Description
The invention relates to wastewater treatment and can be used for cleaning oil-alkaline wastewater from enterprises of ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy, mechanical engineering and other branches of the national economy.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of purification of oil-containing sewage.
Example 1. The water for the experiments is prepared as follows. The initial product, sludge (sediment) from the settling tanks of the rolling shop of one of the metallurgical plants, is added to the tap water at the rate of 30 g / l and thoroughly mixed for 1 minute.
Prepared water in 0.5 l glass cylinders is settled for 30 minutes, clarified is drained, analyzed for suspended matter and pH, and the recycled portion of the precipitate is treated with lime in a mass ratio to the precipitate 1: (13-24) and part sediment recycle to the source water in a mass ratio (10-12): 1. In parallel, the cleaning of oil-containing sewage is carried out by a known method - with the introduction of lime into the water.
1.The results are presented in table 1.
From the data of table 1 it follows that the dose of lime below the lower limit (starting at 1:30) worsens the clarification of water. Dose of lime more than the upper limit (1:15) can

привести к перерасходу реагента при незначительном увеличении интенсификации осветлени .lead to reagent overrun with a slight increase in the intensification of clarification.
The lower limit of the selected range of sludge recirculation is taken from the conditions of sludge preparation with the optimal concentration for its dehydration (not less than 300 g / l). The upper limit of the recirculation range is chosen because the volume of the sediment portion of the thickener during the chemical treatment of the sediment will be reduced by 15-20%. This, in turn, may affect the operation of the sump in terms of withdrawing a certain amount of sediment from it. Exceeding the upper limit of sludge recirculation (1:12) affects the efficiency of water purification in the sump.
П р и м е р 2. 2,PRI mme R 2. Similar to Example 1, but sodium hydroxide is used as an alkaline reagent in a ratio of 1: (80-500). The results are presented in table 2,
