Изобретение относитс к огнеупорной промышленности и может быть использовано при изготовлении конструкционного материала, примен емого в доменном производстве. Изобретение направлено на сжижение газопроницаемости. Дл этого в способе изготовлени самосв занных карбидкремниевых огнеупоров из шихты, включающем карбид кремни , кремний и углеродсодержащее св зующее, обжиг заготовок и их охлаждение в защитной среде, обжиг ведут в среде аргона при 1500-1600°с, а охлаждение до 650-700°с в среде азота с выдержкой при 1400-1450°с в течение 5-6 ч. Газопроницаемость снижаетс с 0,8-0,9 НПм до 0,02-0,04 НПм,что позволит повысить стойкость футеровки шахт доменных печей. 1 табл.The invention relates to the refractory industry and can be used in the manufacture of a structural material used in blast furnace production.
