At the output of the converter 4, the pulses during charging have a positive polarity and the follow frequency f, which is directly proportional to the value of U, and therefore to the value of P. These pulses come to the input of switch 5, which is designed in such a way that the pulses of positive polarity arriving at its input are passed to the first switchable output, and negative polarity to the second. switchable output. When charging from the first switchable switch output 5, the pulses are at a frequency f. arrive at the counting input of the first recalculation unit 6, from the output of which pulses are at a frequency F% /% where Ku is the division factor of block 6, go to the summing input of the reversing counter 8, which, when KI is correctly selected, shows the amount of electrical energy as a percentage of nominal energy consumption of the battery in charge.
ВWhen a battery is discharged, the voltage at the output of current sensor 2 has a positive polarity, therefore the output voltage of the multiplier 3 and the signals at the output of converter 4 with a tracking frequency fp have a negative polarity. From the output of converter 4, negative pulses with frequency G They are fed through switch 5 to its second switchable output and then to the counting input of the second counting unit 7. At the same time, the voltage from the output of current sensor 2 is fed to the input of the analog-digital converter 9. The resulting at the output of the converter 9, a digital binary code is fed to the address input of the permanent memory unit 10. AT

At the output of the second recalculation unit 7, the pulse repetition rate is FP fp / Kj, where Cp is the division factor of block 7. These pulses with the repetition rate Pp are fed to the subtracting input of the reversing counter 8, which in this case shows the amount of electrical energy as a percentage of the nominal energy which can remove the battery during the discharge process.
Thus, the proposed device, by automatically taking into account the change in the energy of the battery, depending on the magnitude of the discharge current, allows one to more accurately control the degree of its charge and more objectively judge the amount of electrical energy.
