Е. 1 The invention relates to devices for measuring the electrical energy of a battery, for example, an electric vehicle, during operation, and can be used to determine the degree of charge of batteries in direct-current power systems. The purpose of the invention is to increase the accuracy of measuring the degree of charge of a battery. The drawing shows the functional diagram of the proposed device. The device contains current sensors 1 and voltage 2, amplifier 3 with adjustable gain multiplier 4, voltage-to-frequency converter 5, frequency divider 6, switch 7, zero-body reversing counter 9, digital indicator 10 containing decoders and LED display , and an electromechanical counter 11, with the outputs of current sensor 1 being connected to the input of amplifier 3 and the input of the nullorgan 8, and the output of amplifier 3 connected to the first input of multiplier 4, to the second input of which voltage output of sensor 2 is connected, the output voltage The downstream 4 is connected to the input of the converter 5, the output of which is connected to the input of frequency divider 6, the output of which is connected to the input of switch 7, the switchable outputs of which are connected to the summing and subtracting inputs of the reversing counter 9, the output of which is connected to the digital indicator 10, and the output the zero-organ 8 is connected to the control input of the switch 7 and the control input of the amplifier 3, and the counting input of the electromechanical counter 11 is connected to the subtractive input of the reversing counter 9. The device operates as follows m manner. When charging or discharging a battery, the electrical energy stored or supplied by it is directly proportional to the current I flowing through the current sensor 1 and the voltage U removed from the voltage sensor 2, i.e. E K1 - and R - RU where K - gr - 5--: and is the voltage across the battery terminals, R and RU of the resistance of the voltage sensor 2 resistors. Consider first the operation of the device at charge. In this case, the current is directed to the battery, and the voltage at the terminals of the current sensor 1 has a certain polarity and, accordingly, this polarity, the zero organ 8 supplies. the control voltage to the control input of the amplifier 3, the gain of which at the same time decreases by an amount proportional to the efficiency of the charge of the battery. At the same time, the signal from the output of the null organ 8 switches the switch 7 to the summing input (+1) of the reversing counter 9. From the output of amplifier 3, voltage U ,, equal to Oz KjU, where Uj IR / j, is applied to one of the inputs of the multiplier 4, the other input of which is supplied with voltage U (from the output of sensor 2 of voltage. At the output of multiplier 4, there will be voltage U, the value of which is equal to and, -, and to I-R + i.e. U4 is proportional to the electrical power taking into account the efficiency charge. From the output of the multiplier 4, the voltage U is passed to the input of the converter 5, the output of which is The pulse rate f is directly proportional to the absolute value of the input voltage U. Pulses with frequency f from the output of converter 5 are fed to the input of frequency divider 6, which divides their frequency in such a way that at its output the number of pulses N is equal to the electrical energy of the charge taking into account Efficiency expressed in kilowatt-hours, i.e., N E (kWh) These pulses from the output of divider 6 are fed through switch 7 to the summing input of the reversing counter 9, and the code from its output to the digital indicator 10, which shows the accumulated ac With a cumulatory battery, electric energy when it is charged in kilowatt-hours is multiplied by the charging efficiency, since the readings of counter 9 take into account the efficiency of the battery and the amount of charge energy by counter 9 is equal to the amount of energy that can be given by the battery i.e. E
When a battery is discharged, the current I is directed away from the battery and the polarity at the terminals of current sensor 1 is reversed, and the voltage from the output of zero-organ 8 increases the transfer ratio of amplifier 3 to normal and switches the switch 7 that its output is connected to the subtractive input of the reversible counter 9 and the input of the electromechanical counter 11. In this case, a digital indicator. 10 shows the remaining electrical energy of the vacuum battery when it is discharged, and the counter 11 shows the total amount of electrical energy that has been generated when the battery is discharged over its entire service life. The battery should be finished if the digital display is zero.
Thus, the proposed device, due to automatic calculation taking into account the efficiency of the degree of charge of the battery, will make it possible to optimally use its charging energy and prevent its deep discharge and recharge, taking into account the total energy given off by the battery during its entire life. It will give an opportunity to express the durability of a battery not in the number of charge-discharge cycles, but in kilowatt-hours and thereby increase its service life, since the battery can have different charging power before charging. Epen charge and deep discharge and recharge de occurs and irreversible sulfation. destruction of battery plates, which leads to a sharp decrease in its service life.
