Abstract
30-40%.The invention relates to the production of thermal insulation materials, to a method for their preparation. The aim of the invention is to reduce the water absorption of the material and simplify the process. A method of manufacturing a heat insulating material includes mixing a granular porous aggregate with an aqueous mixture consisting of lignone-containing by-product of sulphate pulping — sulphate liquor and water glass, taken in a weight ratio of 5: 1-1: 1 on a dry matter basis dry matter content in a solution of 7-20%. Mixing with the aggregate is carried out until its moisture content becomes equal to 55-70%. Fiber filter granules are used as filler: masses from vacuum filters of pulp and paper plants and / or waste wood processing, pre-treated 5- 15% solution of ferric chloride to a moisture content of 30-40%.

The purpose of the invention is to reduce the water absorption of the material and simplify the process.
. : The method is carried out as follows. :
From a fibrous cellulose-containing pulp from a sewage treatment plant of a pulp and paper mill (SCOPA) in a special installation, granules with a diameter of 5-20 mm are prepared. humidity not more than 10-15%. Sulphate liquors are added to a vessel equipped with a stirrer with constant stirring and liquid glass is added in the indicated mass ratios. In the same vessel with the mixer turned on, the mixture was diluted with water to a certain concentration. Then the granules are placed in another container, mixed with an aqueous solution of ferric chloride of a certain concentration to the specified humidity. Then the granules are removed and loaded into the first container, where they are mixed with a dilute solution of the mixture. Stirring is continued until the moisture content in the granules reaches the specified. The treated granules are removed and dried at t 105-110 ° C. For the same purpose, waste wood processing such as sawdust, chips, bark, chips can be used in the same way.
