Abstract
FIELD: feed production. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the method by increasing the yield of the product. A method of processing animal feed for feed includes acid hydrolysis, neutralization and drying of raw materials. As animal raw materials, substandard nonfood carcasses of animals are used, acid hydrolysis is carried out with 5–20% sulfuric acid for 5–15 h at 90–110 ° C, the resulting hydrolyzate is separated into solution and acid precipitate. Lime suspension is added to the obtained precipitate, the mixture is kept for 3-5 hours at 95-105 ° C until a homogeneous pasty mass is formed, which is mixed with the separated hydrolyzate solution to neutralize them, after which the precipitate is separated from the solution, which is evaporated, and the resulting residue is dried by sublimation to a moisture content of 5%. The final processing product — an organo-mineral substrate contains amino acids, fats, carbohydrates, lipids, organic and inorganic salts, organic bases and acids, esters, amino alcohols, porphyrin, flavonoid, purine, pyrimidine and other derivatives, as well as trace elements necessary for the vitality of living organisms. The physiologically active substances listed are in optimal ratios. The proposed method provides the possibility of involving weak, frostbitten, sick fallen and other animals into processing, which will amount to an additional 5-10% of raw materials. 1 tab. with S o VJ fcb VJ VI go
Description
FIELD: feed production.
The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the method by increasing the yield of the product.
Example 1. Carcasses of white mice or rats with a total weight of 2 kg are poured with 2 liters of 5% sulfuric acid, heated to 110 ° C and stirred at this temperature for 15 hours. The undissolved sediment is separated from the acid hydrolyzate and mixed with 1 l of lime. milk containing 100 g of calcium oxide. The suspension is stirred for 3 hours at 105 ° C, cooled to 45-50 ° C, combined with acid hydrolysis and thoroughly stirred for 1 hour. Then the pH of the mixture is adjusted to 6-7 by adding either milk of lime or a few drops of concentrated milk. sulfuric acid. The resulting mass is filtered, the solution is used for its intended purpose or sent to a dryer. The yield of the product is 268 g. Appearance: a lumpy brown powder with a faint characteristic odor.
Examples 2-5. Carried out analogously to example 1, but with different concentrations of reagents and other parameters.
The results for these examples are presented in the table.
The final product of MOS processing contains a complete set of amino acids, fats, steroids, carbohydrates, lipids, organic bases and acids, organic and inorganic salts, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, esters, amino alcohols, porphyrin, flavone. purine, pyrimidine and other derivatives, as well as macro- and microelements, necessary for the life activity of living organisms. All of these substances are in optimal ratios.
Предлагаемый способ обеспечивает возможность утилизации трупов животных, не пригодных к использованию е пищевых и кормовы цел х, что позвол ет снизить потери ценного биоматериала и вовлечь в производство дополнительно 5-10% сырь .The proposed method provides the ability to dispose of animal carcasses that are not suitable for use with food and feed, which reduces the loss of valuable biomaterial and involves an additional 5-10% of raw materials into production.
Feeding the ferrets with the feed produced by the proposed method showed a tendency for the ferrets to increase in mass by an average of 4–5% compared with the control. When feeding this food to sables, their incidence decreases by 2 times compared with the control.
Tel in four experimental groups of 30 heads each receive feed from animal raw materials with colostrum for 10 days from the day of birth at the rate of 50 µg per 1 kg of live weight. During the experiment, a positive biostimulating effect was obtained, which was expressed in a decrease in the incidence of tel (gastrointestinal, pulmonary), as well as an increase in daily weight gain without additional feed costs,
