The device contains the workpiece 1, the electrode-tool 2, the electrode-probe 3, made of alloy with a low melting point not exceeding 350 ° C, the insulation 4 of the electrode-probe, the source 5 of technological current. unit 6, current sensor 7, source of overvoltage current 8 control unit 9. The workpiece 1 and the electrode-tool 2 are connected through the amplifier-converter unit 6 with the technological current source 5. The electrode probe 3 is isolated from the electrode - tools 2, isolation 4 and in conjunction with part 1 through control unit 9 is connected to an external voltage source 8. The current sensor 7 is integrated in the circuit connecting the electrode-probe 3 with the source 8 of the direct voltage, and connected to the amplifier-converter unit 6 embedded in electrical circuit of the main technological current.
The proposed device works as follows.
The workpiece 1 is driven into rotation with an angular velocity co, and the electrode tool 2 is moved to the workpiece 1 at a feed rate V. The electrolyte is introduced into the interelectrode space through the feed slit P, and out of it through the discharge slit 0. In the process of forming the part, the removal of the allowance is carried out by the current flowing through the cathode tool 2 and the electrode probe 3. The voltage supplied to the part 1 and the electrode probe 3 from the current source 8 exceeds the voltage supplied to the electrodes source 5 technological 20-30% depending on the electrical resistance of the electrode-probe alloy 3 and the design features of the workpiece 1 and the tool-electrode 2. If necessary, several electrode-probes 3 can be embedded into the electrode-tool 2. When the local interelectrode gaps are reduced less than the allowable values in the electrical circuit connecting the electrode probe 3 to the current source 8, the current flows above the permissible value. This increase in current is detected by a current sensor 7, which transmits signals of an increase in current to the amplifier-converter unit 6 and the control unit 9. In this case, the amplifier-converter unit 6 turns off the technological source 5, the current, and the control block 9 - the source

В результате местного короткого замыкани происходит повреждение электрода-зонда 3, так как он обладает , по сравнению с материалом обрабатываемой детали 1, низкой температу- рой плавлени .Incorrectly selected process conditions and other random factors may cause short circuits, which primarily occur in the location of the probe electrode 3 and the workpiece 1. This is due to the increased voltage applied to them compared to the voltage of the main current source 5 ,. As a result of local short-circuiting, the electrode-probe 3 is damaged, as it possesses, as compared with the material of the workpiece 1, a low melting point.
В качестве материалов дополнительных электродов 3 можно примен ть олов нно-серебр ные, оло- в нно-свинцовые припри, имеющие температуру плавлени , не превьшающую 625 К ().No burns are formed on the surface of the workpiece. As a result, scrap rejects are eliminated due to the occurrence of short circuits. As materials for additional electrodes 3, tin-silver, tin-lead-lead primers with a melting point not exceeding 625 K () can be used.
