Изобретение относитс к черной металлургии, в частности к конструк- цпи изложниц, и может быть использовано дл отливки стальных слитков .The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the construction of molds, and can be used to cast steel ingots.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the operational durability by reducing thermal stresses in the middle of the faces.
1.FIG. 1 schematically shows the proposed mold; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one.
1,8-2,2,The mold contains a back-body case 1 with wide and narrow edges, reinforced by the upper 2 and lower 3 by themselves, the trunnions A and the cooling fins 5, located in the middle part of the outer side of the faces in the form of an ellipse of 0.48-0.62 of the face area distance from each other equal to 0.12-0.24 face thickness, made in the cross section in the form of a truncated triangle with a height and width at the base equal to 0.28-0.47 and 0.56 0.76, respectively, the thickness of the face and recessed relative to the surface to the midline of a truncated triangle. The ribs in the central part of the ellipse have a maximum height with a decrease to its perimeter with a ratio of the maximum height of the edge to the minimum 1.8-2.2,
The operation of the mold is as follows.
После продувки и торкретировани (смазки) подогретую изложницу при помощи цапф 4 устанавливают на нижний укрепл ющий по с 6 на тележку, затем сверху устанавливают прибыльную надставку (не показана) и подают в разливочный пролет под заливку .After purging and gunning (lubrication), the preheated mold with the help of pins 4 is installed on the lower reinforcing c from 6 on the trolley, then a profitable extension (not shown) is installed on top and fed into the casting span for pouring.
After the mold is filled with liquid metal, the process of its crystallization takes place first in the lower part of the T13 LESSERS and at its corners, as well as in the zone of the cooling fins 5 due to an increase in the contact area of the face with the environment. Due to the increase in heat transfer by the middle part of the faces through the ribs 5, the inner surfaces of the faces are subjected to a lower temperature effect, as a result of which the probability of cracking and bursting on the inner surface of the faces is reduced. кристаллизации и технологической выдержки изложницу освобождают от слитка и процесс повтор етс .the crystallization and processing time, the mold is freed from the ingot and the process is repeated.
The location of the ribs on the square in the form of an ellipse, equal to 0.48-0.62 of the face area, provides for the selection of heat in the area where the ingot crystallization rate is lower than at the corners, the upper and lower parts. -When the ellipse area is less than 0.48 the area of the face increases the depth of the openings in its zone, as well as the thermal stresses between the corners of the mold and the central part of the ellipse increase. When the area of the ellipse is more than 0.62, the perimeter of the ellipse reaches the upper and lower parts of the mold, where additional heat extraction is not required, since in these parts the mold itself removes heat more intensively than in the central part.
Making the ribs in cross section in the form of a truncated triangle of 0.28-0.47 height of the central part of the face ensures reliable operation of the mold with cooling fins and intensive heat removal from the face, and when the height of the rib is less than 0.28, the cooling of the faces decreases. opening depth When the rib height is more than 0.47, the reliability of operation decreases, the probability of cutting edges during operation increases.
Performing the width of the base of the ribs 0.56-0.78 of the thickness of the central part of the face ensures reliable operation of the mold with ribs and the placement of the required number of edges on the edge of the mold. When the width of the base of the rib is less than 0.56 the thickness of the central part of the face, the reliability of operation decreases, with a base width of more than 0.76, the heat sink of the face decreases to the environment and the depth of boiling increases. Making the ribs at a distance from each other equal to 0.12-0.24 of the thickness of the central part of the face ensures uniform heat removal over the entire width of the face. When the edges are less than 0.12 times the thickness of the central part of the face, the likelihood of cracking between the fins increases, and at a distance of more than 0.24, the depth of clearances between the ribs increases.
Making the rib in the central part of the ellipse of maximum height with a decrease to its perimeter with the ratio of the maximum height of the rib to the minimum equal to 1.8-2.2, reduces the likelihood of discharges in the vertical and horizontal faces of the mold. With a ratio of less than 1.8 maximum rib height to the minimum, the heat exchange between the face and the environment along the perimeter of the ellipse increases, which leads to an intensive indentation of the ingot in its area and the formation of cracks on the face. With a ratio of more than 2.2, the depth of sweep increases around the perimeter of the ellipse.
Cooling perforation (their edges are recessed relative to the line of the triangle of the edge with the outer surface of the face ensures the casting of molds with cooling fins without increasing the consumption of cast iron and without reducing its strength.
Examples of the mold with the proposed average boundary values of the parameters are given in the table,
0Thus, the mold with cooling ribs located vertically in the middle part of the outer side of the faces provides an increase in heat recovery from the average hour.

These edges of the ingot mold during the crystallization of the ingot, accelerate its hardening, reduce the formation of hot spots on the inner surface of the face and, accordingly, increase the operational durability.
