The purpose of the invention is to reduce oil consumption while ensuring minimal wear.
Gn.Figure 1 shows a diagram of the device for implementing the method; Fig. 2 shows the dependences of the accumulation of oil in the piston spaces Gn on the oil supply to the cylinders GM (curve I - at the nominal mode of the engine load; curves II-V - the same for the fractional modes); FIG. 3 shows the dependence of the engine power Ne at different values of the oil supply Gn (for the Bornes engine 3 DNL 170/600); 4 shows the relationship between the wear rate of the cylinder-piston group (CPG) (in terms of iron content) and the intensity of accumulation of oil in the piston space Gn.
Т га 5 предназначена дл ограничени активного хода плунжера лубрикатора и св зана с регулировочным валом 6 топливной рейки двигател .The device comprises a lubricator 1, which is driven by a cranked or camshaft of the engine through gears 2 and a drive shaft 3. Tubes 4 from each section of the lubricator serve to supply oil to the cylinders. This 5 ha is designed to limit the active stroke of the lubricator plunger and is connected to the adjusting shaft 6 of the engine fuel rail.
The method is implemented as follows.

When the engine is operating in a mode close to the nominal, after reaching the established value of the parameters, the piston cavities of all cylinders are blown through the purge valves, then the last ones are closed for at least 2 hours. Then the purge valves are opened and the processed piston oil is collected for 2 hours. cavities of each cylinder in separate tanks. After that, bring. sew the oil collected over the cylinders with an accuracy of 1 g. In accordance with the obtained mass values of the used oil, its average value over the cylinders is determined and each result is compared with the average value. If at least one result deviates from the average by more than 50%, the oil supply is changed: if the mass of the used oil is less than the average, then the flow is proportionally increased, and if it is more than the average, it is reduced.
GMOn fractional engine loads, the change in the oil supply occurs by reducing the rotational speed as well as reducing the cycle oil supply by limiting the active stroke of the plunger to a hard 5 depending on the position of the adjusting shaft 6 of the fuel rail. Both signals, with the help of which the lubricator is controlled (rotation frequency and rack position), form the law of change in the oil supply depending on the engine load parameters, i.e. control of the oil supply on the share modes is carried out in accordance with the dependence of GM

n - частота вращени ;n is the rotation frequency;

The specific value of the exponent K within the specified limits is chosen according to the type of engine and the sulfur content of the fuels used.
The total amount of CNGs supplied to the parts during engine operation can be divided into two streams: ascending and descending, the first of which includes part of the oil consumed for evaporation and entrainment with exhaust gases, and the second - the proportion of oil supplied to the cylinder after performing the lubrication functions, it is discharged by piston rings into the cylinder piston space and accumulates there, not falling into the circulating lubrication system.
In order to establish the relationship between the supply of cylinder oil and the accumulation of used oil in the piston space of the engine cylinder with the lubricator lubricating system, bench tests were carried out on the Borenz 3 crosshead engine DNL 170/600. The determination of the discharge rate of the waste oil was carried out with the help of blow-through
0 faucets installed at the outlet of the piston spaces of each cylinder. From the dependencies shown in Fig. 2, it follows that the supply of oil to the cylinders has a direct effect on
д. 5 its accumulation in podporshnevyh spaces in different engine operating modes. The intensity of oil accumulation in the piston spaces of each cylinders depends not only on the amount of oil supplied, but also on other factors determining the conditions of friction and lubrication of cylinders: degree of wear, load distribution between cylinders, operation of fuel equipment, etc. Given
5 in Figures 2 and 3, the data show the possibility of evaluating the lubrication conditions of the engine cylinder head, as well as the required amount of oil supplied to the cylinders by the amount of used oil accumulated
0 in subpotted spaces.
Studies carried out on the Blanes engine, with an assessment of CPG wear and tear on the iron content of used oil, showed a correlation between the speed of 5% of the CPG and the accumulation rate of oil in the piston space (Gn), which follows from the data in FIG. With an increase in Gn, a decrease in wear is observed to a certain limit, after which
0, a further increase in Gn and, consequently, oil consumption (Fig. 2) becomes impractical. Thus, if in some engine oil cylinder, the mass of oil accumulated in the piston space for a certain period of time differs significantly (for example, by more than 50%) from the average cylinder index, this indicates that the lubrication conditions In this cylinder, for various reasons, either correspond to an excessive oil supply and uneconomical consumption, or a shortage of oil and increased wear of parts of the CGP. Therefore, to establish
5 oil supply at a level that ensures minimum wear under these conditions, should, with a sufficiently small amount of waste oil accumulated in the piston spaces of each cylinder, increase the oil flow within
The difference in the amount of oil in the piston space of a cylinder and the cylinder average, taken as a threshold (50%), is due to the fact that with a smaller difference value, measurement errors of this indicator can be observed. Such significant errors are caused by a certain degree of insensitivity of the feedback between the oil supply and its accumulation in the piston spaces. If the difference is greater than 50%, it can be argued that it is already a consequence of the difference in the lubrication conditions of different cylinders. The control of the oil supply in the mode close to the nominal one, according to the results and in accordance with the determination of the mass of oil in the piston spaces, is carried out without going beyond the limits of the oil supply, specified by the manufacturer.
Реализаци способа управлени подачей масла позволит обеспечить экономию масла при одновременном снижении изно- сов и увеличении ресурса работы деталей ЦПГ судового двигател .The implementation of the method of controlling the oil supply will allow saving oil while reducing wear and increasing the service life of parts of the CPG of the ship's engine.
