Abstract
а (П СThe invention relates to pressure measurement methods and can be used for non-breaking control of gas pressure in objects sealed by rubber seals with known permeability coefficients with respect to gas yy. The aim of the invention is to determine the absolute value of the pressure in the volume. The test object is placed in a vacuum chamber connected to a mass spectrometer and a vacuum. by the meter. At three arbitrary temperatures, the magnitude of the gas flows into the vacuum chamber from the object is determined. Measurements are made in the event that the measuring flux r aza, flowing from the volume j has a diffusion character. The description contains formulas for detecting the diffusion character of the flow and for calculating the magnitude of the pressure in the test volume. A (P C

The purpose of the invention is to determine and the salute value of pressure in a closed volume, not containing pressure measuring means, without | ruin its tightness ..
The proposed method consists of the following.
The test object is placed in a vacuum chamber. This operation can be carried out in any vacuum chamber equipped with temperature control means and means of measuring gas flows using a mass spectrometric method, as well as a small pair of detachable vacuum chambers installed on the object so that one or several seal assemblies with rubber gaskets are completely vacuum
Any mass spectrometer, such as an omegotron, can be used to measure the gas flux MO. Then, at three temperatures, the magnitude of the gas flow, which enters the vacuum chamber from the object, is determined. The temperature range in which the gas flows are determined can be chosen arbitrarily within the temperature range of operability.
Дл того, чтобы воспользоватьс предлагаемым способом, необходимо удостоверитьс , что измер емый поток газа, истекаемый из .объема, носит диффузионный характер, поскольку при другом виде истечени указанный поток будет состо ть из потока через резиновые узлы уплотнени и из потока через дефекты конструкции объема. В этом случае объем не пред- на значек дл эксплуатации и демонтируетс . Диффузионный характер потоков ,;ёЁ1числ ют по формулеIn order to take advantage of the proposed method, it is necessary to ensure that the measured gas flow emanating from the volume has a diffusion character, since for another type of outflow the specified flow will consist of the flow through the rubber assemblies and the flow through the volume design defects. In this case, the volume is not intended to be operated and dismantled. The diffusional nature of the fluxes;
