In order to obtain crystals uniform in granulation while maintaining a high crystallization rate, the aqueous solution is cooled until spontaneous crystallization begins, then the resulting suspension is heated 0.8-1.0 degrees above the equilibrium temperature, after which the cooling is continued first with a rate of 0.1 - 0.3 deg / min to 31 32 С, and further - with a speed of 0.8 1, 0 deg / min.o
Description
The invention relates to chemical technology, in particular to a method for crystallization of potassium fluoride dihydrate.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the content of the basic substance, to obtain crystals uniform in grain size while maintaining a high crystallization rate.
Example. 500 g of a solution of KF in H ^ O with a KF content of 56.8 wt.% At 60 ° C is fed to crystallization. The solution is cooled at a rate of 0.3 deg / min to 37 ° C. At this temperature, the solution is in a state of severe supersaturation. A sharp spontaneous crystallization begins. Throughout the entire volume of the crystallizing solution, a mass of small crystals with a size of 10,200 microns appears. Next, the suspension is heated to 39 ° C. In this case, part of the crystals are dissolved. Dispersion analysis of the crystal fractions remaining in the suspension shows a decrease in the amount of CHS. fishing, 31 ° C, shows that the bulk (Crystals has a size of 500 800 microns. The fraction of crystals of a smaller size is about 10-15% of the bulk of the crystals.
Further cooling of the suspension to .2GS is carried out at a speed of 0.8 deg / min. The cooled suspension is fed to the filtration. 61.4 wt.% KF, which corresponds
Дисперсионный анализ показывает, что фракция размером 800 - 1000 мк составляет мас.%.99.5 wt.% On the basic substance KF-2H 2 O (brand ChDA). Analysis of variance shows that a fraction of 800 - 1000 microns in size is wt.%.
When carrying out the process with exorbitant values, the desired result is not achieved. So, when the suspension is overheated by 0.7 deg, the fine fraction of seed crystals is 80 - 85%, which leads to a 70-75% yield of the target fraction of crystals 800 - 1000 microns. Heating the suspension at 1.1 deg. That the crystals size of 150 - 200 microns. After a suspension of 39 ° C, they begin cooling at a rate of 0.3 deg / min until a dispersion analysis of the crystals in suspension at
55 - 60%.VNIIPI Order 5620/15 • 45 above the equilibrium temperature leads to the dissolution of the seed crystals and a decrease in the yield of the fraction of 800 1000 μm in the target product to 55 - 60%.
Cooling the suspension at a rate of 0.4 deg / min leads to the exit of supersaturation beyond the lithostable region, which leads to a decrease in the yield of the target fraction to 73 - 77%. When the cooling rate decreases below 0.3 deg / min, a high-quality product is obtained, but the duration of the process sharply increases.
73 - 78%.The cooling temperature of the suspension below 31 ° C and above 32 ° C, in the first case, leads to an increase in the duration of the process, and in the second case to a decrease in the fraction of 800 1000 μm to 73 - 78%.
75%.Reducing the crystallization rate to 0.7 deg / min and increasing it to 1.1 deg / min is also impractical, since, in the first case, the duration of the process increases, and in the second it decreases the flow rate of the 800 - 1000 μm fraction to 75%.
15 - 20%.Implementation of the proposed method allows to obtain a product with a basic substance content of 99.5 to 99.7% with a residual moisture content of 0.5 - 0.5%. Moreover, the product has the following dispersion composition: fraction 800 - 1000 microns 80 - 85%; fraction 800 μm 15 - 20%.
