Устройство дл  изготовлени  глубокопрофильных изделий из древесно-клеевых композиций включает пресс 1, механизм извлечени , выгрузки и укладки издели  5, состо щий из рычагов 6, направл ющих 8 и кулачков 13. В исходном положении т ги 14, 15, 16 удерживают в вертикальном положении кулачки 13, которые через толкатели 22 выталкивают рычаги 6 из выемок в пуансоне 20, а направл ющие 8 под действием пружин 23 сведены. При смыкании плит пресса осуществл етс  формирование издели  как в плоскости пуансона 20 и матрицы 24, так и в зоне Z-образных рабочих поверхностей рычагов 6. После технологической выдержки одновременно с опусканием подвижной плиты 3 пресса 1 посредством т г 14, 15, 16 осуществл етс  поворот кулачков 13.
