The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the results by maintaining an optimal friction mode. During the loading of the working samples with increasing load, the frequency of the periodic component of the electric current due to the emf generated by the working samples is recorded. The load is increased to a value at which the frequency of the current does not change, and the workability of the samples is evaluated. 1 il.
Description
Изобретение относитс к технике испытаний материалов, в частности, на прирабатываемость поверхностей трени .This invention relates to a technique for testing materials, in particular, to the workability of friction surfaces.
Цель изобретени - повышение точности результатов испытаний на прирабатываемость за счет поддержани оптимального режима трени .The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the test results for running-in ability by maintaining an optimal friction mode.
The drawing shows a schematic of a device for testing the running-ability of rubbing samples.
Образец 2 привод т во вращение с помощью привода (не показан).The device contains a resistance 1, connected in series to samples 2 and 3, and a self-recording microvoltmeter 4 for detecting a voltage drop across resistance 1. Sample 2 is placed in a lubricating medium 5. A load unit (not shown) is used to create force P. Sample 2 is rotated by a drive (not shown).
The test method for the workability of the rubbing samples is carried out as follows.
Samples 2 and 3 are electrically insulated and a resistance of 1 is connected to them, the value of which is commensurate with its minimum value in contact (on the order of 0.1 Ohm). Sample 2 is rotated, an increasing load P is applied and the frequency of the electric current flowing through the resistance 1 and caused by the electromotive force generated by the samples 2 and 3 is recorded using the microvoltmeter 4 as a friction parameter.
В качестве параметра, определ ющего процесс прира- батываемости образцов, может быть выбрана и скорость скольжени .During the run-in of samples, the frequency of the periodic component of the electric current decreases. The load is increased to a value when it does not change the frequency of the current. A higher rate of change of load corresponds to a better workability of the rubbing samples. As a parameter determining the processability of the specimens, the slip rate can also be chosen.
The nature of the frequency variation of the periodic component of the electric current is determined by the damped oscillatory

Как видно из формулы, частота ш по мере прирабатываемости образцов снижаетс , что объ сн етс ростом разделенной пленкой доли поверхностей трени .As can be seen from the formula, the frequency w decreases as the samples work through, which is explained by the growth of the fraction of friction surfaces divided by the film.
Example. A couple of samples of steel and bronze 010Ф1 with a contact area of 0.25 cm2 were milled at a VCK of 3 m / s, a PH of 10 kgf and lubricated with I-20A oil. During the tests, the frequency of the periodic component of the electric current, decreasing in the process of increasing P. was recorded. At a constant frequency of 0.25 Hz, the loading rate, i.e., running-on, was 2.5 kgf / s.
