Description
In the known and applied electroforming method for producing accurate WAVEGUIDE parts, copper is produced from sulphate electrolyte into permanent forms (mandrels) of stainless steel. However, the use of stainless steel molds is associated with considerable difficulties, since the mechanical manufacture of precise molds is associated with a laborious process. In addition, these forms quickly lose their mirror-polished polished surface and are subject to wear and deformation when parts are removed from them, which leads to distortion of the dimensions of the form.
The described method does not have the indicated drawbacks and makes it possible to use, in addition to stainless steels, conventional carbon steels, tool steels, as well as titanium, aluminum, and their alloy.
,,... .A distinctive feature of the proposed galvanoplastic method of producing precise waveguide parts from copper on permanent mandrels is that the initial layer (3-10 m) of copper from the pyrophosphate electrolyte is pre-precipitated onto the mold. To manufacture the waveguide parts, the forms are first degreased with an organic solvent (gasoline, kerosene), then Viennese lime and washed with water. Copper is deposited at a thickness of 3–10 .i / s from the pyrophosphate electrolyte of the following optimal composition: copper sulfur oxide CuSO4 5H2O-50 g / l, sodium pyrophosphate Na4P2O7 lOHsO-200 g / l, sodium phosphate (disodium) Na2HP04. 12H2O-50 g / l. ,, ....

The buildup of copper are from sulfate or borto-hydrogen electrolyte of normal composition.
The described method allows obtaining particularly accurate waveguide parts with zero and first-class accuracy, provides an easy connector for extended parts and shapes, and retains a specularly shiny polished surface on the forms after repeatedly removing parts from them.
