава, восстановление расплава в слое твердого углеродсодержащего материала с получением свинца и цинксодержащего шлака, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения степени извлечения цинка в шлак, нейтрализацию пульпы ведут известковыми шламами очистки промышленных стоков от цветных металлов.2.
