Abstract
2 з.п. (ЯThe invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used to obtain corrugated membranes with ring corrugations of greater depth. The purpose of the invention is to increase the quality of manufactured products. To this end, the corrugation force along the axis of the conical billet is applied at a speed not exceeding a value equal to two wall thicknesses of the billet in one revolution. When using a roller as a forming tool, the peripheral speed of the workpiece is prescribed to be no more than 300 m / min, and the pressure dryer 30 m / min. The established deformation mode allows to obtain products without waves, scuffs and ruptures. 2 hp ff, 1 tab. (I

№ 948487.The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, namely for the manufacture of corrugated membranes with closed annular corrugations of great depth, and is an improvement of the known method described in ed. St. No. 948487.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of manufactured products.
The method is carried out by applying to the workpiece in the form of a conical shell local force of corrugation along the axis of the workpiece while simultaneously rotating it. The force of the corrugation is applied at a speed not exceeding the value of two wall thicknesses of the workpiece in one revolution, and the circumferential speed is prescribed not exceeding 300 m / min when using a roller as a forming tool, and not more than 30 m / min when using a pressure finder.
3%.Example. A corrugated membrane was produced with a wall thickness of 0.1 mm and a diameter of 400 mm and with a central hole of 220 mm made of titanium alloy VT-1. A conical billet with a height of 190 mm and an angle of inclination of its forming to the axis of rotation is attached to the form with a smaller base. When the workpiece rotates at 200 rpm and the forming roller is fed at 0.15 mm / rev, the concentric corrugations are formed starting from the corrugation at the central hole of the future membrane, placing the conical billet into the mold to obtain a flat corrugated membrane. The quality of the membrane surface remains at the level of the original preform. Plastic deformation in the metal does not exceed 5%. The same corrugated membrane is obtained using a pressure wheel as a working tool at a rotation speed of 22 rpm. With mass production of membranes using this technology, the defect does not exceed 3%.
